沈阳城区绿地生态系统景观结构与异质性分析 总被引:34,自引:6,他引:34
对沈阳城区绿地生态系统景观结构和异质性进行了分析。结果表明,沈阳城区绿地景观斑块以街头绿地斑块最多,占城区绿地块数的50%以上,但绿地面积只占4.45%,斑块大小以防护绿地和公园绿地斑块平均值最大,分别为66.97hm^2和59.21hm^2。而街头绿地和游园绿地斑块平均值最小,为0.71hm^2和0.38hm^2。景观多样性指数以街头绿地最高,而公园绿地最低,在沈阳城区的7个区中不同绿地类型中的优势度和均匀度都比较小,但斑块绿地优势度高于廊道绿地的10倍多,绿地分布不均衡,应增加绿地斑块数量,均匀配置公共绿地(公园绿地、道路绿地),增加绿色廊道,建立城区与城郊自然生态系统绿色通道和充分发挥沈阳城区3条人工运河带状绿地美化环境、泄洪排涝和调节气候功能作用。 相似文献

Abstract The substrate specificity and developmental changes of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera Hübner, were investigated during 1991 to 1994. The insects were collected from Handan suburbs of Hebei Province and Guan County of Shandong Province. The results show that the specific activity and Michaelis constants (km) of AChE toward acetylthiocholine (ATCH) and acetyl-β-methyl-thiocholine (MeTCh) regularly varied with the developmental stage of cotton bollworm. The two peaks of the specific activity were observed respectively in the third instar and sixth instar of larvae. The specific activity of AChE in pupae was the lowest and that in heads of four-days moth was the highest in various developmental stages of cotton bollworms. The tendency of Km and maximum velocity (Vmax) was identical with the change of specific activity in the AChEs of cotton bollworm. The activation energy (Ea) of AChE toward MeTCh in pupae and adults was 3. 9–4. 3 times as much as that of, larvae in cotton bollworms from Handan of Hebei Province. It suggests that the spending energies of AChE for hydrolysing substrate are different in larva, pupa and adult. The optimum conditions of AChE reaction with ATCh in larvae were 50–100 mg of tissue weights for the amount of enzyme, 10–20 minutes for the reaction time, 35°C for the reaction temperature and 8. 0 for the reaction pH value. 相似文献

The development and maintenance of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) are closely associated with SCF/KIT signal activity. In this study, we evaluate the distribution of ICC in KIT distal kinase domain mutant mice (Wads) and determine whether the loss-of-function mutations in KIT easily lead to gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. ICC were examined by anti-KIT immunohistochemistry and western blotting. The GI microstructure of wild-type (WT) and Wads mice in normal intestines and incomplete intestinal obstruction was evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin staining. The results in Wadsm/m mice were as follows. Myenteric ICC were obviously decreased in the stomach and colon and were totally absent in the small intestine. Intramuscular ICC were nearly absent in the stomach and irregularly distributed in the colon. Moreover, the smooth muscle thickness of the small intestine was increased 1.3-fold in Wadsm/m, compared to WT and Wadsm/+ mice and the diameter of the intestinal lumen was also enlarged in Wadsm/m mice. When constructing an incomplete intestinal obstruction model, the extent of distention involved was greater in Wads mice (1.6-fold in Wadsm/+ mice and 1.8-fold in Wadsm/m mice vs. WT mice). Meanwhile, the intestinal lumen expansion and decrease in ICC were more pronounced in Wads mice than in WT mice. Our results suggest that the KIT distal kinase domain mutation leads to an ICC loss in a subtype and location-specific pattern in Wadsm/m mice. The injury of the KIT signaling in mutant mice results in more serious pathological manifestations after being exposed to pathogenic factors. 相似文献

