Changes in microcirculation during low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation were studied by measurement of blood vessels and lymphangions' diameter in anesthetized rat mesentery using method of videomicroscopy in vivo. We demonstrated that the red coherent light induced a significant increase in contractility of vessels' smooth muscle cells. The flow decreased in the mesenteric microvessels during H2O2-mediated oxidant stress was restored after He-Ne laser irradiation.  相似文献

The study of mitotic activity of mesenteric microvascular endothelium cells (EC) in 4-, 12-, and 30-day old rats has been carried out using following parameters: number of labeled nuclei per vessel, or per 100 microm of vascular length, or per 1 mm2 of endothelial surface area, as well as shares of labeled EC and of vessels with labeled EC, have been estimated. The highest density of labeled nuclei was revealed in the pericapillary vessels in all rats. Its values were significantly higher in 12-day-old rats and were the lowest in 30-day-old ones.  相似文献

It was detected that exposure of macrophages to red light (600-740 nm) led to the changes in their intracellular pH and hydrolytic activity. The character of these changes depends on the initial level of pH in the cells. The maximum effect of irradiation is detected if the initial pH level is low. It is possible that Na/H-exchanger takes part in normalizing effect of red light on intracellular pH level.  相似文献

It was shown that UV-irradiation caused damage to mice peritoneal macrophage plasma membranes. A decrease in extracellular Ca2+ leads to a decrease of the damaging effect. An increase in extracellular Ca2+ or adding of calcium ionophore A23187 to the medium is accompanied by an increase in a number of damaged cells. These data allow us to suppose that modification of the damaging effect of UV-irradiation by Ca2+ ions can be bound with changing of electric stability of membrane lipid matrix.  相似文献

First attempt to analyse radiation modifying action of 52 compounds--derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridine is presented. Many of these compounds have electrodonating and antioxidative activities. Local radioprotective effects of the substances has been studied using experimental model with partial beta- and X-rays exposure of sole skin in rats to doses of 40 and 30 Gy. Comparison of drug effectiveness and chemical structure revealed the changes of activity dependence due to modification of peripheral radicals of 1,4-dihydropyridine ring. Radioprotective and radiosensitizing compounds with general low toxicity have been found. It is suggested to use the most active compounds for the development of medicinal forms for prevention of local skin and mucosal radiation injuries. Positive results have been obtained with dieton a radioprotective compound of the same type, in radiotherapy.  相似文献

The effect of L-amino acids in concentration 0.05 ng/ml was investigated in organotypic tissue culture of spleen, liver and brain cortex at the age of 1 and 21 days. The high molecular and low hydrophobic amino acids: asparagin, lysine, arginine, and glutamine, are active inducing both a less intensive growth zone in explants of all three tissue types in 1-day old rats and more intensive growth zone in spleen, liver explants in 21-day rats as compared to control. Another group of low molecular and high hydrophobic amino acids is active inducing a more intensive growth zone in brain cortex explant in 21-day rats, as compared to control. The data obtained suggest a modulating role of amino acids in the tissues at different stages of maturation.  相似文献

In experiments on Lymnaea stagnalis, a single neuron isolated from the PeA cluster was used as moveable sensor for monitoring extracellular environment of the CNS surface. At the serotoninergic PeA area, two novel neuroactive factors were detected: inhibitory and excitatory ones. The former is transiently released whenever extracellular 5-HT increases. A distinctive feature of the latter is that it narrows the action potential of the sensor cell. The findings demonstrate that natural neuro-active factors occur in the soma vicinity in effective concentrations, thus suggesting that, in the snail brain, activity of central neurons is controlled by neurotransmitters operating at the cell body level.  相似文献

Left ventricular (LV) isovolumetric relaxation time (IRT), shape and LV wall movement uniformity were assessed in 102 appropriate for gestational age (AGA) human fetuses and 36 fetuses with intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). In 28 AGA newborns and 26 IUGR infants rennin and angiotensin 1 concentrations were assessed in umbilical cord blood by radioimmunoassay. Systolic blood pressure (BP) was also measured in these infants. The IRT in IUGR fetuses was more (50.9+/-8.6 ms) than in the AGA fetuses (42.8+/-6.7 ms, p < 0.01). The mean BP in the IUGR newborns was greater (76+/-5 mm Hg vs 60+/-6 mm Hg, p < 0.01) than in the AGA fetuses. Rennin and angiotensin 1 concentrations were 1.61- and 1.56-fold greater in the blood of the IUGR newborns than in the AGA infants. A chronic hypertension in placenta perfusion increase in the IUGR fetuses was proposed. The changes in LV shape and uniformity of wall movement (remodeling) are considered to be the result of chronic increase in afterload. Rennin-angiotensin activation and LV remodeling as an adaptive reactions of antenatal period could promote the arterial hypertension development in later life.  相似文献
