南水北调东线、中线工程实施后将给长江口水生生物的生态环境带来影响.2005年秋季和2006年春季,对长江口南、北支浮游甲壳动物进行了2航次的调查.调查区域从长江口徐六径至河口 50号灯标,全长181.8 km,自西向东江面宽由约5.7 km扩展为约90km,平面形态呈扇形分布,设立3个断面14个调查采集点.采集到浮游甲壳动物共23科37属54种,其中枝角类6科8属15种,桡足类17科29属39种;秋季种类数多于春季,北支桡足类种类数多于南支;平均总密度为9.10 ind·L-1,平均总生物量为0.1179 mg·L-1,以桡足类为主;北支Ⅲ断面的现存量远远高于南、北支其他断面;长额象鼻溞、简弧象鼻溞为优势枝角类;中华华哲水蚤、汤匙华哲水蚤、球状许水蚤、广布中剑水蚤为优势桡足类.文中还对长江口南、北支浮游甲壳动物的总体水平及时空分布、南水北调对浮游甲壳动物的影响进行了分析.  相似文献

目的:探讨胸腹腔镜联合Ivor Lewis食管癌根治术对食管癌患者红细胞免疫、肺功能及应激反应的影响。方法:选取2016年5月~2018年6月期间我院收治的食管癌患者150例。根据随机数字表法将患者分为A组(n=75)和B组(n=75),A组予以开胸Ivor Lewis食管癌根治术,B组予以胸腹腔镜联合Ivor Lewis食管癌根治术,比较两组围术期指标、肺功能、红细胞免疫、应激反应及并发症。结果:B组手术时间、住院时间短于A组,术中出血量少于A组(P<0.05);两组清扫淋巴结数目比较无差异(P>0.05)。两组术后1个月第1秒末用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力呼吸肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC均降低,但B组高于A组(P<0.05)。两组术后3d白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均升高,但B组低于A组(P<0.05)。两组术后3d红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)升高,但B组低于A组(P<0.05);红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、肿瘤红细胞花环率(TRR)降低,但B组高于A组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胸腹腔镜联合Ivor Lewis食管癌根治术治疗食管癌患者,可有效改善围术期各项指标,减轻对机体肺功能、红细胞免疫及应激反应的影响,且不增加并发症发生率。  相似文献

Seasonal changes in weather and food availability differentially impact energy budgets of small mammals such as bats. While most thermal physiological research has focused on species that experience extreme seasonal temperature variations, knowledge is lacking from less variable temperate to subtropical climates. We quantified ambient temperature (T a) and skin temperature (T sk) responses by individuals from a population of New Zealand lesser short-tailed bats (Mystacina tuberculata) during summer and winter using temperature telemetry. During summer, communal roosts were more thermally stable than T a. During winter, solitary roosts were warmer than T a indicating significant thermal buffering. Communal roost trees were used on 83 % of observation days during summer, and individuals occupying them rarely entered torpor. Solitary roosts were occupied on 93 % of observation days during winter, and 100 % of individuals occupying them used torpor. During summer and winter, bats employed torpor on 11 and 95 % of observation days, respectively. Maximum torpor bout duration was 120.8 h and winter torpor bout duration correlated negatively with mean T a. Torpor bout duration did not differ between sexes, although female minimum T sk was significantly lower than males. The summer Heterothermy Index varied, and was also significantly affected by T a. Mean arousal time was correlated with sunset time and arousals occurred most frequently on significantly warmer evenings, which are likely associated with an increased probability of foraging success. We provide the first evidence that torpor is used flexibly throughout the year by M. tuberculata, demonstrating that roost choice and season impact torpor patterns. Our results add to the growing knowledge that even small changes in seasonal climate can have large effects on the energy balance of small mammals.  相似文献

The feasibility to raise nonhuman primate antibodies against selected components of the human immune system was tested. The immunogens were whole cells (human T lymphocytes) or purified, recombinant human proteins (cytokines: TNFα or GM-CSF; soluble forms of cell surface antigens: sCD4 or sCD25). Significant immunizations, yielding functionally relevant antibodies, were readily achieved in rhesus monkeys, but, not surprisingly, may be less frequent in chimpanzees. The results suggest a general strategy for production of therapeutically useful MAB.  相似文献

A Potamogeton hybrid recently discovered in Finland was proven to be a new taxon, which has a different parentage than the most similar P.×vepsicus (=P. natans×praelongus) described from Russia. Based on molecular and morphological investigation, the new hybrid was identified as P. alpinus×natans and is here described as P.×exilis nothosp. nov. The hybrid is known only from several nearby localities in a single river system. All discovered colonies almost certainly originate from a single hybridization event that occurred in the upper part of the river system. Other localities downstream have been established through fragmentation and dispersal of stems and rhizomes of this sterile hybrid. A detailed morphological comparison of the new hybrid with similar hybrids and species is provided.  相似文献

Many herbivores elicit biochemical, physiological, or morphological changes in their host plants that render them more resistant to co-occurring herbivores. Yet, despite the large number of studies that investigate how induced resistance affects herbivore preference and performance, very few have simultaneously explored the cascading effects of induction on higher trophic levels and consequences for prey suppression. In our study system, early-season herbivory by leafhoppers elevated plant resistance to subsequent attack by chrysomelid beetles sharing the same host plant. Notably, beetles feeding on leafhopper-damaged plants incurred developmental penalties (e.g., prolonged time in early larval instars) that rendered them more susceptible to predation by natural enemies. As a result, the combined bottom-up effect of leafhopper-induced resistance and the top-down effect of enhanced predation resulted in the synergistic suppression of beetle populations. These results emphasize that higher trophic level dynamics should be considered in conjunction with induced resistance to better understand how plants mediate interspecific interactions in phytophagous insect communities.  相似文献
