广西德峨苗族、彝族体质调查

对广西隆林县德峨乡男性22至60岁与女性20至60岁的576名苗族人(男395、女181)和178名彝族人(男88、女90)进行了活体观察与测量,计算出各项数据,总结德峨苗族、彝族的体质特征,并与国内一些民族相比较。     

cGMP、cAMP及两种cAMP衍生物对大鼠肝细胞核体外转录系统的影响

 本文介绍了以α-鹅膏蕈碱和低浓度KCl为手段建立了RNA聚合酶Ⅰ、RNA聚合酶Ⅱ活性的细胞核转录系统进而研究了cGMP、cAMP、cAMP丁酯及cAMP硫代环磷酰二乙胺对大鼠肝细胞核中RNA聚合酶Ⅰ与Ⅱ活性的影响。结果显示cGMP可以提高RNA聚合酶Ⅰ的活性;cAMP主要提高RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的活极,而cAMP分子结构变化产生的丁酯及硫代环磷酰二乙胺衍生物可增强cAMP的这种作用,为深入研究cAMP的构效关系提供了实验依据。     

自交作物群体的遗传组成分析

用数学方法推导出了自交作物群体遗传组成的分析公式。根据所推出的公式,可以计算出任何自交世代群体的基因型频率和同一表现型中各基因型的频率。对自交群体遗传组成的分析可用于质量性状的选择,确定选择时需要的有效群体大小和选出有效群体的大小,亦有助于确定选择的最佳世代。     

Isolation and reconstitution of the RNA replicase of the cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus of silkworm,Bombyx mori

Summary After irradiation of the virus particles of CPV, the RNA replicase associated with the virion was isolated in the form of a genome-replicase complex with DEAE-Sephadex A-25 chromatography. This complex was then treated with Triton X-100 and purified by phosphocellulose column chromatography. The RNA replicase reconstituted with the doublestranded RNA of CPV showed both the enzyme activity of RNA polymerase and methyltransferase. The single-stranded RNA could not serve as the template for the RNA replicase. The role of the RNA replicase of CPV is discussed.     

Somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration from immature inflorescence segments of Coix lacryma-jobi

Callus was obtained from segments of immature inflorescence of Coix lacryma-jobi cultured on N6 medium containing 1–2 mg/l 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 3–5% sucrose. Plantlets were regenerated when embryogenic calluses were transferred onto MS medium with 0.5 mg/l kinetin and 0.01 mg/l naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA). Regenerated plants had the diploid chromosome number (2n=20).     

Hybrids between tobacco crown gall cells and normal somatic cells of Atropa belladonna

Protoplast fusion of Nicotiana tabacum (B6S3) crown gall cells and Atropa belladonna leaf mesophyll cells was carried out. Hybrids were selected for their capacity to grow on hormone-free media and to green in light. Shoots incapable of rhizogenesis were regenerated on the same media and grafted onto normal plants of different species. 57 hybrid cell lines differing in their genetic constitution were produced. Analysis of hybrid lines involved the determination of the lysopine dehydrogenase (LpDH) activity and the molecular forms of esterase and amylase, a restriction analysis of chloroplast DNA and a cytogenetic study.Abbreviations LS-H Linsmaier and Skoog (1965) hormone-free medium - LpDH lysopine dehydrogenase     

Analysis of characters coded for by T-DNA using hybridization between tumorous and normal plant cells

In somatic hybrids between tumourous Nicotiana tabacum (B6S3) and normal mesophyll Atropa belladonna cells, the following traits, directly or indirectly connected with T-DNA gene expression and tumourous growth, were analysed: lysopine dehydrogenase activity (LpDH), shoot suppression, root suppression, ability to grow on media with D-lactose as a sole carbon source and resistance to 2-aminoethylcysteine, 5-bromodeoxyuridine and 5-methyltryptophan.
