This study presents a piezoelectric rotary actuator which is equipped with a bionic driving mechanism imitating the centipede foot.The configuration and the operational principle are introduced in detail.The movement model is established to analyze the motion of the actuator.We establish a set of experimental system and corresponding experiments are conducted to evaluate the characteristics of the prototype.The results indicate that the prototype can be operated stably step by step and all steps have high reproducibility.The driving resolutions in forward and backward motions are 2.31 μrad and 1.83 μrad,respectively.The prototype can also output a relatively accurate circular motion and the maximum output torques in forward and backward directions are 76.4 Nmm and 70.6 Nmm,respectively.Under driving frequency of 1 Hz,the maximum angular velocities in forward and backward directions are 1029.3 μrad·s-1 and 1165 μrad·s-1 when the driving voltage is 120 V.Under driving voltage of 60 V,the angular velocities in forward and backward motions can be up to 235100 μtrad·s-1 and 153650 prad·s-1 when the driving frequency is 1024 Hz.We can obtain the satisfactory angular velocity by choosing a proper driving voltage and frequency for the actuator. 相似文献

目的:探讨长沙地区县级医院中年慢性病患者健康商数指数及其影响因素,帮助中年人群提升健康自我管理能力.方法:采用随机抽样的方法对长沙地区4所县级医院的808名中年慢性疾病患者进行一般情况和健商问卷调查,所有资料均采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析.结果:(1)健康商数状况调查结果中各维度得分均较低,在相应临界值水平左右,其中自我保健、生活方式、精神状态维度未低于相应,临界值,精神状态维度得分相对较高,为24.73±5.49;健康知识维度的得分较低,为21.47±5.89,甚至低于安全健康商数维度的临界值.(2)不同年龄段、不同家庭住址、不同文化程度、不同体检频度患者在健康商数四个维度的得分均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同体质指数的患者在健康知识和精神状态维度的得分有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:(1)长沙地区县级医院中年慢性病患者健康商数状况总体不容乐观,尤其是健康知识维度较为薄弱,提示此类患者应成为护理工作针对性健康教育的重点对象,而健康知识普及应成为健康教育的重点内容.(2)年龄段、家庭住址、文化程度和体检频度是住院中年慢性病患者健康商数的重要影响因素,据此可为护理工作中开展个体化的干预策略提供参考依据. 相似文献

Several genetically stable mutants blocked in nikkomycin biosynthesis were obtained after the slightly germinated spores of Streptomyces ansochromogenes, a nikkomycin producer, were treated with ultra violet radiation. One of the mutants is the same in morpholotical differentiation as the wild type strain and is designated as NBB19. A DMA library was constructed using plasmid plJ702 as cloning vector, NBB19 as cloning recipient. A 6 kb DNA fragment which can genetically complement NBB19 was cloned when screening the library for antifungal activity. Sequence analysis showed that the 3 kb Bgl II-Sal I fragment contains one complete ORF (ORF1) and one partial ORF (ORF2). ORF1 is designated as sanA. sanA is 1 365 bp, encoding a protein consisting of 454 amino acid residues. Database searching indicated that sanA is homologous to the hypothetical methyltransferase in Pyrococcus horikoshli with 25% identities and 41% positives. Whole body heating increases muscle sympathetic nerve activity (MSNA); however, the effect of heat stress on spectral characteristics of MSNA is unknown. Such information may provide insight into mechanisms of heat stress-induced MSNA activation. The purpose of the present study was to test the hypothesis that heat stress-induced changes in systolic blood pressure variability parallel changes in MSNA variability. In 13 healthy subjects, MSNA, electrocardiogram, arterial blood pressure (via Finapres), and respiratory activity were recorded under both normothermic and heat stress conditions. Spectral characteristics of integrated MSNA, R-R interval, systolic blood pressure, and respiratory excursions were assessed in the low (LF; 0.03-0.15 Hz) and high (HF; 0.15-0.45 Hz) frequency components. Whole body heating significantly increased skin and core body temperature, MSNA burst rate, and heart rate, but not mean arterial blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure and R-R interval variability were significantly reduced in both the LF and HF ranges. Compared with normothermic conditions, heat stress significantly increased the HF component of MSNA, while the LF component of MSNA was not altered. Thus the LF-to-HF ratio of MSNA oscillatory components was significantly reduced. These data indicate that the spectral characteristics of MSNA are altered by whole body heating; however, heat stress-induced changes in MSNA do not parallel changes in systolic blood pressure variability. Moreover, the reduction in LF component of systolic blood pressure during heat stress is unlikely related to spectral changes in MSNA. 相似文献

