Parameters of the length and mitotic condensation were investigated in the following cases of Y-chromosome aberrations: isodicentric Y(q), Y-chromosome without heterochromatic block, and Y-chromosome with satellites. In the Ydic we revealed some differences between f-block, that is located near the inactive kinetochore, and the block near the active centromere. Satellites exert no influence on the mitotic function of Y chromosome, presumably owing to the presence of C-heterochromatic material. With the absence of heterochromatic region, a decline in condensation of the non-fluorescent segment was observed in addition to a simultaneous increase in its length. The mechanism of functioning of the structural heterochromatin is discussed. 相似文献

Trypsin immobilization in an inorganic polymer, i.e. silica gel, was investigated. Properties of the immobilized enzyme were examined. It was found that the enzyme retained its activity, depending on the gel genesis and dehydration of the carrier. The effect of stabilizing supplements on the enzyme activity was studied. It has been demonstrated in experiments on 134 cats that during acute blood loss (24 +/- 0.8 ml/kg), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (3039 hPa, 60 min) stimulates cytochrome oxidase, eliminates compensatory activation of mitochondrial creatine kinase and maintains the hyperactivity of cytoplasmic creatine kinase in the diencephalon, stabilizes the elevated AMP content at the level of blood loss compensation stage, prevents the fall in pO2 and in the ATP level as well as that in the energy charge and creatine phosphate content in the sensomotor cortex and subcortex, that is typical for the decompensation stage. Besides, hyperbaric oxygen therapy also averts the development of the terminal state that supervenes in the majority of untreated animals. 相似文献

Interaction of 7 semisynthetic antibiotics (cephaloridine, cephalexin, cephradine, cephazolin, cephalotin, cephacetrile and cephapirin) with proteins of human, bovine and rabbit blood serum, as well as organ and tissue homogenates of rats was studied comparatively. The study showed that binding of the cephalosporins by the blood serum depended on both the chemical structure of the antibiotic and the species affiliation of the protein substrate. The binding lvels of cephazolin and cephalotin by the blood serum proteins (except bovine serum) were the highest, while the binding level of cephaloridine was the lowest. A significant decrease in the values of binding by the serum proteins of the drugs with high percentage of binding was observed when the drug concentrations in solution were increased. Binding of the cephalosporins by the blood serum proteins was in most cases completely reversible. The activity of the cephalosporins decreased in the presence of the rat organ and tissue homogenates. The levels of the activity decrease as compared to the theoretical ones were the highest with the use of cephalotin, cephacetrile and cephapirin. The lowest values of detection of these antibiotics were noted on their incubation with the liver, kidneys and lungs. 相似文献