Advances in cancer therapy have increased the rate of survival of young cancer patients; however, female lymphoma patients frequently face a temporary or permanent loss of fertility when treated with traditional cytotoxic agents. The potential loss of fertility is an important concern that can influence treatment decisions for many premenopausal cancer patients. The negative effect of chemotherapeutic agents and treatment protocols to patients’ fertility–referred to as fertotoxicity–are thus an increasingly important cancer survivorship issue. We have developed a novel nanoscale formulation of arsenic trioxide, a potent drug for treatment of hematological malignancies, and demonstrate that it has significantly better activity in a murine lymphoma model than the free drug. In parallel, we have developed a novel in vitro assay of ovarian follicle function that predicts in vivo ovarian toxicity of therapeutic agents. Our results reveal that the nanotherapeutic agent is not only more active against lymphoma, but is fertoprotective, i.e., it is much less deleterious to ovarian function than the parent drug. Thus, our in vitro assay allows rapid evaluation of both established and experimental anticancer drugs on ovarian reserve and can inform the selection of efficacious and fertility-sparing treatment regimens for reproductive-age women diagnosed with cancer. 相似文献

采取典型抽样的方法对沈阳市行道树进行了全面的群落调查。结果表明 ,研究区内行道树共 13科 ,2 4属 ,2 2 91株 ,森林覆盖率为 15 13%。胸径 <0 2 5m(1级胸径 )和 0 2 5~ 0 5m(2级胸径 )的树木分别占 4 3 0 %、17 9% ;树高 <4 6m (1级 )的树木占 4 9 8% ,介于 4 6~10 7m(2级 )为 4 3 3% ;健康状况为中等以上 ,沈阳市行道树处于种群稳定时期 ,但树种多样性指数不高 ,结构单一。根据城市的自然条件和行道树的选择标准 ,提出了沈阳市行道树树种选择与配置的对策与建议。 相似文献

Arsenic is the first metal to be identified as a human carcinogen. Arsenite, one inorganic form of arsenic, has been found to induce sister chromatid exchange, chromosome aberrations, and gene amplification in a variety of in vitro systems. In this study of arsenite-induced genotoxicity represented as micronuclei production in Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO-K1), we found that the calcium channel blocker, verapamil, can potentiate arsenite-induced micronuclei. And after arsenite treatment, the elevation of intracellular calcium was observed. When extracellular calcium was depleted during arsenite treatment, the arsenite-induced micronuclei formation was significantly suppressed. These data indicated that a calcium ion plays an essential role in arsenite-induced genotoxicity. Further, it was found that the cotreatment of arsenite and a calcium ionophore, A23187, can increase the micronuclei induction. In contrast, pretreatment of the intracellular calcium chelator, quin 2, significantly inhibited micronuclei production of arsenite administration. In addition, we measured the activity of calcium-and phospholipid-dependent protein kinase C (PKC) and found that arsenite can activate PKC activity in a dose-dependent manner. Subsequently, some PKC activators and inhibitors were applied to investigate the involvement of PKC on arsenite-induced micronuclei formation. It was found that H7, a PKC inhibitor, can depress but TPA, a PKC activator, can enhance arsenite-induced micronuclei significantly. These data indicated that arsenite exposure perturbs intracellular calcium homeostasis and activates PKC activity. 以玉米和向日葵幼苗为试验材料,利用MSX-2F人工模拟霜箱系统模拟自然霜冻的降温过程,通过测定幼苗叶片的温度,观测植株冻伤、死亡情况,观测河套灌区两种主要作物玉米和向日葵的过冷却点、结冰点温度,确定以上两种作物受冻的临界温度。研究结果表明:(1)玉米幼苗全部冻死的最低温度为≤-5℃;向日葵幼苗全部冻死的最低温度为≤-6℃;(2)玉米幼苗的过冷却点主要分布在-3.5—-5℃之间,而向日葵幼苗的过冷却点主要分布在-4.0—-5.5℃之间;(3)玉米叶龄、高度与组织过冷能力呈现极显著正相关,与过冷却点温度呈现极显著的负相关,与结冰点呈现显著的负相关。以上结果表明:向日葵的抗寒能力比玉米强;玉米在一定叶龄范围内,苗龄越大,高度越高,其过冷却点越低,结冰点越低,抗寒性越强。 相似文献
