祁连山大野口流域青海云杉种群数量动态 总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2
种群数量动态揭示了种群的结构特征及其潜在的驱动机制,有助于预测种群未来的动态,进而为森林生态系统的保护与恢复提供理论依据。本研究基于10.2 hm2青海云杉动态监测样地数据,以种群径级结构代替年龄结构,编制静态生命表,绘制径级结构图、存活曲线、死亡率曲线、消失率曲线和4个生存分析函数曲线,分析青海云杉种群数量特征,并利用种群数量动态变化指数和时间序列模型对种群数量动态进行预测。结果表明:(1)青海云杉种群的年龄结构近似于倒"J"型,幼苗和小树储量丰富;(2)种群存活曲线趋近于Deevey-Ⅱ型,为稳定型种群,死亡率曲线和消失率曲线变化趋势基本一致,均在第2、8龄级出现高峰期;(3)生存率曲线呈下降趋势,累计死亡率曲线呈上升趋势,死亡密度曲线缓慢下降,而危险率曲线逐渐上升,该种群具有:前期减少、中期稳定、后期衰退的生长特点;(4)种群数量变化动态指数Vpi>0,表明该种群属于增长型种群,Vpi''>0且趋近于0,则表明该种群趋近于稳定型;(5)时间序列预测分析表明,在未来2、4、6、8个龄级时间后,种群呈稳定增长趋势。研究显示,祁连山大野口流域青海云杉种群为稳定增长型种群,只要未来不遭受强烈干扰,种群数量会保持逐渐增长。针对该种群幼龄个体在前期的更新过程死亡率较高情况,建议在今后的经营管理中应重点加强对第1、2龄级植株生存环境的保护和改善,提高幼苗和小树的存活率。 相似文献

Inheritance of the serotonin level in 1st-generation mice from crosses with different inbred strains
The level of serotonin content in brain stem and stomach was studied in the first generation of different combinations of inbred mice strains. The serotonin level was shown in these tissues to be inherited differently. Heterosis was observed in the gastro-intestinal tract. Uptake of 3H-cGMP by cultured murine 3T6 cells was studied. The cells were shown to contain radioactivity 1 minute after its addition, with the level of radioactivity increasing during a 3 hour incubation period. By this time, the intracellular non-metabolized cGMP corresponded to 1-5% of the whole intracellular radioactivity. In the presence of theophylline the uptake of 3H-cGMP by cells was seen decreasing, however, the portion of non-metabolized cGMP reached 45-50% of the whole intracellular radioactivity. Thus, the presence of theophylline made it possible to maintain the high level of intracellular cGMP. It is concluded that the incubation of cell cultures in the medium with cGMP may be useful for achieving an elevating intracellular cGMP concentration and for studying the biological effect of cyclic nucleotide. 相似文献

A study was made of a population of secondary giant cells (in the placenta of white rats and mice), of which a rather high polyploidy (128c--1024c) is characteristic, and which remains viable up to the end of pregnancy. At a certain stage of cell differentiation, some giant nuclei, looking as interphase nuclei, are divided into numerous smaller nuclear fragments bound with nuclear membranes. Two ways of division have been described: by a progressive budding of small nuclei into the cytoplasm, and the total division of the original nucleus into numerous tightly contracting nuclear fragments. Multinuclear cells originating from the nuclear fragmentation rather soon degenerate. The cytophotometrical measurement of the DNA amount in newly formed fragments has shown their ploidy extending from 1 to 32c, di-, three-, tetra-, and octoploid nuclei predominating. The distribution of chromosomal markers of the interphase nuclei (nucleoli, heterochromatinous blocks of nucleolus-forming chromosomes) confirms the photometrical evidence on the trends of chromosome fragmentation into genes. The fragmentation of the giant nucleus is preceded by a complex rearrangement of genetical material in the original nucleus, resulting in becoming polygenomal from polytene, with individual genomes separating to be segregated again, during division. 相似文献

Amblyomma sculptum (Ixodida: Ixodidae) Berlese, 1888, a member of the Amblyomma cajennense complex, is the major vector of Brazilian spotted fever (BSF) in southeastern Brazil. In this study, the genetic diversity of A. sculptum populations in the state of Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Brazil, was investigated because genetic variability in tick populations may be related to vector competence. Samples of A. sculptum from 19 municipalities in 7 regions of RJ were subjected to DNA extraction, amplification and sequencing of D‐loop, cytochrome oxidase II and 12S rDNA mitochondrial genes. These sequences were used to map the genetic diversity of this tick. Amblyomma sculptum populations are genetically diverse in RJ, especially in the South Centre and Highland regions. Few unique haplotypes were observed in all populations, and the majority of genetic variation found was among ticks within each population. Phylogenetic reconstruction reinforced the assumption that all the haplotypes identified in RJ belong to A. sculptum. However, some RJ haplotypes are closer to A. sculptum from Argentina than to A. sculptum from elsewhere in Brazil. In RJ, A. sculptum has high genetic diversity, although little genetic differentiation. Observations also indicated a high level of gene flow among the studied populations and no evidence of population structure according to region in RJ. 相似文献