实验采用分离神经细束的方法,观察逆行电刺激大鼠脊神经背侧皮支后,在相距较远的神经细束上记录到的Aδ和C类机械感受单位电活动的变化。刺激T9脊神经背侧皮支,在T12神经细束上记录到59.3%(16/27)的Aδ和71.2%(37/52)的C类单位在刺激后90~120s放电显著增加。刺激T8脊神经背侧皮支,在T12神经细束上记录到47.8%(11/23)的Aδ单位和36.6%(15/41)的C类单位在刺激后120~150s放电显著增加。大多数单位(18/23)的机械感受阈值在电刺激远距离脊神经背侧皮支后降低。结果表明,逆行电刺激外周感觉神经,可以使相距较远的Aδ和C类机械感受单位致敏,其传入放电增加。 相似文献

采用光学显微镜对凤尾蕨属5种植物孢子体形态特征进行观察和分析,以探讨该属植物的形态和亲缘关系,为凤尾蕨属的系统分类提供新的资料和依据.结果显示,该属5种植物的基本气孔类型为腋下细胞型和极细胞型;叶脉类型为无网眼的羽状分离型;副叶脉呈一回分叉平行分布;5种植物的维管束木质部多为单柱型管状中柱,也有部分双柱型网状中柱,管状分子中均有导管分子存在,仅在蜈蚣蕨和银脉凤尾蕨中发现管胞,其中井栏边草无纹孔膜残余.研究表明,蜈蚣蕨和银脉凤尾蕨较为原始,井栏边草、溪边凤尾蕨、紫轴凤尾蕨关系更近,也更为进化. 相似文献

建立人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,实验组每只裸鼠瘤周注射斑蝥素酸镁6.26×10-5mmol,对照组给予相同容积的无菌生理盐水瘤周注射。给药22 d后,观察斑蝥素酸镁对皮下移植瘤增殖的影响,并在此基础上,利用HE染色观察药物对人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤组织形态学特征的影响。实验发现斑蝥素酸镁组移植瘤细胞体积变小、胞浆固缩、嗜酸性变,细胞核固缩、碎裂。透射电镜观察人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤组织超微结构的改变,镜下见斑蝥素酸镁组移植瘤细胞核膜基本消失、核染色质聚集成团等改变。免疫组化二步法检测人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤组织中bcl-2、bax的表达水平,结果显示斑蝥素酸镁组瘤组织中bcl-2的表达低于生理盐水组,而bax的表达高于生理盐水组(P0.05)。本实验提示斑蝥素酸镁能明显抑制人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤的增殖,并能诱导移植瘤细胞发生凋亡,其机制可能与上调bax和下调bcl-2表达有关。 相似文献

The impact of the ploidy level on biomass accumulation and the production of high-value secondary metabolites was studied in Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench. Tetraploid E. purpurea was obtained by treating diploid explants with colchicine. The morphology, biomass yield, the contents of caffeic acid derivatives and alkamides, and the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and cinnamate 4-hydroxylase (C4H) were compared between diploid plants and tetraploid plants of E. purpurea. The total fresh root weight and total dry root weight of the tetraploid plants were 39.32 and 40.48 % higher than those of the diploid plants, respectively. The chemical profiles of the diploid and tetraploid E. purpurea plants were similar, as determined through a comparison of their FTIR spectra and second derivative spectra. The caffeic acid derivatives and alkamides in the diploid and tetraploid plants were determined by HPLC. The tetraploid plants had higher contents of both of these types of molecules. In addition, the tetraploid plants had higher PAL and C4H activities compared with the diploid plants. The enhancement in the PAL and C4H activities was accompanied with an increase in the cichoric acid content, which indicates that the induction of polyploidy in E. purpurea resulted in higher PAL and C4H expression and promoted the biosynthesis of cichoric acid. Therefore, the induction of polyploidy may be a valid strategy to achieve a higher yield of biomass and bioactive compounds in E. purpurea. 相似文献

内载谷胱甘肽(GSH)的大豆(Glycine max L.)下胚轴正向型质膜囊泡具有以GSH为电子供体的跨膜电子传递活性,能还原膜外电子受体FeCN和细胞色素(Cyt)C,其还原速率分别为(21.6±0.6)nmolFeCN·min~(-1)·mg~(-1)蛋白和(6.6±1.0)nmol Cyt C·min~(-1)·mg~(-1)蛋白。这种跨膜电子传递能引起膜上Cyt P-450吸收光谱标志带(Soret带)的变化,表明Cyt P-450参与了这一氧化还原过程。在跨质膜电子传递的同时伴随着H~ 运输和膜电位的改变。 相似文献
