基于遥感技术的全国生态系统分类体系 总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
随着遥感技术的发展,以遥感数据作为生态系统监测与评价的基础已成为宏观生态学研究的重要手段。遥感数据要求每一数据集都要有相应的地物分类体系与之匹配,这也造成不同遥感数据及分类体系之间相互独立。虽然体系间多有联系和相似之处,但不同数据集的分类体系难以直接使用或替换,制约了多元数据在生态系统评价中的使用效果。为尝试解决这一问题,提高多源遥感数据的使用效率,提出了一套基于中分辨率遥感数据的生态系统分类体系。这套体系共有9个一级类、21个二级类、46个三级类,该体系主要依据类别内生态系统特征的相似性,并考虑了气候、地形等因素。最后以海南岛、内蒙古和甘肃3个省为例,探讨了以遥感数据为基础的区域生态系统构成分析方法与应用效果。研究表明,该分类体系有较好的生态学依据,可以支持更加深入的生态系统评估。但分类体系中还存在遥感数据与生态因子数据尺度不匹配、不能满足小尺度研究中对三级类进一步细分的要求以及当前数据质量和模拟技术不足以完全支持植被覆盖率反演精度要求等问题。 相似文献

Total mortality and sudden cardiac death is highly prevalent in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). In CKD patients, the protein-bound uremic retention solute indoxyl sulfate (IS) is independently associated with cardiovascular disease. However, the underlying mechanisms of this association have yet to be elucidated. The relationship between IS and cardiac electrocardiographic parameters was investigated in a prospective observational study among early CKD patients. IS arrhythmogenic effect was evaluated by in vitro cardiomyocyte electrophysiological study and mathematical computer simulation. In a cohort of 100 early CKD patients, patients with corrected QT (QTc) prolongation had higher IS levels. Furthermore, serum IS level was independently associated with prolonged QTc interval. In vitro, the delay rectifier potassium current (IK) was found to be significantly decreased after the treatment of IS in a dose-dependent manner. The modulation of IS to the IK was through the regulation of the major potassium ion channel protein Kv 2.1 phosphorylation. In a computer simulation, the decrease of IK by IS could prolong the action potential duration (APD) and induce early afterdepolarization, which is known to be a trigger mechanism of lethal ventricular arrhythmias. In conclusion, serum IS level is independently associated with the prolonged QTc interval in early CKD patients. IS down-regulated IK channel protein phosphorylation and the IK current activity that in turn increased the cardiomyocyte APD and QTc interval in vitro and in the computer ORd model. Lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)], an LDL-like particle, has been proposed as a causal risk factor for CVD among general populations. Meanwhile, both serum Lp(a) and diabetes increase the risk of CVD. However, the relationship between serum Lp(a) and T2D is poorly characterized, especially in the Asian population. Therefore, we conducted a cross-sectional study in 10,122 participants aged 40 years or older in Jiading District, Shanghai, China. Our study found that the prevalence of T2D was decreased from 20.9% to 15.0% from the lowest quartile to the highest quartile of serum Lp(a) concentrations (P for trend <0.0001). Logistic regression analyses showed that the odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals of prevalent T2D for quartiles 2–4 versus quartile 1 were 0.86 (0.73–1.01), 0.88 (0.75–1.04), and 0.76 (0.64–0.90) (P for trend = 0.0002), after adjustment for traditional confounding factors. Moreover, the risks for prevalent prediabetes, insulin resistance, and hyperinsulinemia were also decreased from the lowest to the top quartile. This inverse association between serum Lp(a) and T2D was not appreciably changed after we adjusted hypoglycemic medications or excluded the subjects with hypoglycemic and/or lipid-lowering agents and/or a history of self-reported CVD. 相似文献

Background
Inflammation has a crucial role in renal interstitial fibrosis, which is the common pathway of chronic kidney diseases. Mefunidone (MFD) is a new compound which could effectively inhibit the proliferation of renal fibroblasts in vitro. However, the overall effect of Mefunidone in renal fibrosis remains unknown.Methods
Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided intro 6 groups: sham operation, unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO), UUO/Mefunidone (25, 50, 100mg/kg/day) and UUO/PFD (500mg/kg/day). The rats were sacrificed respectively on days 3, 7, and 14 after the operation. Tubulointerstitial injury index, interstitial collagen deposition, expression of fibronectin (FN), α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), type I and III collagen and the number of CD3+ and CD68+ cells were determined. The expressions of proinflammatory cytokines, p-ERK, p-IκB, and p-STAT3 were measured in human renal proximal tubular epithelial cells of HK-2 or macrophages.Results
Mefunidone treatment significantly attenuated tubulointerstitial injury, interstitial collagen deposition, expression of FN, α-SMA, type I and III collagen in the obstructive kidneys, which correlated with significantly reduced the number of T cells and macrophages in the obstructive kidneys. Mechanistically, Mefunidone significantly inhibited tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α-) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced production of proinflammatory cytokines. This effect is possibly due to the inhibition of phosphorylation of ERK, IκB, and STAT3.Conclusion
Mefunidone treatment attenuated tubulointerstitial fibrosis in a rat model of UUO, at least in part, through inhibition of inflammation. 相似文献936.

