榆科榉属的植物地理学

榉属是东亚—地中海间断分布局,分属于东亚植物区、地中海植物区及伊朗—土兰植物区。根据现存榉属植物的形态演化趋势、细胞学、孢粉学证据及其化石资料和古地质历史事件相结合分析,该属植物是第三纪温带森林的孑遗成分而且第三纪末期的喜马拉雅造山运动及第四纪的冰川作用是样属植物演化的主要动力。在欧洲,由于喜马拉雅造山运动及第四纪冰川作用的较强烈,使分布于此的榉属植物受到严厉的生存竞争,未能适应环境的物种遭受灭绝,少数进行适应性变异的物种在极端环境条件下生存了下来。而东亚地区由于自然环境相对较稳定,便成了榉属植物的避难所,因此也保留了榉属植物种较为古老的种类。

Effects of bone morphogenic protein 4 (BMP4) and its inhibitor,Noggin, on <Emphasis Type="Italic">in vitro</Emphasis>maturation and culture of bovine preimplantation embryos

Background  

BMP4 is a member of the transforming growth factor beta (TGFbeta) superfamily and Noggin is a potent BMP inhibitor that exerts its function by binding to BMPs preventing interactions with its receptors. The aim of this work was to investigate the role of BMP4 and Noggin, on oocytes in vitro maturation (m experiments) and embryos in vitro development (c experiments) of bovine.     

非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠脂质代谢及病理变化的动态观察

目的通过高脂饮食建立NAFLD大鼠模型,连续监测4～16周模型动物肝功能、脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗及肝细胞凋亡在NAFLD进展过程中的变化情况及相互关系,为该模型在脂肪肝发病机制、脂肪肝治疗药物评价等方面的应用提供参考依据。方法 SD大鼠50只,除正常对照组外,其余动物饲喂高脂饲料,分别检测4,8,12,16周大鼠血清GLU、CHO、TG、HDL、LDL、GPT、GOT及胰岛素水平,肝脏组织切片进行病理学及细胞凋亡观察,进一步分析大鼠肝功能、脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗及肝细胞凋亡对肝组织病理改变的影响。结果模型组大鼠4周后就出现肝功能损伤,脂质代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗,肝细胞凋亡8 W后明显增加,肝细胞脂变及炎症为肝组织病理变化的主要特征,且造模时间越长,病变程度越严重。结论经过高脂饲料的喂养,SD大鼠在4～16周内可形成病变程度逐步加重的NAFLD模型,肝功能损伤,脂质代谢紊乱及肝细胞凋亡是引起非酒精性脂肪肝中脂肪变性和炎症的重要因素,该模型可应用于脂肪肝治疗药物评价等方面。     

海藻酸微囊在细胞冷冻保存中的研究现状及应用

细胞的冷冻保存是细胞生物学实验中重要的实验技术.长期以来,人们使用冷冻保存液重悬细胞后进行冷冻储存,但是近年来,众多研究者发现传统冷冻方案往往会导致细胞活率大幅下降和细胞功能方面受损,从而很难满足生物医学、组织再生工程、细胞移植技术等高新技术的要求.所以研究者提出利用三维海藻酸微囊包埋细胞后再进行冷冻保存,从而在保证较高细胞活率的同时维持细胞的原有功能,有效的提高细胞的冷冻保存效率.本文概述了海藻酸微囊在细胞冷冻保存过程中的研究现状,同时对其应用进行了展望,以期为后续研究工作提供参考.

Gene <Emphasis Type="Italic">RAD31</Emphasis> is identical to gene <Emphasis Type="Italic">MEC1</Emphasis> of yeast <Emphasis Type="Italic">Saccharomyces cerevisiae</Emphasis>

The earlier identified gene RAD31 was mapped on the right arm of chromosome II in the region of gene MEC1 localization. Epistatic analysis demonstrated that the rad31 mutation is an allele of the MEC1 gene, which allows further designation of the rad31 mutation as mec1-212. Mutation mec1-212, similar to deletion alleles of this gene, causes sensitivity to hydroxyurea, disturbs the check-point function, and suppresses UV-induced mutagenesis. However, this mutation significantly increases the frequency of spontaneous canavanine-resistance mutations induced by disturbances in correcting errors of DNA replication and repair, which distinguishes it from all identified alleles of gene MEC1.     

