小麦—天兰偃麦草—黑麦三属杂种花粉植株诱导条件的研究

研究表明,三属杂种处于单核中晚期阶段的花粉最适于诱导形成愈伤组织。低温预处理对促进三属杂种花粉愈伤组织的诱导有一定的作用。利用以马铃薯提取物为基础物质的马铃薯-Ⅱ培养基作诱导培养基,其愈伤组织诱导与分化的频率比目前两个较好的合成培养基要高。同一个三属杂种F_1春、秋播种植株之间在形成愈伤组织的能力上有较大的差异,秋播材料形成愈伤组织的能力明显高于春播材料。F_(?)杂种植株诱导愈伤组织和分化植株的频率均比F_1杂种明显提高。     

The lipopolysaccharide of the phototrophic bacterium Ectothiorhodospira vacuolata

The lipopolysaccharide of Ectothiorhodospira vacuolata was obtained by the phenol-water procedure. It contained a 3-O-methyl-hexose, glucose, galacturonic and glucuronic acids. The finding of d-glycero-d-mannoheptose and 2-keto-3-deoxyoctonate (tentatively identified) suggested a core-structure. The lipid fraction of the lipopolysaccharide contained phosphate and both, 2,3-diamino-2,3-dideoxy-d-glucose and d-glucosamine. The major fatty acids were amine-bound 3-OH-10:0 and 3-OH-12:0 and esterbound 14:0 and 16:0 Sodium deoxycholate gel-electrophoresis, showing a single band only, indicated R-type character of the lipopolysaccharide of Ectothiorhodospira vacuolata.Abbreviations DOC sodium deoxycholate - GC/MS combined gasliquid chromatography - PAGE polyacrylamide gel-electrophoresis     

诱导小麦-天兰偃麦草-黑麦三属杂种花粉植株的研究

以法国六倍体小黑麦为母本,分别与普通小麦(Triticum aestivum)和天兰偃麦草(Elytrigia intermedia of Agropyron glaucum)的杂交后代中的中间类型3号和5号杂交。由此获得的三属杂种F_1性状介于亲本之间,兼有三属亲本类型的特征,呈中间类型。用马铃薯-Ⅱ培养基培养三属杂种F_1的花药,诱导花粉愈伤组织。将所获得的愈伤组织转入190-2培养基进行分化,已成功地诱导出一批三属间杂种花粉植株,并用Giemsa显带技术鉴定花粉植株的染色体组组成。     

Changes in lipid content and composition during the development of N-nitrosodiethylamine induced hepatocarcinoma

Alterations in lipid content and composition in the N-nitrosodiethylamine-induced hepatocarcinoma were investigated. Rats were administrated with N-nitrosodiethylamine in the drinking water for 12 weeks followed by normal tap water for another 6 weeks. The cholesterol content in the liver was increased shortly after the administration of N-nitrosodiethylamine and remained elevated after the removal of the nitrosoamine from the water. The phosphatidylethanolamine level was elevated during N-nitrosodiethylamine administration with a concomitant reduction in phosphatidylcholine level. Lysophosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin levels were increased during the last four weeks of the study. The level of phosphatidylinositol was substantially reduced after eight weeks of N-nitrosodiethylamine treatment, and remained low during the post-treatment period. We postulate that changes in lysophosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin may be a compensatory mechanism for maintaining the asymmetrical distribution of choline-containing lipids in the outer leaflet of the membrane. The elevated level of cholesterol may be a useful indicator for the early detection of N-nitrosodiethylamine-induced hepatocarcinoma.

Bilateral electrical lesioning of the hippocampal CA3 region (HCA3-EL) or anterior commissura hippocampi (ACHF-EL) caused marked elevations in plasma basal levels of insulin. 2 weeks later, fasting blood glucose levels were also augmented with decreased glucose tolerance. In contrast, the secretory response of pancreatic B cells to glucose stimulation was markedly enhanced. Following intravenous glucose tolerance test (IVGTT), the relative amounts of glucagon-like and insulin-like immunoreactants were reduced in the pancreatic islets of both HCA3-EL and ACHF-EL rats in comparison with the controls. In the HCA3-EL group, the relative amounts of somatostatin-like immunoreactants and gross numbers of such immunostained cells in islets were also decreased as compared with the control. No difference was seen in pancreatic-polypeptide-like immunoreactivities as assessed by immunohistochemistry plus microphotometry method. The above results suggest strongly that HCA3 and ACHF exert a tonic inhibitory action on the insulin secretion in the rat.     

活性氧对巨噬细胞呼吸爆发影响及云芝多糖的保护作用

用化学发光法观察到叔丁基氢过氧化物对培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞呼吸爆发有强烈的抑制作用。云芝多糖经腹腔注射后,能增强巨噬细胞呼吸爆发功能对叔丁基氢过氧化物损伤的抵抗力。云芝多糖处理的巨噬细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶基础活力显著提高,在叔丁基氢过氧化物作用下,云芝多糖处理的巨噬细胞仍有较高的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力。说明巨噬细胞的免疫功能与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力有关,非特异性免疫多糖可提高细胞抗氧化能力,减轻活性氧损伤作用。     

原位椭圆偏振术研究牛血清清蛋白在固/液界面的吸附

用原位椭圆偏振术系统研究了硅片表面因素及缓冲液环境因素对牛血清清蛋白在固/液界面吸附的影响。在生理条件下,疏水表面与亲水表面相比BSA吸附量较大。随着硅片表面电荷密度增加,BSA吸附量增加。BSA吸附量当体溶液pH值等于BSA等电点时达到最大。而随着体溶液离子强度增加,BSA吸附量亦上升。实验结果提示:除了熵驱动作用之外,硅片表面与BSA分子及BSA分子之间的静电作用在BSA吸附中起着十分重要的作用。     

神农架拐棍竹林的初步研究

拐棍竹(Fargesia spathacea Franch.)是中国特有分布种类,主要分布川、滇、陕、甘等省。是极有开发价值的植物资源,又是大熊猫取食主要竹种之一。本文研究了神农架拐棍竹林的生态生物学特点,客观地估算了其蕴藏量,进行了营养成分分析。现报道如下:     

Transformation of trichloroethylene by sulfate-reducing cultures enriched from a contaminated subsurface soil

Summary Trichloroethylene (TCE) was reductively dechlorinated to cis-1,2-dichloroethylene (cDCE) by sulfate-reducing cultures enriched from a contaminated subsurface soil. The highest observed transformation rate of TCE was 213 mol l^–1 per day at 35° C. The predominant biotransformation product was cDCE. However, further dechlorination of cDCE was not observed in most of the cultures. Methane production was insignificant and active sulfate reduction was achieved by maintaining excess sulfate. A comparison of sodium sulfide and sodium dithionite for their effect on the transformation of TCE revealed that the latter is a better reducing agent. The extent of TCE transformation in 25 days was ca. 20% higher in the dithionite-amended cultures. A decrease in the rate and extent of TCE transformation was observed with an increase in the concentration of bromoethanesulfonate up to 50 mabetm. Offprint requests to: S. G. Pavlostathis