Variation in hippocampal neuroanatomy correlates well with spatial learning ability in mice. Here, we have studied both hippocampal neuroanatomy and behavior in 53 isogenic BXD recombinant strains derived from C57BL/6J and DBA/2J parents. A combination of experimental, neuroinformatic and systems genetics methods was used to test the genetic bases of variation and covariation among traits. Data were collected on seven hippocampal subregions in CA3 and CA4 after testing spatial memory in an eight‐arm radial maze task. Quantitative trait loci were identified for hippocampal structure, including the areas of the intra‐ and infrapyramidal mossy fibers (IIPMFs), stratum radiatum and stratum pyramidale, and for a spatial learning parameter, error rate. We identified multiple loci and gene variants linked to either structural differences or behavior. Gpc4 and Tenm2 are strong candidate genes that may modulate IIPMF areas. Analysis of gene expression networks and trait correlations highlight several processes influencing morphometrical variation and spatial learning. 相似文献

The family Euphorbiaceae includes some of the most efficient biomass accumulators. Whole genome sequencing and the development of genetic maps of these species are important components in molecular breeding and genetic improvement. Here we report the draft genome of physic nut (Jatropha curcas L.), a biodiesel plant. The assembled genome has a total length of 320.5 Mbp and contains 27 172 putative protein‐coding genes. We established a linkage map containing 1208 markers and anchored the genome assembly (81.7%) to this map to produce 11 pseudochromosomes. After gene family clustering, 15 268 families were identified, of which 13 887 existed in the castor bean genome. Analysis of the genome highlighted specific expansion and contraction of a number of gene families during the evolution of this species, including the ribosome‐inactivating proteins and oil biosynthesis pathway enzymes. The genomic sequence and linkage map provide a valuable resource not only for fundamental and applied research on physic nut but also for evolutionary and comparative genomics analysis, particularly in the Euphorbiaceae. 相似文献

Four scion-rootstock combination [i.e., X/X and X/SP, ‘Xuegan’ (Citrus sinensis) grafted on ‘Xugan’ and ‘Sour pummelo’ (Citrus grandis), respectively, and SP/X and SP/SP, ‘Sour pummelo’ grafted on ‘Xuegan’ and ‘Sour pummelo’, respectively] plants were treated for 18 weeks with 0 (?Al) or 1.2 mM AlCl3·6H2O (+Al). Thereafter, leaf, stem and root concentrations of phosphorus and aluminum (Al), leaf and root levels of organic acids (OAs), Al-induced release of OA anions (i.e., malate and citrate), photosynthesis and chlorophyll a fluorescence (OJIP) transients were measured. Al-induced decrease of photosynthesis and damage of photosynthetic electron transport chain were less pronounced in X/X and X/SP leaves than in SP/SP and SP/X leaves, which might be related with the higher Al-induced root efflux of OA anions and leaf P concentration. C. sinensis rootstock alleviated the influences of Al-toxicity on leaf photosynthetic electron transport chain by enhancing Al-induced release of root OA anions, hence lessening Al-induced photosynthesis inhibition in SP/X plants, while the reverse was the case for C. grandis rootstock in X/SP plants. In conclusion, the tolerance of grafted Citrus plants to Al depends on the scion as well as rootstock genotype, and the scion-rootstock interaction. 相似文献

A mutant strain of Pyropia yezoensis, strain E, was isolated from the free‐living conchocelis of a pure strain (NA) treated with ethyl methane sulfonate. The incremental quantities of young strain E blades were higher than those of NA after 14 d of cultivation, indicating that young blades of mutant strain E released more archeospores. The mean length and weight of large E blades were both over three times greater than those of NA after 4 weeks of cultivation. The photosynthetic parameters (Fv/Fm, Y[I], Y[II], and O2 evolution rate) and pigment contents (including phycoerythrin and phycocyanin) of strain E blades were higher than those of NA (P < 0.05). The cellular respiratory rate of strain E blades was lower than that of NA (P < 0.05). In order to investigate the causes of changes in strain E blades, total RNA in strain E and NA blades were sequenced using the Illumina Hiseq platform. Compared with NA, 1,549 unigenes were selected in strain E including 657 up‐regulated and 892 down‐regulated genes. According to the physiology measurement and differentially expressed genes analysis, cell respiration in strain E might decrease, whereas anabolic‐like photosynthesis and protein biosynthesis might increase compared with NA. This means substance accumulation might be greater than decomposition in strain E. This might explain why strain E blades showed improved growth compared with NA. In addition, several genes related to stress resistance were up‐regulated in strain E indicating that strain E might have a higher stress resistance. The sequencing dataset may be conducive to Pyropia yezoensis molecular breeding research. 相似文献
