急性缺氧性缺氧时心脏功能的改变

F_(IO_2)(吸入气氧浓度)为12.35、9.87及7.7l％,分别吸入10、8及5min时,心功能呈代偿性增强改变。F_(IO_2)为9.37％、吸入20min时心功能的变化趋势与9.87％8min时仍基本相同。继发性缺二氧化碳对缺氧引起的心功能代偿性增强,在一定程度上起抵消作用。F_(IO_2)为9.87％时的缺氧程度约相当于18km高空加压供氧总压值为15.3kPa(115mmHg)时的缺氧。单纯从缺氧因素考虑,将总压值由常用的17.3kPa(130mmHg)降低为15.3kPa是可允许的。     

Sequence analysis of the 5′-flanking region of the gene encoding human N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase III

We have isolated and characterized the immediate (1651 bp) 5′-flanking region of the gene (GnT-III) encoding N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase III (GnT-III) from a human placental genomic library. Analysis of promoter elements shows a similarity to the 5′-flanking region of murine 1,4-galactosyltransferase. The sequence lacks obvious TATA elements and CCAAT boxes; however, putative regulatory sites, including 2 potential cAMP-response regulatory elements (CRE), 11 insulin-response element consensus sequences (IRE), 7 potential AP-2-binding sites, 2 SP1 consensus sequences (GC boxes) and 2 sequences similar to the half-palindromic glucocorticoid-responsive element (GRE), are present.     

菜用大豆产量相关性状的遗传分析

对 19个菜用大豆品种与产量有关的10个农艺性状进行遗传分析的结果表明,生育期和主茎节数遗传力偏高;单株荚数、分枝数遗传力偏低;单株产量、单株荚数的遗传变异系数很大,其遗传进度的值也较大;生育期的遗传变异系数小, 遗传进度也小,遗传相关分析结果表明,产量与生育期、单株结荚数相关关系密切。菜用大豆遗传参数分析结果与前人对食用大豆的研究结果趋势一致。     

RFLP mapping of QTLs for yield and related characters in rice (Oryza sativa L.)

Quantitative triat loci (QTLs) for yield and related traits in rice were mapped based on RFLP maps from two indica/indica F₂ populations, Tesanai 2/CB and Waiyin 2/CB. In Tesanai 2/CB, 14 intervals carrying QTLs for eight traits were detected, including 3 for grain weight per plant (GWT), 2 for number of panicles per plant (NP), 2 for number of grains per panicle (NG), 1 for total number of spikelets per panicle (TNS), 1 for spikelet fertility (SF), 3 for 1000-grain weight (TGWT), 1 for spikelet density (SD), and 1 for number of first branches per main panicle. The 3 QTLs for GWT were located on chromosomes 1, 2, and 4, with 1 in each chromosome. The additive effect of the single locus ranged from 2.0 g to 9.1 g. A major gene (np4) for NP was detected on chromosome 4 within the interval of RG143–RG214, about 4cM for RG143, and this locus explained 26.1% of the observed phenotypic variance for NP. The paternal allele of this locus was responsible for reduced panicles per plant (3 panicles per plant). In another population, Waiyin 2/CB, 12 intervals containing QTLs for six of the above-mentioned traits were detected, including 3 for GWT, 2 for each of NP, TNS, TGWT and SD, 1 for SF. Three QTLs for GWT were located on chromosome 1, 4, and 5, respectively. The additive effect of the single locus for GWT ranged from 6.7 g to 8.8 g, while the dominance effect was 1.7–11.5 g. QTL mapping in two populations with a common male parent is compared and discussed.     

中药903口服液长期毒性实验研究

中药９０３口服液经药效学研究,表明该制剂具有良好的扶植正常菌群,调整微生态平衡,提高机体免疫能力的作用。对中药９０３口服液进行长期毒性实验研究结果证实,三种不同剂量组大白鼠给药前后的体重,血常规,主要脏器重量,肝、肾功能均无显著性差异。对４０例大鼠１１种脏器病理检查均未见药物损伤性病变。     

外源酚对凤眼莲体内酚含量和与酚代谢有关酶的影响

凤眼莲能够吸收和在体内聚集外源苯酚,体内的酸含量随着环境中酚浓度的上升而上升。从生长于合酚培养液中的凤眼莲体内能够检测到酚糖苷,说明凤眼莲体内有酚精苷转移酶的存在。浓度小于５０ｍｇ／Ｌ的外源酚能提高凤眼莲体内的多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶的活性。多酚氯化酶与过氧化物酶在线粒体和微粒体中均有不同程度的分布,而酚糖苷转移酶则不存在于这些细胞器中。     

Production of panose from maltose by intact cells of Aureobasidium pullulans

Panose, a major component of isomalto-oligosaccharides, was selectively produced from maltose using transglucosylation reaction catalyzed by intact cells of Aureobasidium pullulans. When 50 %(w/v) maltose was used as a substrate, the maximum concentration of panose accumulated in the final reaction mixture was about 50 %(w/w) after 120 hr reaction at 55 °C.
