为探讨基于康复教育护理团队实施康复护理对颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者生活能力及神经功能恢复的影响,本研究选取96例颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用基于康复教育护理团队的康复护理。通过比较两组干预前后日常生活能力评分(ADL)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分及美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)的变化,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定干预前后患者心理状态的变化,并统计两组护理期间并发症发生率。研究发现,干预8周,两组轻度依赖、中度依赖所占比例上升,重度依赖、完全依赖所占比例下降,观察组轻度依赖所占比例高于对照组,完全依赖所占比例高于对照组(p<0.05);干预8周,两组FMA表感觉、运动功能、关节活动度、疼痛、平衡等维度评分均上升,观察组各维度评分上升幅度高于对照组(p<0.05),两组NIHSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,观察组上述量表评分低于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组护理期间并发症发生率略低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(p<0.05)。本研究证实,对颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者采用基于康复教育护理团队的康复护理模式可改善患者日常生活能力、运动功能及神经功能,纠正患者不良情绪。  相似文献

ObjectiveTo understand the disease burden due to Herpes Zoster (HZ) among people aged ≥50 years old in China and provide baseline data for future similar studies, and provide evidence for development of herpes zoster vaccination strategy.MethodsRetrospective cohort study was conducted in 4 townships and one community. A questionnaire was used to collect information on incidence and cost of HZ among people aged ≥ 50 years old.ResultsThe cumulative incidence rate was 22.6/1,000 among people aged ≥ 50 years old. The average annual incidence rate of HZ was 3.43/1,000 among people aged ≥ 50 years old in 2010–2012. Cumulative incidence and average annual incidence rate increased with age: the cumulative incidence of HZ among people aged ≥ 80 years old was 3.34 times of that among 50- years old (52.3/1000vs15.7/1,000); average annual incidence rate rises from 2.66/1,000 among 50- years old to 8.55/1,000 among 80- year old. Cumulative incidence and average annual incidence rate for females were higher than that for males (cumulative incidence, 26.5/1000vs18.7/1,000; annual incidence rate, 3.95/1000vs2.89/1,000). Cumulative incidence and average annual incidence rate in urban were higher than in rural (cumulative incidence, 39.5/1000vs 17.2/1,000; annual incidence rate, 7.65/1000vs2.06/1,000). The hospitalization rate of HZ was 4.53%. And with the increase of age, the rate has an increasing trend. HZ costs 945,709.5 RMB in total, corresponding to 840.6 RMB per patient with a median cost of 385 RMB (interquartile range 171.7–795.6). Factors associated with cost included the first onset year, area, whether hospitalized and whether sequelae left.ConclusionIncidence rate, complications, hospitalization rate and average cost of HZ increase with age. We recommend that the HZ vaccinations should target people aged ≥50 years old if Zoster vaccine is licensed in China.  相似文献

Endocytosed proteins can be delivered to lysosomes for degradation or recycled to either the trans-Golgi network or the plasma membrane. It remains poorly understood how the recycling versus degradation of cargoes is determined. Here, we show that multiple extracellular stimuli, including starvation, LPS, IL-6, and EGF treatment, can strongly inhibit endocytic recycling of multiple cargoes through the activation of MAPK11/14. The stress-induced kinases in turn directly phosphorylate SNX27, a key regulator of endocytic recycling, at serine 51 (Ser51). Phosphorylation of SNX27 at Ser51 alters the conformation of its cargo-binding pocket and decreases the interaction between SNX27 and cargo proteins, thereby inhibiting endocytic recycling. Our study indicates that endocytic recycling is highly dynamic and can crosstalk with cellular stress–signaling pathways. Suppression of endocytic recycling and enhancement of receptor lysosomal degradation serve as new mechanisms for cells to cope with stress and save energy.  相似文献

Three novel series of histamine H4 receptor (H4R) antagonists containing the 2-aminopyrimidine motif are reported. The best of these compounds display good in vitro potency in both functional and binding assays. In addition, representative compounds are able to completely block itch responses when dosed ip in a mouse model of H4-agonist induced scratching, thus demonstrating their activities as H4R antagonists.  相似文献

Essential hypertension (EH) is thought to result from the interaction of environmental and genetic factors. The molecular genetics of EH has witnessed considerable progress during the past few years. However, the number of genes involved, their chromosomal location and the magnitude of their effect on EH susceptibility are unknown. We conducted the present study to screen susceptibility genes to essential hypertension using a genome-wide scanning method in a group of Han people from Fangshan district located in the southwest of Beijing. A case-control study and affected sibpair were performed. Genotyping was carried out using a fluorescence-based semiautomated technique on automated DNA sequencer (ABI 377, PE). The basis for the genome-screen was the ABI prism linkage mapping sets of 400 microsatellite markers (version 2, PE, Co.). PCR for amplification of markers was carried out as multiplex reactions with Ampli Taq gold (PE, Co.) following protocols developed in our laboratory. Data were exported as a  相似文献

Cobra venom is a very precious natural resource. The traditional method for purification of cardiotoxin from cobra venom is a multi-step, high cost, and low recovery procedure. By molecular modeling and docking with SYBYL software, we designed and synthesized an affinity ligand, m-aminobenzoic acid, for high efficiency purification of this therapeutically useful Chinese cobra venom cardiotoxin. The one-step recovery of cardiotoxin reached 64% and the purity reached 92% upon purification. The binding capacity of this synthetic ligand was 9.1 mg cardiotoxin/g moist weight gel and the affinity constant for cardiotoxin was 5.5 x 10(3) M(-1). Unlike a natural affinity ligand, this synthetic ligand is highly stable, and has great potential for industrial scale production of cardiotoxin. In addition, we examined the effects of cardiotoxin on the nervous system in a mouse model. Results showed that cardiotoxin could maintain analgesic effects for 120 min with a dose of less than 0.06 mg/kg (2.8% of the LD(50)). Administration of 0.12 mg/kg cardiotoxin could improve scopolamine impairments of memory in mice. These results suggest that cardiotoxin may be a potential drug for nervous system diseases.  相似文献

Unique characteristics of HIV-1 Vif expression   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
We examined the steady-state expression in cells of four accessory proteins of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1). For this purpose, a series of single gene expression vectors for these viral proteins were constructed and were monitored for their production by transfection. Among them, the expression level of Vif was found to be lowest in both the absence and presence of APOBEC3G. In addition, we noticed the presence of its truncated form, which was not observed for the other accessory proteins. When a subgenomic vector was used for transfection, authentic and several small forms of Vif were produced. By mutational analysis, these forms were demonstrated to be mutant Vif proteins translated from M8, M16 and M29. When a full-length molecular clone was used, the smaller versions of Vif were hardly observed. Functional analysis of these mutant Vif proteins showed that they are incapable of modulating viral infectivity. The results described above, i.e. the low steady-state expression and the presence of truncated forms, represent the unique characteristics of HIV-1 Vif.  相似文献
