An active natural focus of icterohemorrhagic leptospirosis has been detected in the area of fish-breeding ponds in Rostov Province, where the intensive epizootic among the population of Norway rats is observed the whole year round (574 animals have been examined, 56 cultures have been isolated). The epizootic process reaches its highest intensity in autumn (the proportion of infected animals exceeds 50%). This natural focus in the area of fish-breeding ponds is epidemiologically dangerous. The limitation of its infectious potential is possible by means of poisoned baits. 相似文献

The Sertoli's and Leidig's cells (sustentocytes and glandulocytes) exposed to ionizing radiation were studied cytologically and histochemically. The experiments were made on white male mice which were irradiated in dosage from 50 to 400 r. The DNP of the nuclei of sustentocytes and glandulocytes were investigated at different periods of the spermatogenesis cycle and under hormonal loading. The irradiation was established to result in changes in the chromatine state of both types of cells, the Sertoli's cells being more resistant to radiation. Injection of testosterone at different periods after irradiation causes a decreased dissociation of DNP. The temperature measurements of the parameters of the medium kinetic pH curves when realizing the electrical breakdown of the erythrocyte membranes at the expense of the diffusional potential difference have been carried out. The energy values of the activation processes in antiport Cl-/OH- and potassium ions going out of the cells have been calculated. The values of activation energy of the given processes are different in the temperature range lying lower and higher 30-37 degrees C interval what the authors connect with the ratio change of contributions of lipid and protein components into kinetics of the processes.
