Low root zone temperature favours shoot B partitioning into young leaves of oilseed rape (Brassica napus)

In previous studies with tropical plant species, low root zone temperature (RZT) induced boron (B) deficiency, but it is not known if the same response to RZT will be expressed in temperate species, like oilseed rape, that are more tolerant of low temperature. The present experiments investigated the effect of RZT (10 and 20°C) on oilseed rape ( Brassica napus L. cv. Hyola 42) response to B in solution culture, in summer and winter. Regardless of canopy growth conditions, low RZT (10°C) promoted the partitioning of shoot B to the actively growing leaves, especially when B supply was low. However, low RZT did not significantly alter net B uptake rates or plant biomass. Low RZT decreased the shoot-to-root ratio, countering the effects of low B which increased it, leading to a decreased demand for B in the shoot at low RZT. At low B supply, B-deficiency symptoms appeared later at 10 than at 20°C, corresponding with higher B concentrations in the youngest fully opened leaves (YOLs) at 10°C RZT. Thus 10°C RZT increased the tolerance to low B supply. As a result, it is concluded that the effect of decreasing RZT on the responses of the temperate species, oilseed rape, to low B supply depends on whether the low RZT is above or below the optimal root temperature for growth.     

参与细胞增殖调控的多功能分子p21

p21是近年来发现的一类调控细胞增殖的小分子,是依赖周期素的CDK抑制因子.这些蛋白因子可结合cyclin－CDK并抑制其激酶活性从而调节细胞周期p15、p16、p27均属该类分子,他们在G₁期限制点及G₁／S检查点调控中发挥作用．进一步的研究表明,p21为p53调控,在p53介导的DNA损伤诱发的细胞周期阻断中发挥作用p21在老化细胞中高表达、细胞分化的同时表达,表明其在细胞增殖、分化及老化中发挥调节作用．     

慢性缺氧大鼠心肌肌浆网功能及其钙泵基因表达的动态变化

将实验大鼠放置模拟５０００ｍ海拔高度低压舱内１、２和４周。结果表明：与对照组比较,１,２和４周组动物的心肌重量分别增加１５％,１８％和５７％;心肌ＳＲＣａ２＋摄取分别降低３３％,３８％和５３％;心肌ＳＲＣａ２＋ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性分别降低５４％,６０％和７４％;钙泵ｍＲＮＡ含量（基因表达分别降低１４％,４６％和６８％。这些结果提示,缺氧导致的ＳＲ钙泵功能降低可能是心肌功能受损的重要生化基础之一,而钙泵数目减少可能是钙泵功能降低的分子生物学机制。     

双功能抗体介导的胃癌杀伤效应

将诱变的αＣＤ３杂交瘤（ＴＫ~－）与ＰＤ４杂交瘤（ＨＧＰＲＴ~－）融合,获得分泌双功能抗体（ＢｓＡｂ）的四体杂交瘤Ｃ３．ＢｓＡｂＣ３可分别与ＣＤ３分子及胃癌相关抗原Ｐ４０反应．体外杀伤试验证实,当效靶比为４０：１,ＢｓＡｂＣ３浓度为１ｍｇ／Ｌ时,其杀伤效应可达７７．６％．该杀伤效应具有明显的特异性,仅Ｐ４０阳性表达的靶细胞可被溶解,体内杀伤试验证实,裸鼠接种胃癌细胞后５ｄ,以ＢｓＡｂＣ３活化的外周血淋巴细胞（ＰＢＬｓ）经局部皮下注射处理,可使移植胃癌完全消退（５／５）．这一明显的治疗作用可能与局部注射途径有关,可供临床应用参考．     

稻茎毛眼水蝇幼虫田间分布型及抽样技术

根据14丘稻田稻茎毛眼水蝇幼虫调查资料．对其幼虫分布型进行了分析。结果表明;用I、CAm／m、Iσ四种聚集指标法测定,64．3％的田块呈随机分布．28．4%为均匀分布．7．3%为聚集分布。用Iwao平均拥挤度和Taylor幂法则测定．其田间分布型符合随机分布。用频次拟合法测验,50%的田块同时符合渡松、奈曼和负二项分布三种分布型;35．7%的田块同时符合2种分布型。根据该虫田间分布型的特点．制定了相应的序贯抽样技术。     

