苄基异喹啉化合物是一类钙调素拮抗剂.对新合成的双苄基异喹啉化合物 D20对钙调素依赖的磷酸二酯酶的抑制作用进行了研究,IC50=5μmol/L,表明其拮抗作用大于三氟啦嗪,是强的拮抗剂.荧光分析表明,钙调素与化合物 D20的结合常数为2.64(μmol/L)-1,一个化合物 D20分子与两个钙调素分子结合,并显示了结合方向性及空间位阻影响.  相似文献

凋落物源代谢产物在植物-土壤系统中发挥着重要生态作用,该研究以黄土丘陵区刺槐、油松、沙棘、狗尾草和达乌里胡枝子等5种代表性乔灌草植物的凋落物为研究对象,以土壤混水振荡沉淀后收集上清液的方式提取客土微生物,通过均匀喷施上清液对凋落物进行接种,并在室温(25℃)恒湿(凋落物持水率维持在约100%)条件下进行室内分解模拟,研究该过程中7种代谢产物的降解和释放特征,以期更深入地理解凋落物分解过程及其可能的后续生态学效应,为林草生态系统管理提供依据。结果显示:(1)150 d的分解过程中,5种凋落物的木质素均呈分解前期(0~60 d)少部分降解(<30%)、后期趋于停滞的趋势;水溶性酚、凝缩单宁和黄酮呈分解前期(0~30 d)快速释放大部分(>80%)、后期显著减缓的趋势;萜类呈持续释放、甚至在试验后期明显加速的趋势;可溶性糖和氨基酸的释放均呈现在短时间内快速释放、随后缓慢释放的趋势。总体而言,除木质素呈慢速降解状态外,其他代谢产物均呈超速释放状态。(2)7种代谢产物的年降解或释放速率总体均呈现沙棘和刺槐凋落物显著高于达乌里胡枝子、狗尾草和油松凋落物的规律(P<0.05)。(3...  相似文献

Rational design of high-efficiency N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium catalyst is of great importance to modern organic synthesis, especially in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Herein, we fabricate a polymer network containing N-heterocyclic carbene palladium (PNNHC-Pd) catalytic active sites via an immobilization process. The N-heterocyclic carbene palladium can serve as a promising linkage of polymer network as well as an effective catalytic active site owing to its structural preference and strong σ-donating ability with palladium species. The results display that N-heterocyclic carbene palladium disperses homogeneously in polymer network, thus rendering PNNHC-Pd excellent catalytic activity, high stability and superior reusability in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction in aqueous medium. This study investigated the effect of butanol extract of AS (ASBUE) on atherosclerosis in apolipoprotein E-deficient (ApoE−/−) mice. The mice were administered ASBUE (390 or 130 mg/kg/day) or rosuvastatin (RSV) via oral gavage for eight weeks. In ApoE−/− mice, ASBUE suppressed the abnormal body weight gain and improved serum and liver biochemical indicators. ASBUE remarkably reduced the aortic plaque area, improved liver pathological conditions, and lipid metabolism abnormalities, and altered the intestinal microbiota structure in ApoE−/− mice. In the vascular tissue of ASBUE-treated mice, P-IKKβ, P-NFκB, and P-IκBα levels tended to decrease, while IκB-α increased in high fat-diet-fed atherosclerotic mice. These findings demonstrated the anti-atherosclerotic potential of ASBUE, which is mediated by the interaction between the gut microbiota and lipid metabolism and regulated via the Nuclear Factor-kappa B (NF-κB) pathway. This work paves the groundwork for subsequent studies to develop innovative drugs to treat atherosclerosis.  相似文献

