威海地区547例甲真菌病真菌培养结果分析 总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2
目的了解山东省威海地区甲真菌病的临床分类、菌种构成等流行情况。方法对547例镜检阳性的甲真菌病患者进行真菌培养、鉴定和临床分析。结果547例患者中真菌培养阳性423例,阳性率77.3%,远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病(DLSO)295例(53.9%),白色浅表型甲真菌病(SWO)36例(6.5%),近端侧位甲下型甲真菌病(PSO)78例(14.2%),全甲营养不良型甲真菌病(TDO)138例(25.2%)。共分离出429株真菌,其中皮肤癣菌354株(82.5%),酵母菌61株(14.2%),非皮肤癣菌霉菌14株(3.3%)。结论山东省威海地区甲真菌病病原体的分布以皮肤癣菌为主,其次为酵母菌和非皮肤癣菌霉菌,红色毛癣菌是最常见的皮肤癣菌,临床类型以DLSO型居多,其他依次是TDO、PSO、SWO。就诊人群中以20~50岁年龄段为最多见。 相似文献

长非编码RNA KCNQ1OT1在多种肿瘤中高表达,但是在胃癌中的研究较少并且研究结果不一致,其在胃癌中具体的作用机制也缺乏相关研究。通过癌症基因组图谱(The Cancer Genome Atlas, TCGA)公共数据库分析发现:KCNQ1OT1在胃癌中普遍高表达,且高表达KCNQ1OT1的胃癌病人预后不良,它与胃癌多种临床因素密切相关,尤其是与TP53的突变有明显的相关性,而且其表达与免疫细胞浸润明显相关;KCNQ1OT1在胃癌肿瘤细胞系中普遍高表达,敲低后可抑制胃癌肿瘤细胞的增殖能力,共表达网络分析发现,其表达与肿瘤代谢有密切的相关性;谷氨酰胺酶1(glutaminase 1, GLS1)在胃癌中普遍高表达,与预后不良密切相关,KCNQ1OT1与GLS1的表达具有明显的相关性,敲低KCNQ1OT1的表达可抑制GLS1 mRNA的表达,而过表达GLS1可以部分逆转敲低KCNQ1OT1造成的胃癌细胞增殖能力的下降,因此推测KCNQ1OT1可能通过GLS1调控胃癌肿瘤细胞的生长。本研究通过大数据及实验验证了KCNQ1OT1在胃癌中的表达及功能,提示KCNQ1OT1有可能通过调控谷氨酰胺代谢来促进了胃癌的发生发展,这为分子靶向治疗胃癌的临床研究提供了新的靶点和思路。 相似文献

Meridianins are brominated 3-(2-aminopyrimidine)-indoles which are purified from Aplidium meridianum, an Ascidian from the South Atlantic (South Georgia Islands). We here show that meridianins inhibit various protein kinases such as cyclin-dependent kinases, glycogen synthase kinase-3, cyclic nucleotide-dependent kinases and casein kinase 1. Meridianins prevent cell proliferation and induce apoptosis, a demonstration of their ability to enter cells and to interfere with the activity of kinases important for cell division and cell death. These results suggest that meridianins constitute a promising scaffold from which more potent and selective protein kinase inhibitors could be designed. 相似文献

The compliance score in randomized trials is a measure of the effect of randomization on treatment received. It is in principle a group-level pretreatment variable and so can be used where individual-level measures of treatment received can produce misleading inferences. The interpretation of models with the compliance score as a regressor of interest depends on the link function. Using the identity link can lead to valid inference about the effects of treatment received even in the presence of nonrandom noncompliance; such inference is more problematic for nonlinear links. Notentera ivanovi is a parasitic platyhelminth found in the gut of a polychaete, Nephthys ciliata. N. ivanovi has no mouth,
pharynx, or intestine; the dorsal epidermis of adult animals forms a thick pad which is very similar to gut epithelia even
at the light microscopic level. Structure of ciliary rootlets and dermal glands with peculiar striated secretion bodies point
to close relationships with the Fecampiidae, though other important characters imply placing the genus Notentera in a separate
family. In mature sperm of N. ivanovi, the axonemes are fully incorporated; they are directed from proximal to distal, as
in the Neodermata. We argue that new family, Notenteridae, should be included in the taxon Fecampiida. We also suggest that
all Plathelminthes with neodermatan type of spermiogenesis (Fecampiidae, Urastomidae, and Neodermata) form a monophyletic
branch within the Plathelminthes Neoophora.

The taxonomic position ofTarsius has been a topic of some debate. Recent molecular and anatomical studies have shoen that tarsiers share a number of derived
traits with Anthropoids. These include aspects of their reporductive biology and aspects of their olfactory and visual systems.
It has, therefore, been suggested that, despite a number of convergences with strepsirhine primates, tarsiers should be classified
with the Anthropoid primates. We use comparative analyses of relative primate brain part volumes to determine whetherTarsius should be classified as a Haplorhine. We show that, for each of seven brain components whose relative size discriminates
unequivocally between Strepsirhines and Haplorhines, the tarsiers fall in the Haplorhine distribution. These results confirm

The microanatomy of the nervous system of Craspedella pedum is described based on staining of the sensory nerves with DiO (3,3′-dioctadecyloxacarbocyanine perchlorate) in whole worms
after fixation. The high resolution and reproducibility of this method revealed that the microanatomy of the nervous system
is uniform within this species to rather minute details. Although the lateral and ventral cords have a similar diameter, the
ventral nerve cords are very poor in sensory fibres. Such a high level of functional differentiation of nerve cords has not
been known in representatives of the Plathelminthes. In vivo staining reveals numerous DiO-accumulating sensory neurons in
the anterior portion of the body and a few pairs in its posterior half. The morphology of some neurons is described. Several
neurons were identified and our data suggest that most, if not all, sensory neurons are identificable cells.