长果秤锤树保护现状的初步研究

本文从自然环境、种群分布、数量、种群结构、人为破坏、保护及管理等方面分析了湖南石门长果秤锤树的就地保护现状,并从种子繁殖、扦插繁殖、栽培、试管保存及开发利用潜力等方面总结了武汉植物所近年来对长果秤锤树进行迁地保护研究的初步成果,并提出了相应的保护措施。     

Synaptic effects induced in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex of the cat by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei

Properties of EPSP, evoked in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei, were studied in acute experiments on anesthetized and immobilized cats; intracellular recording was used. The neurons were identified by their antidromic activation after stimulation of the motor cortex, pontinen.n. proprii, or red nucleus. The effects of stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei were of oligo- and polysynaptic nature. The latencies of cerebellofugal EPSP correlated with the latencies of antidromic activation, and correlations were significant both in the cases when the effects of stimulation of separate efferent projections (cortico-cortical, cortico-pontine, or cortico-rubral) and the effects of stimulation of separate cerebellar nuclei were analyzed. The functional role of the efferent systems of the parietal associative cortex and significance of functional parameters of the neurons constituting these systems are discussed.Neirofiziologiya/Neurophysiology, Vol. 27, No. 3, pp. 190–198, May–June, 1995.     

Syntheses, spectra and crystal structures of ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl: [Ru(bipy)2(phen)](ClO4)2 · H2O and [Ru(bipy)2(Me-phen)](ClO4)2

Two ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl, Ru(bipy)₂(phen)](ClO₄)₂·H₂O (1) and [Ru(bipy)₂(Me-phen)](ClO₄)₂ (2), (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Me-phen = 5-methyl-1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by IR, MS and NMR spectra. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The strong steric interaction between the polypyridyl ligands was relieved neither by the elongation of the Ru---N bonds nor increase of the N---Ru---N bite angles. The coordination sphere was distorted to relieve the ligand interaction by forming specific angles (δ) between the polypyridyl ligand planes and coordination planes (N---Ru---N), and forming larger twisted angles between the two pyridine rings for each bipy. The bond distances of Ru---N(bipy) and Ru---N(phen) were virtually identical with experimental error, as expected of π back-bonding interactions which statistically involve each of the ligands present in the coordination sphere.     

On the production,elemental composition (C,N, P) and distribution of photosynthetic organic matter in the Southern Black Sea

Chemical oceanographic understanding of the southernBlack Sea has been improved by recent measurements ofthe optical transparency, phytoplankton biomass (interms of chlorophyll-a and particulate organic matter)and primary productivity. During the spring-autmunperiod of 1995–1996, light generally penetrated onlyinto the upper 15–40 m, with an attenuation coefficientvarying between 0.125 and 0.350 m^2122;1. The averagechlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations for the euphoticzone ranged from 0.1 to 1.5 μg l^2122;1. Coherentsub-surface Chl-a maxima were formed near the base ofthe euphotic zone only in summer. Production rate variedbetween 247 and 1925 in the spring and between 405 and687 mgC m^2122;2 d^2122;1 in the summer-autumn period.The average POM concentrations in the euphotic zonevaried regionally and seasonally between 3.8 and28.6 μm for POC, 0.5 and 3.1 μm for PON and0.02 and 0.1 μm for PP. Atomic ratios of C/N, C/Pand N/P, derived from the regressions of POM data,ranged between 7.5 and 9.6, 109 and 165, and 11.2 and16.6, respectively. In the suboxic/anoxic interface,the elemental ratios change substantially due to anaccumulation of PP cohering to Fe and Mn oxides. Thechemocline boundaries and the distinct chemicalfeatures of the oxic/anoxic transition layer (the so-called suboxic zone) are all located at specificdensity surfaces; however, they exhibit remarkablespatial and temporal variations both in their positionand in their magnitude, which permit the definition of long-term changes in the biochemical properties of theBlack Sea upper layer. 银杏速生早实示范栽培试验

本研究是在我区银杏主产区兴安进行的８０多亩,３０００多株的示范栽培试验。其综合技术措施是选用良种嫁接苗、适当密植、配置雄株、整形修剪、合理施肥、防治病虫害及促花早实等。种后５—６年取得速生、早实、高产的良好效果。