Polypharmacy in the management of patients with schizophrenia on risperidone in a tertiary-care hospital in Malaysia

The present study was conducted primarily to determine the occurrence of polypharmacy in patients with schizophrenia on risperidone. The secondary aim was to ascertain the incidence of inappropriate prescribing with anticholinergics. A retrospective review of the medical records of all patients who were being followed up at the out-patient clinic of a tertiary-care hospital in Malaysia was conducted. Only patients who were being prescribed risperidone between 1 June 2008 and 31 December 2008 were included in the study. Demographic data such as patient’s age, gender and race were obtained from the patient’s medical records. In total, 113 patients met the selection criteria. Polypharmacy was found to occur in 34 patients (30.09%), with the majority (76.47%) being on two antipsychotics. In total, 27 patients (34.18%) on monotherapy with risperidone were prescribed an anticholinergic on scheduled dosing, while 19 patients (24.05%) were prescribed it on an as-needed basis. Of the patients on polypharmacy, 26 (76.47%) were on scheduled dosing of anticholinergics, while three (8.82%) were taking the medication on an as-needed basis. Polypharmacy should be avoided, and the use of anticholinergics should be closely reviewed. By adopting more efficient prescribing practices, costs can be reduced and financial resources can instead be channelled towards more beneficial areas for the patients.     

几种旱生灌木种子萌发对干旱胁迫的响应

以不同渗透势的PEG(6 0 0 0 )溶液 (- 0 .3～ - 2 .7MPa)为模拟干旱胁迫条件 ,研究了柠条 (Caraganakorshinskii)、花棒 (Hedysarumscoparium)和白沙蒿 (Artemisiasphaerocephala)种子发芽、幼苗生长和累积吸水率对干旱胁迫的响应 ,讨论了参试种子发芽特性、初生根长度与幼苗建植成活率的关系 .结果表明 ,干旱胁迫下柠条发芽率最高 ,其次为花棒 ,白沙蒿最低 . - 0 .3～ - 0 .6MPa渗透势下白沙蒿发芽 10d的初生根长度显著大于花棒和柠条 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,三者的测量值依次为 7.9、4 .5和 3.1cm .干旱胁迫条件下参试种子发芽率与种子 72h累积吸水率均呈极显著的正相关 (P <0 .0 1) .     

动态分析沙鼠非酒精性脂肪肝病形成及生化影响

目的分析高脂饮食导致的沙鼠NAFLD疾病进展中脂质代谢、肝功能、抗氧化等方面的变化,探讨沙鼠NAFLD的形成机理。方法雄性沙鼠120只,随机分为对照组和模型组。对照组给予普通饲料,模型组高脂饮食建立NAFLD模型。分别于1、2、4、6、8、16周每组各处死10只动物,观察肝脏病理变化,计算肝指数,检测血清CHO、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、GOP、GPT及肝组织的SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性和FFA含量。结果模型组病理观察2周形成单纯性脂肪肝,6周动物门管区有轻度炎症,8周出现腺泡Ⅲ带局灶性窦周/细胞周纤维化,16周肝脏中度纤维化;模型组第1、2、4、6、8、16周时CHO、HDL-C、LDL-C及FAA波动性升高,但均高于同期对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,TG在1、2、4周高于同期对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;16周末GOT、GPT出现了显著性升高（P〈0.01）。抗氧化酶GSH-PX、CAT、SOD活性模型组在第8～16周显著性降低（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论高脂饮食使沙鼠2周形成单纯性脂肪肝模型后,随饲喂时间延长,16周末可发展为中度肝纤维化。脂质代谢紊乱与氧化应激在沙鼠NAFLD进展中的发挥了不同的作用。
