Lymphomicrocirculatory networks of endocardium, myocardium and epicardium, as well as lymphatic vessels of four orders represent the intraorganic lymphatic bed of the cattle heart. In the endocardium there is a lymphatic network with close loops and a small amount of blindly beginning capillaries. The capillary lymphatic bed of the endocardial trabeculae carneae is much more dense than that in the other part of the endocardial surface. The spatial lymphatic network of the myocardium is joined with the lymphomicrocirculatory networks of the endocardium and epicardium by means of a large amount of connections. The epicardial lymphatic bed is formed by blindly beginning lymphatic capillaries, which situate in close and nonclose loops of the lymphatic network. In the epicardium there is only one lymphatic network. The size of the loops and the diameter of the lymphatic capillaries is directly proportional to the age of the animals.  相似文献

An actinomycete designated as Streptomyces coerulatus LIA-0735 was isolated from a soil sample collected in the Alma-Ata region. The strain produces a nonaromatic heptaenic antibiotic with a very low inhibitory effect on the growth of gram positive bacteria, yeasts and actinomycetes. By a number of features antibiotic LIA-0735 differs from the known heptaens of the nonaromatic group.  相似文献

"Intracellular" metalloproteinase was purified to homogeneity from Bacillus subtilis 103 crude cell extract, using affinity chromatography on bacitracin-Sepharose 4B. The degree of purification and the yield of the enzyme were about 260-fold and 3%, respectively. In its physico-chemical properties and the amino acid composition the enzyme is very similar, if not identical, to the extracellular metalloproteinase isolated from the culture filtrate of the same strain. Extracellular metalloproteinase-deficient mutant strain Bacillus subtilis SMY-512 does not produce the "intracellular" enzyme either. THe activity of "intracellular" metalloproteinase in the periplasmic space of the cells is about 70% of that in the cytoplasm, thus being indicative of a rather regular distribution of the enzyme throughout the cell compartment.  相似文献

Concentrations of ATP, ADP, AMP, cAMP as well as pyruvate and glucose-6-phosphate were measured in B. lastocladiella emersonii cells developing via RS morphogenetic pathway. They varied significantly in the course of development (1.3-14.8 mumole/g dry weight for the sum of ATP+ADP+AMP; 0.012-5.3 nmole for cAMP; 0.47-1.9 mumole for pyruvate; 0.36-4.78 mumole for glucose-6-phosphate). At the same time the adenylate energy charge remained essentially unchanged (about 0.8) from the middle of exponential growth till the end of the stationary phase. At the late stages of RS-sporangia formation the concentration of all the above compounds decreased by about 10 times, and the adenylate energy charge only by 30%. Positive correlation between the levels of ATP and cAMP in RS cells was demonstrated. The concentration of adenylic nucleotides and cAMP showed the most noticable changes at the end of exponential growth; transition of the point of no return was not accompanied by significant changes in the pools of adenylic system, cAMP or energy charge.  相似文献

The effect of cAMP on the parameters characterizing the development of luminescence in Photobacterium belozerskii is discussed. An addition of cAMP to the culture medium shortened the latent time of luminescence development by 3--6 hours. The intensity of bacterial luminescence increased with a varying rate. During luminescence enhancement the rate of luciferase synthesis increased by a factor of 10 to 10(3). The rate of luciferase synthesis and the maxiumum level of bacterial luminescence when cultivated in the glycerol medium containing arginine and proline increased under the influence of cAMP by 100 and 40 times, respectively. After an addition to cAMP into the glucose medium these parameters of luminescence development increased only when the medium contained arginine. After an addition of cAMP into the glycerol medium the rate of bacterial growth increased two-fold. Possible mechanisms regulating luminescence development and cAMP involvement in these processes are discussed.  相似文献

