The transport and secretion of vitamin E in lipoproteins have been studied in cynomolgus monkeys fed tocopherols labeled with different amounts of deuterium. The animals were fed a single dose of vitamin E containing 60 mumol of each 2R,4'R,8'R-alpha-(5,7-(C2H3)2)tocopheryl acetate (d6-RRR-alpha-tocopheryl acetate; alpha-tocopherol with natural stereochemistry), 2S,4'R,8'R-alpha-5-(C2H3)tocopheryl acetate (d3-SRR-alpha-tocopheryl acetate; alpha-tocopherol with unnatural stereochemistry), and 2R,4'R,8'R-gamma-(3,4-2H)tocopherol (d2-RRR-gamma-tocopherol; gamma-tocopherol with natural stereochemistry). Chylomicrons, as well as the other plasma lipoproteins, contained equal concentrations of all three tocopherols at the earliest time points after feeding suggesting that all three tocopherols were absorbed equally. At later times plasma lipoproteins became preferentially enriched in d6-RRR-alpha-tocopherol. This is likely to be due to hepatic secretion of VLDL (very low density lipoproteins) and other lipoproteins, which were enriched in d6-RRR-alpha-tocopherol, as demonstrated in the lipoproteins isolated from perfused livers that had been obtained 24 h following the administration of the deuterated tocopherols. Taken together these data demonstrate that the liver, not the intestine, is the likely site of discrimination between tocopherol isomers and that the liver secretes nascent lipoproteins preferentially enriched in d6-RRR-alpha-tocopherol.  相似文献

针对洞庭湖湿地土壤Cd污染严重的现状,对湖区滨岸带8种优势植物的Cd富集特征及其修复效果进行了分析.结果表明,蒌蒿(Artemisia selengensis)对Cd表现出显著的富集特征,对Cd污染的修复效果好,是洞庭湖土壤Cd污染的理想修复材料;南艾蒿(Artemisia verlotorum)对Cd污染具有较好的修复效果,可作为湿地土壤Cd污染修复的备选材料;芦苇(Phragmites australis)和南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)植株的根部对Cd的积累量较高,具有良好的稳定修复效果,且由于二者地上部生物量大、能被连续刈割的特点,对洞庭湖湿地Cd污染治理起到一定的促进作用.  相似文献

为了揭示油松-根系微生物的互作关系及其对油松林分稳定性的影响,本研究选择陕西省黄龙县天然和人工油松林,采集油松根际与非根际土壤,测定非根际土壤化学特性,分离纯化根际土壤解磷(有机磷和无机磷)细菌,通过DNA基因测序鉴定解磷细菌,并测定解磷细菌的解磷能力。结果表明: 天然油松林非根际土壤中全碳(TC)、全氮(TN)含量以及C/N、N/P极显著高于人工油松林。2种油松根际土壤中共鉴定出20属65种解磷细菌,其中以芽孢杆菌属、链霉菌属和假单胞菌属为优势菌群;天然油松林根际解磷细菌多样性、丰富度和均匀度指数均高于人工油松林,而优势度指数低于人工油松林。链霉菌属与非根际土壤TC、TN和C/N、N/P呈正相关,而芽孢杆菌属和假单胞菌属与非根际土壤硝态氮、铵态氮、有效磷及全磷含量呈正相关。2种油松林根际土壤不同解磷细菌的解磷能力存在差异,其中天然和人工油松林根际共有的解磷细菌为假单胞菌Pseudomonas sp.34-5,其对磷酸钙的解磷能力最高,为11.40 μg·mL-1;天然油松林根际独有的解磷细菌蕈状芽胞杆菌BF1-5对卵磷脂的解磷能力最高,为4.58 μg·mL-1。该林区2种油松林根际解磷细菌菌群结构存在显著差异。与人工油松林相比,天然油松林根际土壤解磷细菌群落多样性更丰富且分布更均匀,解磷能力普遍高于人工林。  相似文献

In this article I offer an overture to social life, starting from the premise that every living being should be envisaged not as a blob but as a bundle of lines. I show that in joining with one another, these lines comprise a meshwork, in which every node is a knot. And in answering to one another, lifelines co‐respond. I propose the term ‘correspondence’ to connote their affiliation, and go on to show that correspondence rests on three essential principles: of habit (rather than volition), ‘agencing’ (rather than agency), and attentionality (rather than intentionality). I explain habit as ‘doing undergoing’, agencing as a process in which the ‘I’ emerges as a question, and attention as a resonant coupling of concurrent movements. I discuss the ethical and imaginative dimensions of correspondence under the respective rubrics of care and longing. Finally, I spell out the implications of a theory of correspondence for the way we approach classic themes of anthropological inquiry, including kinship and affinity, ecology and economy, ritual and religion, and politics and law. In a coda, I suggest that anthropology, too, must be a discipline of correspondence.  相似文献

目的:研究以壳聚糖、复合硅胶、阴离子交换树脂为载体固定化胰蛋白酶的酶学特性。方法:通过测定不同载体固定化胰蛋白酶的活力得其最适反应温度值、最适反应pH值和米氏常数(Km)值。结果:以壳聚糖、复合硅胶、阴离子交换树脂为载体制备固定化胰蛋白酶的最适反应温度分别为70℃、60℃、60℃;最适反应pH值分别为7.5、8.0、8.0;表观米氏常数K’m分别为22.72mg/ml、25.12mg/ml、29.04mg/ml。结论:与游离酶相比,固定化胰蛋白酶均表现出一定的热稳定性、酸碱稳定性,利于工业化生产。  相似文献

Natural, 2R,4R',8R'-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), labelled selectively with 13C in the methyl group at position 5, was incorporated into unilamellar vesicles of egg phosphatidylcholine. The vesicles are impermeable to the shift reagent Pr3+ and, in the presence of this reagent, separate 13C resonances due to labelled alpha-tocopherol in the outer and inner monolayers could be observed with relative intensities, 2:1. Subsequent addition of the relaxation reagent Gd2+ causes broadening and greatly shortened spin-lattice relaxation times for the resonance due to alpha-tocopherol in the outer monolayer only. These data confirm that alpha-tocopherol is located in both halves of the bilayers with its more hydrophilic chroman moiety very near the lipid-water interface, and indicate that the methyl group at position 5 of the alpha-tocopherol in the inner monolayer must be at least 40 A from the aqueous interface of the outer monolayer.  相似文献

RuBP carboxylase-oxygenase protein in three C3 species (Nicotianatabacum L., Solanum tuberosum L., Triticum aestivum L.) andthree C4 species (Panicum miliaceum L., Panicum texanum Buckl.,Zea mays L.) was quantitatively determined by sucrose densitygradient centrifugation and by immunochemical assay using antibodyraised to crystallized tobacco leaf RuBP carboxylase-oxygenase.The C3 species had 3- to 6-fold higher concentrations of RuBPcarboxylase-oxygenase than the C4 species when expressed oneither a chlorophyll or a leaf area basis. The C3 species alsoallocated a higher fraction of their total soluble protein tothis enzyme (from 25 to 60% for the C3 species compared to 8to 23% for the C4 species). There was no RuBP carboxylase-oxygenaseprotein or activity in the C4 mesophyll cells, while the enzymeconstituted from 20 to 40% of the total soluble protein in theC4 bundle sheath cells. A close correlation (r = +0·91)was found between catalytic activity and level of the enzymeprotein in the species examined.  相似文献
