对生长在Cd污染条件下的8种作物体内Cd的存在形态分析表明,作物的耐Cd性与Cd的形态分布密切相关,在耐性作物体内,蛋白质(多肽)结合Cd量的比例低于非耐性作物;有机酸盐和一代磷酸盐态Cd的比例增加;分离得到Cd诱导蛋白?其中束缚了一定量的Cd,限制了Cd以自由态存在,耐性较低的作物本内,大分子量的蛋白质中富Cd量较高。  相似文献

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies have indicated that the structure deficits and resting-state functional connectivity (FC) imbalances in cortico-limbic circuitry might underline the pathophysiology of MDD. Using structure and functional MRI, our aim is to investigate gray matter abnormalities in patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and treatment-responsive depression (TSD), and test whether the altered gray matter is associated with altered FC. Voxel-based morphometry was used to investigate the regions with gray matter abnormality and FC analysis was further conducted between each gray matter abnormal region and the remaining voxels in the brain. Using one-way analysis of variance, we found significant gray matter abnormalities in the right middle temporal cortex (MTG) and bilateral caudate among the TRD, TSD and healthy controls. For the FC of the right MTG, we found that both the patients with TRD and TSD showed altered connectivity mainly in the default-mode network (DMN). For the FC of the right caudate, both patient groups showed altered connectivity in the frontal regions. Our results revealed the gray matter reduction of right MTG and bilateral caudate, and disrupted functional connection to widely distributed circuitry in DMN and frontal regions, respectively. These results suggest that the abnormal DMN and reward circuit activity might be biomarkers of depression trait.  相似文献

细果秤锤树(Sinojackia microcarpa)是中国特有极小种群植物之一,属国家Ⅱ级重点保护植物。为揭示该种群的生存潜力与濒危机制,为种群保护提供依据,采用样地调查法在浙江省建德市细果秤锤树自然集中分布区进行野外调查,以空间代替时间研究了细果秤锤树种群的结构特征,绘制了种群静态生命表及种群存活曲线,并应用种群动态和时间序列量化预测种群未来发展态势。结果表明:(1)细果秤锤树的径级、高度和冠幅结构均表明该种群龄级结构总体呈衰退型,种群幼年树淘汰率较高,中年树到老年树过渡阶段适应力增强,生长情况较前期稳定。(2)生活曲线属Deevey-Ⅲ型,早期死亡率高,生存分析揭示细果秤锤树种群具有前期锐减的动态特征。(3)时间序列分析预测在未来2、4、6、8个龄级后,细果秤锤树的年龄结构存在幼年个体数下降,中、老年树占优势的衰退风险。(4)种群动态指数表明该种群结构总体波动大,抗外界干扰能力较弱,环境对个体的选择作用较强。为促进种群自然更新,应加强就地保护措施,降低人为干扰对个体生存环境的威胁,提高幼苗至幼树转化率,实现种群恢复。  相似文献

现场调查及试验表明,调查区土壤对Hg,Cd,Cu等金属有较强的滞留能力。重金属的迁移能力较低,集中分布在土壤表层,水平扩散范围也较小。而易呈阴离子态As的迁移能力相对较强。 在一定条件下,土壤对重金属的蓄积量有一极限值,这一数值受灌溉水浓度、灌溉量、土壤理化性质所制约。试验表明,不同理化性质的土壤对重金属的滞留量不同。 调查区植物体内重金属含量与土壤中的含量、土壤pH值、有机质、阳离子代换量、物理性粘粒含量的多元回归分析结果表明,其间呈现显著的相关关系。根据其关系式可对本区土壤污染及对植物的危害进行预测。  相似文献

Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is a model plant for polyploid crop research and the second‐leading source of vegetable oil worldwide. Silique length (SL) and seed weight are two important yield‐influencing traits in rapeseed. Using map‐based cloning, we isolated qSLWA9, which encodes a P450 monooxygenase (BnaA9.CYP78A9) and functions as a positive regulator of SL. The expression level of BnaA9.CYP78A9 in silique valves of the long‐silique variety is much higher than that in the regular‐silique variety, which results in elongated cells and a prolonged phase of silique elongation. Plants of the long‐silique variety and transgenic plants with high expression of BnaA9.CYP78A9 had a higher concentration of auxin in the developing silique; this induced a number of auxin‐related genes but no genes in well‐known auxin biosynthesis pathways, suggesting that BnaA9.CYP78A9 may influence auxin concentration by affecting auxin metabolism or an unknown auxin biosynthesis pathway. A 3.7‐kb CACTA‐like transposable element (TE) inserted in the 3.9‐kb upstream regulatory sequence of BnaA9.CYP78A9 elevates the expression level, suggesting that the CACTA‐like TE acts as an enhancer to stimulate high gene expression and silique elongation. Marker and sequence analysis revealed that the TE in B. napus had recently been introgressed from Brassica rapa by interspecific hybridization. The insertion of the TE is consistently associated with long siliques and large seeds in both B. napus and B. rapa collections. However, the frequency of the CACTA‐like TE in rapeseed varieties is still very low, suggesting that this allele has not been widely used in rapeseed breeding programs and would be invaluable for yield improvement in rapeseed breeding.  相似文献

Synthesis and antiviral activities of novel gossypol derivatives   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this study, a series of novel gossypol derivatives were synthesized and screened in vitro for their anti-HIV-1 and anti-H(5)N(1) activities, respectively. Replacing the aldehyde groups of gossypol with some amino acids not only reduced the cytotoxicity but also enhanced the activities against HIV-1 and H(5)N(1). Compounds 13-17 showed more potent activities against HIV-1 and H(5)N(1) than the other gossypol derivatives. Meanwhile, these compounds also exhibited more potent activities against H(5)N(1) than 1-adamantylamine. The absence of the COONa group in gossypol derivatives resulted in a loss of anti-HIV-1 activity, suggesting that this group might play an important role in mediating the antiviral activity. Time-of-addition assays indicated that compounds 13-17 had the similar mechanism of anti-HIV-1 action with T20. Molecular modeling analysis demonstrated that compounds 13-17 could fit inside the gp41 hydrophobic pocket through hydrogen bonding network, hydrophobic contacts and strong electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

在含Cd、Cu浓度100、200μMol的培养基中进行驯化培育,获5株抗Cd细胞株及3株抗Cu细胞株。驯化株细胞相对增长率显著高于亲株,在Cd、Cu浓度波动较大的条件下,驯化株细胞增长率仍较稳定;驯化株对Cd、Cu的蓄积性因细胞种类不同而异,或具有降低对Cd、Cu的吸收,使抗性增加的机制,或对Cd、Cu有更强的吸收特性,但浓缩系数相对较稳定,从而抵御环境中Cd、Cu的波动,驯化株对营养元素的吸收呈现高于亲株或低于(近于)亲株两种类型,推断具有通过新陈代谢调节的适应机制;终止驯化的回复株一定程度保留了驯化获得性,但有向亲株回复的趋势,推断所获抗性非基因控制类型。  相似文献
