从岗松的石油醚和氯仿提取组分中分离得到7个化合物,根据NMR、HSQC、HMBC、IR和MS的数据分析及与文献对照,确定它们的结构为白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,1),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,2),没食子酸乙酯(ethyl sabre,3),5-羟基-6-甲基-7-甲氧基-二氢黄酮(5-hydroxy-6-methyl-7-methoxy-flavanone,4),5-羟基-7-甲氧基-8-甲基二氢黄酮(5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-8-methylflavanone,5),5-羟基-7-甲氧基-2-异丙基色原酮(5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-isopropylchromone,6)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,7).其中,化合物1~5和7为首次从该植物中分离得到. 相似文献

Phylogenetic analysis of rbc L and atp B gene sequences from Biebersteinia Stephan (represented by B. orphanidis Boiss.) and from selected taxa of the rosids I and II clades does not support traditional grouping of this genus in Geraniaceae s. s. nor in Geraniales, but indicates strong support for a position nested within Sapindales (as recently delimitated). The rbc L and atp B phylogenies obtained were congruent but differently resolved and do not link Biebersteinia to any other clade within Sapindales. Multiple cellular events like dynamic actin reorganization and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production were demonstrated to be involved in abscisic acid (ABA)‐induced stomatal closure. However, the relationship between them as well as the underlying mechanisms remains poorly understood. Here, we showed that H2O2 generation is indispensable for ABA induction of actin reorganization in guard cells of Arabidopsis that requires the presence of ARP2/3 complex. H2O2‐induced stomatal closure was delayed in the mutants of arpc4 and arpc5, and the rate of actin reorganization was slowed down in arpc4 and arpc5 in response to H2O2, suggesting that ARP2/3‐mediated actin nucleation is required for H2O2‐induced actin cytoskeleton remodelling. Furthermore, the expression of H2O2 biosynthetic related gene AtrbohD and the accumulation of H2O2 was delayed in response to ABA in arpc4 and arpc5, demonstrating that misregulated actin dynamics affects H2O2 production upon ABA treatment. These results support a possible causal relation between the production of H2O2 and actin dynamics in ABA‐mediated guard cell signalling: ABA triggers H2O2 generation that causes the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton partially mediated by ARP2/3 complex, and ARP2/3 complex‐mediated actin dynamics may feedback regulate H2O2 production. 相似文献

We investigated the structure of hemal nodes in Saanen goats using immunohistochemical staining. We examined the distribution of CD3 positive T lymphocytes, CD79a positive B lymphocytes, CD68 positive macrophages and S100 protein positive follicular dendritic cells. Hemal nodes of six healty adult female goats were used. Hemal nodes were removed from the thoracic and abdominal cavities. The oval to round hemal nodes were observed especially between the abdominal aorta and vena cava, and near the kidneys and adrenal glands. Tissue sections were stained with Crossmon’s modified triple stain to demonstrate general histological structure. The avidin-biotin-peroxidase technique using anti-CD3, anti-CD79a, anti-CD68 and anti-S100 primary antibodies was used for immunohistochemistry. Many CD3 positive T lymphocytes were found in the germinal center of the lymph follicles and in the lymphatic cords of hemal nodes; CD3 positive cells also were observed in the sinuses. CD79a and CD68 positive cells were found at the germinal center of the lymph follicles. In the lymph follicles near the subcapsular sinuses, CD79a and CD68 positive cells were found especially in e areas bordering the mantle zone. Flowers, microsporogenesis and microgametogenesis of Excentrodendron hsienmu in opening-functional flowers and non-opening flowers were studied to investigate the evolutionary relationships of Excentrodendron . E. hsienmu is a dioecious species that blossoms every 3–4 years, although large numbers of flower buds develop every year. The anther is tetrasporangiate, the tapetum is of the secretory type, the microspore tetrads are mainly tetrahedral, and the pollen grains are two-celled when shed. Four to six microsporocytes are seen on the transverse section of the anthers, and cytokinesis is simultaneous. The development of the anther wall conforms to the basic type and the anther wall is five or six cells thick, with a fibrous endothecium. The difference between the opening-functional and the non-opening flowers is mainly in the thickness of the anther wall. Early megasporogenesis in staminate flowers up to megaspore mother cell or megaspore tetrads has been observed. Excentrodendron shares with Dombeyeae only plesiomorphic features, but differs in anther wall development type and thickness. Most features of Excentrodendron are shared with Pterospermum , including such synapomorphic features as basic type of anther wall development, five- to six-cell-thick anther wall, biseriate tapetum at some places, and degeneration of microsporocytes, suggesting placement near Pterospermum . © 2006 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society , 2006, 150 , 447–457. 相似文献

宫颈病变是女性最常见的疾病之一,是多种因素共同作用的结果。宫颈癌及癌前病变的发生、发展是一个多因素、多步骤的复杂过程,多种基因的改变引发细胞的增殖失控。大量资料表明高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是宫颈病变的主要危险因素,其中HPV16、18型感染占了绝大部分。HPV整合状态与宫颈病变程度密切相关,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)L1壳蛋白为免疫杀伤HPV病毒的主要靶位,L1蛋白的表达有利于激发人体细胞免疫,清除感染的细胞。HPV感染机体且病毒处于复制阶段时L蛋白才在机体中表达,但是当HPV病毒DNA与宿主细胞基因整合后,L1壳蛋白将不表达,无法形成一系列免疫反应,引发宫颈癌。HPV L1壳蛋白的表达缺失与宫颈病变的进展密切相关。本文对高危型HPV与HPV L1壳蛋白在宫颈病变中的研究进展作一综述。 相似文献
