Injections to rats of antibiotic adriblastin activating lipids peroxide oxidation directly after elaboration of defensive conditioned reflexes, elicit retrograde amnesia. Administration of antioxidant ional before the administration of adriblastin prevents this effect. It is suggested that activation of lipids peroxide oxidation disturbs the process of consolidation.  相似文献

Subcutaneous injection to intact rats and rats with destroyed locus coeruleus of 10 mcg of triglycide-glycinamide-lysinevasopressin (TGDGA-LVP) immediately after elaboration of labyrinth defensive conditioned reflex improves consolidation of temporary connections and raises its resistance to extinction. Improved consolidation of temporary connection is retained in animals with destroyed locus coeruleus for a shorter time than in intact animals. At the same time according to some characteristics, TGDGA-LVP has a more expressed influence of positive character on animals with destroyed locus coeruleus than on intact rats.  相似文献

The dynamics of the isolation of V. cholerae cultures from various water objects on the territory of Rostov-on-Don during the period of 1994-2001 was analyzed and biological properties of 14 such cultures were studied. In the absence of epidemic complications during the above-mentioned period, a growth in the amount of V. cholerae isolates, serogroups 01 and 0139, including toxigenic V. cholerae 01, was registered. The microbiological and epidemiological aspects of the monitoring of surface reservoirs and sewage were considered and the expediency of the profound and systematic study of its results for epidemiological surveillance on cholera was emphasized.  相似文献

Microphoretic application of acetylcholine (ACH) to the neurones of the rabbit sensorimotor cortex elicits changes of spontaneous and evoked activity which do not correlate with one another and which persist up to two minutes after the end of ACH application. Following the formation of a defensive conditioned reflex to sound, the reactions to ACH in units involved in the formation of the temporary connection are intensified as compared with their reactions before conditioning and with reactions of those neurones which did not elaborate a temporary connection. The possible mechanisms of ACH participation in the processes of elaboration and fixation of temporary connections are discussed.  相似文献

A reduction of motor activity, and of the orientative reflex, its more rapid extinction in comparison with control were seen in the sexually mature rats which sustained acute hypoxia during the antenatal period. The experimental animals displayed disturbances of the conditioned reflex activity indicating a worse fixation of the temporary association, weakening of the inhibitory process and reduction of the nervous process mobility. Epileptiform convulsions occurred in presentation of "difficult" experimental tasks. There was also noted an increase in convulsioness after the administration of threshold doses of carasol.  相似文献

In the resting state, the Ca2+ concentration in agonist-sensitive intracellular stores reflects the balance between active uptake of Ca2+, which is mediated by Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA), and passive leakage of Ca2+. The mechanisms underlying such a leakage in cells of the submaxillary salivary gland were not studied. In our experiments, we examined possible pathways of passive leakage of Ca2+ from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) of acinar cells obtained from the rat submaxillary salivary gland; direct measurements of the concentration of Ca2+ in the ER ([Ca2+]ER) using a low-affinity calcium-sensitive dye, mag-fura 2/AM, were performed. The cellular membrane was permeabilized with the help of β-escin (40 μg/ml); the Ca2+ concentration in the cytoplasm ([Ca2+] i ) was clamped at its level typical of the resting state (∼100 nM) using an EGTA/Ca2+ buffer. Incubation of permeabilized acinar cells in a calcium-free intracellular milieu, as well as application of thapsigargin, resulted in complete inhibition of the uptake of Ca2+ with the involvement of SERCA. This effect was observed 1 min after the beginning of superfusion of the cells with the corresponding solutions and was accompanied by the leakage of Ca2+ from the ER; this is confirmed by a gradual drop in the [Ca2+]ER. Such a leakage of Ca2+ remained unchanged in the presence of thapsigargin, heparin, and ruthenium red; therefore, it is not mediated by SERCA, inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate-sensitive receptors (InsP3R), or ryanodine receptors (RyRs). At the same time, an antibiotic, puromycin (0.1 to 1.0 mM), which disconnects polypeptides from the ER-ribosome translocon complex, caused intensification of passive leakage of Ca2+ from the ER. This effect did not depend on the functioning of SERCA, InsP3R, or RyR. Therefore, passive leakage of Ca2+ from the ER in acinar cells of the submaxillary salivary gland is realized through pores of the translocon complex of the ER membrane. Subcutaneous injection of 10 micrograms desglycilargininvasopressin (DG-AVP) does not alter the mean frequency of background unit activity of sensorimotor cortical neurons. However, the pattern of impulse activity is essentially changed. At the same time the reactions of sensorimotor cortical neurons to microiontophoretic administration of acetylcholine and noradrenaline experience definite changes. It is suggested that the DG-AVP-induced changes in chemoreactive properties of neurons underlie the effect of this peptide on the learning and memory.  相似文献

Fast development of mariculture in the world leads to increasing of the load on natural habitats, especially due to organic enrichment. There are a few investigations concerning the effect of additional organic loading on the Arctic benthic communities. The main goal of our research was to ascertain the impact of mussel farm on the benthic community in the White Sea and its following recovery after mussel farm removal. We performed annual observations from 1988 to 2011. During the mussel farm functioning, two stages of organic enrichment impact on community structure were recorded: in the first 2 years, diversity and proportion of deposit feeders increased but later all studied characteristics of the benthic community decreased significantly. After the mussel farm removal, the benthic community started to restore and we distinguished several stages of recovery succession. Native structure of benthic community began to recover 8 years after organic loading had ceased, when selective deposit feeding bivalves Portlandia arctica Gray appeared in the benthos. 4–6 years later it became the only dominating species in the studied benthic community. Therefore, in the White Sea, native structure recovery of the Arctic benthic community after the severe disturbance took about 15 years.  相似文献