High-mobility group box1 (HMGB1) induces inflammatory injury, and emerging reports suggest that it is critical for brain ischemia reperfusion. Engeletin, a natural Smilax glabra rhizomilax derivative, is reported to possess anti-inflammatory activity. Herein, we examined the mechanism of engeletin-mediated neuroprotection in rats having transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO) against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Male SD rats were induced using a 1.5 h tMCAO, following by reperfusion for 22.5 h. Engeletin (15, 30 or 60 mg/kg) was intravenously administered immediately following 0.5 h of ischemia. Based on our results, engeletin, in a dose-dependent fashion, reduced neurological deficits, infarct size, histopathological alterations, brain edema and inflammatory factors, namely, circulating IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and IFN-γ. Furthermore, engeletin treatment markedly reduced neuronal apoptosis, which, in turn, elevated Bcl-2 protein levels, while suppressing Bax and Cleaved Caspase-3 protein levels. Meanwhile, engeletin significantly reduces overall expressions of HMGB1, TLR4, and NF-κB and attenuated nuclear transfer of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) p65 in ischemic cortical tissue. In conclusion, engeletin strongly prevents focal cerebral ischemia via suppression of the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB inflammatory network.  相似文献

In recent years, black ginseng, a new type of processed ginseng product, has attracted the attention of scholars globally. Ginsenoside and ginseng polysaccharide, the main active substances of black ginseng, have been shown to carry curative effects for many diseases. This article focuses on the mechanism of their action in anti-inflammatory response, which is mainly divided into three aspects: activation of immune cells to exert immune regulatory response; participation in inflammatory response-related pathways and regulation of the expression level of inflammatory factors; effect on the metabolic activity of intestinal flora. This study identifies active anti-inflammatory components and an action mechanism of black ginseng showing multi-component, multi-target, and multi-channel characteristics, providing ideas and a basis for a follow-up in-depth study of its specific mechanism.  相似文献

The power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of all-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs) have already exceeded 17%. However, the limited absorption range of an all-polymer system results in significantly reduced short-circuit current density (Jsc), which eventually influences the PCE improvement. To broaden the light absorption of polymer acceptors, herein, benzotriazole is introduced in the core unit of small molecule acceptors and thus two narrow-bandgap polymer acceptors named PTz-BO and PTz-C11 featuring the same molecular backbone and different side-chain length are synthesized. Compared with PTz-C11, the PTz-BO based-all PSCs deliver a slightly reduced Jsc, a large open-circuit voltage (Voc) and a low voltage loss below 0.50 V. Moreover, ternary all-PSCs are constructed by introducing PTz-C11 as a guest component. Benefiting from the reduced recombination, improved exciton generation and dissociation, and balanced charge transport, a high efficiency of 16.58% is obtained for the ternary all-PSCs, with a high Jsc over 25 mA cm−2 without sacrificing the Voc. Such result represents the highest efficiency reported for benzotriazole-based all-PSCs in the literature thus far. This work demonstrates the great potential of benzotriazole for the synthesis of efficient narrow-bandgap polymer acceptors.  相似文献

The unscientific application of synthetic pesticides has brought various negative effects on the environment, hindering the sustainable development of agriculture. Nanoparticles can be applied as carriers to improve pesticide delivery, showing great potential in the development of pesticide formulation in recent years. Herein, a star polymer (SPc) was constructed as an efficient pesticide nanocarrier/adjuvant that could spontaneously assemble with thiocyclam or monosultap into a complex, through hydrophobic association and hydrogen bonding, respectively, with the pesticide-loading contents of 42.54% and 19.3%. This complexation reduced the particle sizes of thiocyclam from 543.54 to 52.74 nm for pure thiocyclam, and 3 814.16 to 1 185.89 nm for commercial preparation (cp) of thiocyclam. Interestingly, the introduction of SPc decreased the contact angles of both pure and cp thiocyclam on plant leaves, and increased the plant uptake of cp thiocyclam to 2.4–1.9 times of that without SPc. Meanwhile, the SPc could promote the bioactivity of pure/cp thiocyclam against green peach aphids through leaf dipping method and root application. For leaf dipping method, the 50% lethal concentration decreased from 0.532 to 0.221 g/L after the complexation of pure thiocyclam with SPc, and that decreased from 0.390 to 0.251 g/L for cp thiocyclam. SPc seems a promising adjuvant for nanometerization of both pure and cp insecticides, which is beneficial for improving the delivery efficiency and utilization rate of pesticides.  相似文献