The mass radioisotope (32P) labelling of all tundra voles excreting Zeptospira, infected urine was carried out over the area of 1 ha, and the results of the experiment analyzed by the method of planar coherent graphs, showed the irregular (spotted) distribution of "infected spots", i. e. soil patches contaminated by Zeptospira. The borders of individual small foci of infection did not coincide with the outlines of soil and vegetational divisions of the area. The spatial structure of the "extraorganismic" part of the Zeptospira population was originally formed by the carriers and thus determined by their mobility, their manner of using the territory. Later this structure was changed by selective elimination under the influence of living conditions for Zeptospira in the soil. The "infected spots", subjected to such selection, seem to be capable of constantly sustaining Zeptospira; the presence of these organisms is also due to the fact that they are regularly added into the soil with urine excreted by the carriers visiting the same spots of their territory.  相似文献

The thyroid gland functional state was studied by means of 131J-triiodothyronine in minks of two genotypes. The thyroid activity in the standard (dark brown) minks increased from the 3--4th month of postnatal ontogenesis (July--August) and decreased gradually by the 6th month (november). Similar changes in the thyroid activity were found in the Hedlung (white) minks as well. Their thyroid activity was, however, markedly higher on the 3rd month than in the standard minks.  相似文献

Susceptibility of 64 beta-hemolytic streptococcal strains isolated from the patients with sore throat was studied by the method of serial dilutions in fluid nutrient medium (Konikov broth). Heterogenecity with respect to the sensitivity was investigated in 34 strains among separate populations of the microbes (10 to 15 in every strain). The MIC of benzylpenicillin, oxacillin and erythromycin ranged within 0.007--0.24 U/ml, 0.02--0.36 gamma/ml and 0.005--0.1 gamma/ml respectively. The MIC of benzylpenicillin with respect to separate populations most sensitive to it was 0.007--0.015 U/ml, while that with respect to the lease sensitive populations ranged from 0.015 to 0.24 U/ml. The respective values for oxacillin were 0.02--0.12 and 0.18--0.36 gamma/ml and those for erythromycin were 0.005--0.025 and 0.05--0.1 gamma/ml. Therefore, the beta-hemolytic streptococci isolated from the patients with sore throat were characterized by a rather high sensitivity to the antibiotics which was important precondition for their efficiency in treatment of the patients with the above disease.  相似文献

An actinomyceteous strain LIA-0185 producing a heptaenic non-aromatic antibiotic of the candidin type was isolated from a soil sample taken in the Georgian SSR under the programme of screening antifungal antibiotics. The taxonomic study of the strain showed that it belonged to the series of viridoflavum and had the following main taxonomic features: the sporophores in the whorls, straight, remote: the aerial mycelium from yellow to dark-olive-grey; the substrate mycelium olive; the soluble pigment absent; the melanine pigment was produced on the peptone medium; the culture formed H2S; assimilated glucose, mannose, inozide and to a lesser extent fructose; did not assimilate arabinose, xylose, sucrose, lactose, ramnose and raffinose. The strain inhibited the growth of yeast and fungi, grampositive bacteria and actinomycetes and produced a complex of non-aromatic heptaenic antibiotics. The actinomycete differed from the other whorl cultures. It was classified as a new species Sv. griseoviridum sp. nov. The antibiotic complex was a mixture of 2 components, i. e. I and II present approximately in equal amounts. Component II was analogous to candidin. Component I was a new original substance.  相似文献

Distribution of 3H-carminomycin with the specific activity of 390 mCu/g prepared by the method of isotope exchange in 3H2O was investigated on mice treated with the antibiotic administered intravenously in a dose of 2 mg/kg. It was shown that the antibiotic rapidly accumulated in the mouse tissues, mainly in the liver, kidneys, lungs and spleen. The carminomycin blood levels markedly decreased within the first 5 minutes after the drug administration and remained rather stable during the following 6 hours. The concentrations of carminomycin in the heart muscle were comparatively low. Still, at early periods they were much higher than those in the skeletal muscles. The difference disappeared by 24 hours. Carminomycin penetrated into the tissues of the brain.  相似文献
