Homogeneous (according to PAGE) capsid and surface viral proteins were isolated from concentrated purified suspensions of tick-borne encephalitis and Venezuelan equine encephalomyelitis viruses by one-stage reversed-phase HPLC. The amino acid composition and the sequences of their N-terminal parts were determined. 相似文献

The authors studied medullary glucosaminoglycans of rats and mice in extreme effects (hypoxia, hyperbaric oxygenation, inflammation, radiation, cooling, hemorrhage). Four types of reaction were determined which cause different changes of proliferation of hematopoietic cells. Hematopoiesis stimulation is accompanied by regular change of types of reaction of hematopoietic microenvironment. Its disturbance affects the changes of hematopoiesis and blood regeneration rate. It was shown that the increase of neutral glucosaminoglycans concentrations in bone marrow depended on the play ground and proliferative activity of erythroid sprout and that of acid glucosaminoglycans--primarily of granulocytic sprout. 相似文献

Background
Analysis of human complete mitochondrial DNA sequences has largely contributed to resolve phylogenies and antiquity of different lineages belonging to the majorhaplogroups L, N and M (East-Asian lineages). In the absence of whole mtDNA sequence information of M lineages reported in India that exhibits highest diversity within the sub-continent, the present study was undertaken to provide a detailed analysis of this macrohaplogroup to precisely characterize and unravel the intricate phylogeny of the lineages and to establish the antiquity of M lineages in India. 相似文献34.

Depending on the type of autonomous regulation, differences in basic levels of interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) were revealed under conditions of hyperthermia in healthy subjects aged 19-21. A parasympathetic type of autonomous regulation corresponded to higher initial levels of proinflammatory cytokinesis, whereas a dominating sympathetic type corresponded to lower levels of the IL-1 beta and TNF alpha. The subjects with the latter type of regulation revealed an increase in the IL-1 beta TNF alpha combined with a higher heat tolerance. The subjects with the former type of regulation revealed a lower heat tolerance. The increase in the alpha2-macroglobulin appeared to be a most typical acute phase response of the human body to hyperthermia. 相似文献

Constituent proteins of human influenza virus A have been separated by reverse-phase HPLC on Polysil ODS-500. Their homogeneity is confirmed by the data of amino acid composition, Edman analysis and gel electrophoresis. 相似文献
