元江干热河谷山地五百年来植被变迁探讨   总被引:15,自引:2,他引:13  
元江河谷是云南省最干热地区之一,在海拔800—900米以下的山地上广泛分布着稀树灌草丛。根据《元江府志》(1714年编纂)、《元江州志》(1826年编纂)、《元江志稿》(1922年编篡)及对现存植被的考察,本文探讨了元江干热河谷山地五百年来植被的变迁。 元江县森林复盖率的减少与人口的增加有密切关系,十七世纪中期以前,森林复盖率在75%以上,十八、十九世纪时为70%左右,1958年为61.5%,1975年为27.3%,至1982年则为19.3%。研究表明,在十九世纪以前,这个地区分布的主要植被是热带季雨林,甚而热带季节雨林,以后热带稀树灌草丛则迅速发展。植被的历史变化与土壤流失密切相关。植物群落的演变是由以乔木树种为优势演变为以灌木种类为优势,再演变为以多年生草木植物为优势,而最后则成为裸地。本文也讨论了这个地区植被恢复的方法。  相似文献

云南省西双版纳产依兰油,用Finnigan-4510型毛细管气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用方法进行了化学成分分析,共分离检出了50个成分,鉴定了其中22个成分,占全精油的95.27%。主要成分为:β-丁香烯(33.00%),γ-穆罗烯(19.82%)。α-(艹律)草烯(7.69%),乙酸香叶酯(6.21%),香柠檬烯(5.40%),苯甲酸苄酯(5.33%),金合欢醇(4.75%),金合欢烯(3.29%),香叶醇(2.48%),对甲酚甲醚(2.41%)。并讨论了如何提高国产依兰油质量的问题。  相似文献

Activity of propriospinal neurons in segments C3 and C4 was recorded in immobilized decerebrate cats, whose spinal cord was divided at the lower thoracic level, during locomotor activity of neuronal mechanisms controlling the forelimbs (fictitious locomotion of the forelimbs). Neurons were identified according to antidromic responses to stimulation of the lateral column of the spinal cord at level C6. Antidromic responses also appeared in 70% of these neurons to stimulation of the medullary lateral reticular nucleus. During fictitious locomotion, i.e., in the absence of afferent signals from the limb receptors, rhythmic modulation of the discharge of most neurons was observed, correlating with activity of motoneurons. If the rostral region of the cervical enlargement of the spinal cord was cooled, causing generation of the locomotor rhythm to cease, rhythmic activity of propriospinal neurons in segments C3 and C4 also ceased. The main source of modulation of activity of propriospinal neurons in segments C3 and C4 is thus the central spinal mechanisms controlling activity of the forelimbs.Institute for Problems in Information Transmission, Academy of Sciences of the USSR, Moscow. Summary Insight on the function of gangliosides. can emerge from knowledge of their cellular distribution. In this paper we review the structure of ganglioside GD3 and recent information on its cellular distribution. GD3 appears to be enriched in a variety of neural cell types including: reactive glia, gliomas, undifferentiated neurons, Muller glia, and oligodendroglia. Because each of these cell types share an enhanced permeability to ions and metabolites or possess properties associated with enhanced permeability, we suggest that GD3 is associated with enhanced membrane permeability. A possible function for GD3 in membrane permeability has implications for other cellular events such as metabolism, growth and interactions.  相似文献

1983年4月至1984年5月,对新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州五个民族的近亲结婚情况进行了调查。调查的婚姻数为维吾尔2553起,哈萨克1079起,回1235起,锡伯1222起,蒙古446起。近亲结婚率与平均近交系数分别为:维吾尔——8.23%与 46.74×10~(-4),回——8.10%与45.07×10~(-4),锡伯——4.66%与24.93×10~(-4),哈萨克——2.87%与11.31×10~(-4)。蒙古——0.45%与 2.80×10~(-4)。解放以来,维吾尔族与回族的近亲结婚率有上升趋势,而锡伯族的则有下降趋势。各族近亲结婚中大部分为亲表亲结婚,但堂亲结婚在维吾尔族的近亲结婚中竟占26.18%,在回族中也占16.00%。1303名近亲结婚子女中的七岁前死亡率(12.89%)及先天性缺陷与遗传性疾病发生率(2.99%)显著高于6370名非近亲结婚子女的相应值(7.65%及0.38%)。  相似文献

Summary Alpha-1-antitrypsin phenotypes of six Chinese Han populations (20°–45°N. latitude) were determined. The frequency of allele M2 increases from North to South China. The north-south change of M2 appears to be mainly at the expense of alleles M1 and M3. Geographical variability of other variants was also observed. In the northern populations, the most common variants are M4 and Etokyo; in the southern populations, Pweishi, a variant which can not be distinguished electrophoretically from Pyasugi. These results form a distribution pattern of alpha-1-antitrypsin alleles in China.  相似文献

It has been previously established in the guinea pig that the response of peritoneal macrophages to migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is enhanced by a macrophage glycolipid and that gangliosides reversibly bind MIF. This suggests that glycolipids function as cell surface receptors for MIF. In this report, it is demonstrated that the response of human peripheral blood monocytes to human MIF is augmented by preincubation of these cells with glycolipidenriched material extracted from the human macrophage-like cell line U937 or human peripheral blood monocytes and with a purified glycolipid from guinea pig peritoneal macrophages. In addition, a mixed ganglioside preparation from bovine brain shows the same effect. In contrast, the pure gangliosides, GM1 and GD1a, and glycolipids from the HL-60 cell line, which is a MIF-unresponsive cell line, were not able to enhance the response to human MIF. The specificity of enhancement by particular glycolipids could not be attributed to an increased uptake of only enhancing glycolipids since there was no significant difference between the association of monocytes with radioactive liposomes containing biologically active or inactive glycolipids. Pronase treatment did not affect the enhancing activity of the U937 glycolipidenriched material. Incubation of cells with glycolipids results in enhancement only if done at 37 °C and not at 4 °C. Therefore, the association of lipid with the monocyte surface appears to be dependent on temperature.Further evidence for the receptor nature of these enhancing glycolipids is provided by experiments involving affinity purification experiments. Coupling of bovine brain mixed gangliosides to agarose resulted in a matrix capable of reversibly binding MIF. GD1a-agarose was inactive in this respect.  相似文献

Equatorial x-ray diffraction patterns from single skinned rabbit psoas fibers were studied at various ionic strengths to obtain structural information regarding cross-bridge formation in relaxed muscle fibers. At ionic strengths between 20 and 50 mM, the intensity of the 11 reflection, I11, of the relaxed state was close to that of the rigor state, whereas the intensity of the 10 reflection, I10, was approximately twice that of rigor reflection. Calculations by two-dimensional Fourier synthesis indicated that substantial extra mass was associated with the thin filaments under these conditions. With increasing ionic strength between 20 and 100 mM, I10 increased and I11 decreased in an approximately linear way, indicating net transfer of mass away from the thin filaments towards the thick filaments. These results provided evidence that cross-bridges were formed in a relaxed fiber at low ionic strengths, and that the number of cross-bridges decreased as ionic strength was raised. Above mu = 100 mM, I10 and I11 both decreased, indicating the onset of increasing disorder within the filament lattice.  相似文献
