Fast developments and substantial achievements have been shaping the field of wearable electronic devices, resulting in the persistent requirement for stretchable lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs). Despite recent progress in stretchable electrodes, stretching full batteries, including electrodes, separator, and sealing material, remains a great challenge. Here, a simple design concept for stretchable LIBs via a wavy structure at the full battery device scale is reported. All components including the package are capable of being reversibly stretched by folding the entire pouch cell into a wavy shape with polydimethylsiloxane filled in each valley region. In addition, the stretchable, sticky, and porous polyurethane/poly(vinylidene fluoride) membrane is adopted as a separator for the first time, which can maintain intimate contact between electrodes and separator to continuously secure ion pathway under dynamic state. Commercial cathode, anode, and package can be utilized in this rationally designed wavy battery to enable stretchability. The results indicate good electrochemical performances and long‐term stability at repeatable release–stretch cycles. A high areal capacity of 3.6 mA h cm?2 and energy density of up to 172 W h L?1 can be achieved for the wavy battery. The promising results of the cost‐effective wavy battery with high stretchability shed light on the development of stretchable energy storages. 相似文献

Self-incompatibility (SI) systems prevent self-pollination and promote outbreeding. In Brassica, the SI genes SLG (for S-locus glycoprotein) and SRK (for S-receptor kinase) are members of the S multigene family, which share the SLG-like domain (S domain), which encodes a putative receptor. We have cloned members of the S multigene family from the S9 haplotype of B. campestris (syn. rapa). In addition, eight distinct genomic regions harboring 10 SLG/SRK-like genes were characterized in the present study. Sequence analysis revealed two novel SRK-like genes, BcRK3 and BcRK6 (for B. campestris receptor kinases 3 and 6, respectively). Other genes that were characterized included SFR2 (for S gene family receptor 2), SLR2 (for S locus related gene 2), and a pseudogene. Based on phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the S domain regions, SLG and SRK appear to be distinct from other members of the S multigene family. Linkage analysis showed that most members of the S multigene family are dispersed in the Brassica genome, and that SLR1 (S locus related gene 1) is not linked to the SLR2 in B. campestris. 相似文献

倒伏性是影响大豆产量的重要因素,发掘与大豆倒伏相关的基因对于培育抗倒伏优良高产大豆品种具有重要意义。目前利用不同群体所构建的遗传图谱已经定位了大量与大豆倒伏性相关的QTLs。本研究在对已报道的QTLs进行物理整合的基础上,选择元分析方法将这些倒伏性相关的QTLs进一步整合,鉴定出位于C2(6号染色体)、F(13号染色体)、L(19号染色体)这3个连锁群上重复次数较多的QTL区间6个。选用基于统计学原理的Overview方法进行优化,获得了这些QTL在各个连锁群上的有效遗传位置,这些QTL的置信区间长度最小可缩至0.2 cM。通过在这些区间内进一步筛选,获得一个稳定性较好的标记Satt277。本研究可为大豆抗倒伏基因发掘及分子标记辅助选择育种提供理论依据。 相似文献

A new full-length cDNA encoding 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA synthase (designated as TmHMGS, GenBank Accession No. AY644708), which catalyses the condensation of acetyl CoA and acetoacetyl CoA to form 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA
as an early step in the taxol biosynthetic pathway, was isolated from young leaves of Taxus × media by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) for the first time. The full-length cDNA of TmHMGS contained a 1431 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a deduced protein of 476 amino acid residues. The deduced protein had
an isoelectric point of 5.23 and a calculated molecular mass of about 53 kDa. Amino acid sequence comparison analysis showed
that TmHMGS had high similarity with a number of HMGSs ranging from Schizosaccharomyces pombe to humans, with much higher identity with other HMGSs from plants than those from yeast and humans. Phylogenic analysis showed
that TmHMGS had closest relationship with HMGS from Pinus sylvestris. Tissue expression pattern analysis showed that TmHMGS expressed in needles and stems at similar level, but no expression could be detected in roots. Expression of TmHMGS was all induced by under different elicitors such as silver nitrate, ammonium ceric sulphate and methyl jasmonate, revealed

探讨蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶SHP 2在乳腺癌细胞MCF 7的移动及粘附中的作用 .利用基因重组技术分别将野生型SHP 2与突变型SHP 2与绿色荧光蛋白GFP的基因片段构成重组质粒 (SHP 2 GFP、SHP 2C >S GFP) .脂质体转染法分别转入MCF 7中 ,表达成功后筛选并建立SHP 2 GFP和SHP 2C >S GFP细胞株 .荧光显微镜观察细胞移动情况 ,免疫印迹法检测粘附分子E 钙粘蛋白和金属蛋白酶MMP 1及MMP 9的表达 .实验后建立SHP 2 GFP及SHP 2C >S GFP细胞株 ,同时观察到SHP 2C >S GFP细胞的形态发生明显改变 :从梭形状态变成圆形状态 .荧光显微镜发现 ,MCF 7细胞和SHP 2 GFP、SHP 2C >S GFP转染的细胞在 3h、6h、9h的移动情况分别是MCF 7为 10 %、2 3%、5 4% ,SHP 2 GFP为 15 %、4 9%、98% ,SHP 2C >S GFP为 4 %、11%、30 % .免疫印迹结果表明 ,SHP 2C >S GFP细胞的E 钙粘蛋白表达比SHP 2 GFP细胞明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) .MMP 1及MMP 9的表达量在SHP 2 GFP细胞中有所增强 (P <0 0 5 ) .实验表明 ,SHP 2可能通过调节粘附分子和基质金属磷酸酶而在细胞移动、粘附中发挥重要作用 相似文献
