The epizootia on avian flu and a measure on its liquidation are stated. The increase in number of a wild waterfowl in 2005 is marked in comparison with 2002. It is determined, that disease among poultry arose in the facilities which are taking place near of reservoirs at ride out of its contents. The complex of sanitary-and-hygienic measures are carried out with the purpose of the prevention of disease among people. A radioactive liquid waste repository was found to be a habitat of the rich microbial community with a high catabolic potential. Groundwater from a depth of 162-189 m contained aerobic saprotrophic and anaerobic fermentative, sulfate-reducing, and denitrifying bacteria. Nitrate-reducing bacteria residing in this groundwater were isolated in pure cultures. Based on the results of their physiological studies, 16S rRNA sequencing, and phylogenetic analysis, the microorganisms isolated were ascribed to one phylogenetic branch, the gamma-subclass of gram-negative bacteria. Among six isolates, four belonged to the genus Acinetobacter, whereas two others belonged to the genera Comamonas and Aeromonas. The data obtained indicate that the microflora of the repository can exert a certain effect on the chemical composition of the formation fluids and bearing rocks, as well as on the migration of radionuclides. 相似文献

The effect of pyridine on the electronic structure and conformational state of cell phosphatidylcholine was studied by the methods of quantum chemistry and 13C NMR spectroscopy. It was shown that the interaction of the pi-system of pyridine electrons with the choline group of phosphatidylcholine leads to the formation of a complex. Changes in the conformational states due to the formation of this complex were revealed. 相似文献

A technology was designed for manufacturing a preparation based on Trichoderma viride Pers ex S.F. Gray that strongly suppresses the development of causative agents of certain plant diseases and displays a growth-stimulating activity. Cultivation of the strain in a liquid medium for 18-24 h produced up to 60 g dry biomass per liter nutrient medium. A marketable form created in this work conserves the activity of the mycelial preparation for six months. The preparation is compatible with insecticides (carbofos, vismetrin, talstar, and applaud) and certain fungicides (such as baitan). Tests performed with the liquid form of Mycofungicid (seeds were treated with this preparation at a dose of 20-30 g per metric ton before sowing) showed its high efficiency in protecting cereal crops from plant pathogens. The incidence of plant diseases decreased by 65%, and crop yields increased by 15-20%. 相似文献

A biogeographical division of northern Eurasia (within the USSR borders as of 1991) based on cluster analysis of the cyclostome and fish fauna composition at 597 sites listed in the Biodat database has been performed. The classification based on the Jaccard similarity coefficients included two regions, 12 subregions, eight provinces, and 11 districts. The division performed explained 67% of the variance of the similarity coefficients, this being 21% higher than the respective value for an earlier scheme (Berg, 1962) that covered a significantly greater territory. Correlation with the climatic regimes and environmental factors identified could explain 82% of fish fauna heterogeneity (the multiple coefficient of correlation was 0.91). The nonorthogonal relations with the temperature regime (67% of the variance of similarity coefficients), landscape and climatic zoning (58%), location within a specific river basin (57%), and provinciality (30%) were the most important factors. 相似文献

The effect of the lipophilic penetrating cation dequalinium on rat liver mitochondria was studied. It was found that dequalinium dose-dependently inhibits the respiration rate of rat liver mitochondria in ADP-stimulated (V3) and DNP-stimulated (uncoupled) states. This can be due to the fact that dequalinium is a potent inhibitor of complex III of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. It was shown that dequalinium induces a high-amplitude swelling of rat liver mitochondria. The dequalinium-induced swelling of the organelles depends on the presence of inorganic phosphate in the incubation medium: in the absence of phosphate or in the presence of the phosphate carrier inhibitor mersalyl in the phosphate-containing medium, no swelling of the mitochondria was observed. At low concentrations of dequalinium (≤10 μM), this swelling is inhibited by cyclosporin A, an inhibitor of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore. At the same time, at high concentrations of dequalinium (>10 μM), cyclosporin A becomes ineffective. It was found that in the presence of dequalinium the rate of the H2O2 production increased in rat liver mitochondria. Possible mechanisms of toxic effect of dequalinium chloride are discussed. 相似文献
