用植物试管玻片培养技术研究NH_4~ 对细枝木麻黄及Frankia菌株Co01共生体系建立过程的影响。NH_4~ (100,150ppm(NH_4)_2SO_4)通过阻止菌株Cc01与其宿主细枝木麻黄根毛壁的亲和作用来影响结瘤。但NH_4~ 不能阻抑菌株Cc01中结瘤基因pel和cel的表达及纤维素酶和果胶酶活性,且菌丝一旦侵入宿主皮层细胞,并形成根瘤原基及前根瘤,则NH_4~ (250ppm(NH_4)_2SO_4)就不再阻止原基进一步发育为成熟的根瘤。但在这种情况下,NH_4~ 能抑制根瘤的固氮活性。     

青霉素G酰化酶α亚基Ser177的突变对酶活性的影响

用盒式突变和定点突变对大肠杆菌青霉素G酰化酶α亚基177位ser进行了突变研究,结果发现所挑选的突变体均无酶的活力,这一结果可能可以用来解释Ser 177附近肽段和一些青霉素结合蛋白青霉素结合区在一级结构上保持同源性的原因。     

受白粉菌诱导大麦抗感等基因系蛋白质变化的双向电泳分析

分别对接种与否的大麦抗—感白粉病等基因系—叶期幼苗取材进行蛋白质双向电泳分析。结果表明,病原的侵入使抗—感两系在30Kd以下的低分子量区域的蛋白质发生了明显变化。接种48小时之后,抗病系在pH5.5、6.0、6.8及8.8附近出现了对照中所没有的蛋白质,而在pH6.0和8.8附近的蛋白质则较对照有减小的趋势;感病系在pH6.0附近蛋白质明显增多,在pH8.8处不仅在量上有大幅度提高,而且种类也有增加。结果还表明,抗—感系间在未接种的情况下双向电泳图谱也有差异,接种之后由于感病系在pH8.8处蛋白质的特异性合成,使抗—感两系间的差异缩小。

从我国成人手足口病患者疱液中首次分离出肠道病毒71型

本文报道了从我国手足口病(HFMD)患者疱液中肠道病毒71(E71)型H株的分离和鉴定。该株病毒可在原代人胚肺(HEL)细胞、MA104细胞、BSC细胞中生长繁殖,导致典型的肠道病毒CPE出现。将H株接种乳鼠后出现肢体麻痹、第6天开始死亡。电镜下可见感染H株的BSC细胞胞浆中出现大量的结晶状排列的成熟病毒颗粒,直径约25nm。患者双份血清中有对H株4倍增高的中和抗体存在。采用100抗体单位的抗Cox A5、7、9、16、E70、E71抗体和50抗体单位的LBM组合血清A-H以及抗E71BrCr株MeAb P27对H株进行中和试验时,H株可被抗E71血清和MeAb P27所中和。抗E71抗体对H株的最低有效中和作用为1.6抗体单位,MeAb P27对H株的有效中和作用是64抗体单位。其它血清则无此中和作用。然而,在鉴定过程中发现,高滴度的抗Cox A16抗体(200抗体单位以上)也显出有中和H株的作用,提示我们所分离的H株含有与Cox A16的型间共同抗原。     

An ecological study of soils in the Highlands of western Tibet I. Soils along an iso-altitudinal transect across western Tibet

A variety of soil studies were carried out along a 920-km transect running SE to NW from near the border with northern Nepal, through the Western Tibet Highlands (soils sampled at six locations at an elevation of about 4200 m), to the Takla Makan Desert. This transect, which parallels the China-India border, covers a range of aridities. Annual precipitation decreased exponentially (from 169 mm to ca. 50 mm) north-westwards along the transect. The humidity index also decreased exponentially to the desert zone in the Western Tibet Highlands, and decreased further in the Takla Makan Desert because of the high temperature in the latter area. Vegetation changed fromCaragana thorn-bush steppe, throughArtemisia sparse steppe, to desert. Soil properties were studied in relation to the humidity index. Organic C, total N, cation exchange capacity, and very low C/N ratio values (a maximum of 12.8) of soils decreased with the decrease in humidity index. In contrast, carbonate, pH (KCl), and sulfate increased exponentially. Available P and ammonia content were inversely related to the abundance of carbonate, whereas nitrate increased where carbonate was abundant. Illite was the most abundant of the clay minerals, followed in order by kaolinite and montmorillonite.     

沙门氏菌Ⅱ的三个新血清型

Eight cultures isolated from intestinal contents of reptiles were belonged to 3 new serotypes of Salmonella. They were all ducitol fermented, malonate utilized, but not attack lactose and salicin, no growth in KCN broth, ONPG negative. Therefore, they would be included in Salmonella II. They were all attacked by Felix phage O-I. Three represented strains were selected for antigen analysis. Their antigenic formula were identified as follows: S3194 Salmonella II 6,7:1,v:e,n,z15 S3196 Salmonella II 6, 7:y: e, n, z(1)5 S3195 Salmonella II 6, 8: e, h: 1,2 Among them, S3196 was indole positive belonging to a rare biotype. In addition, there were two other cultures as well as the formula of S3194, and three other cultures as well as the formula of S3196 (one of indole positive, two of indole negative).
