在25℃中,相对湿度为20—100%的范围内,卵的孵化率受湿度的影响不明显,在32℃中,相对湿度为40-100%的范围内,湿度对卵孵化率的影响亦不显著,但当相对湿度降至20%时,孵化率即有明显的下降;在25℃及32℃中,相对湿度对卵的发育速度有明显的影响,随相对湿度的增加,发育加快,二者呈直线正相关。 卵期湿度对一龄幼虫的成活及发育有明显的影响,在32℃中,随着卵期湿度的增加,幼虫成活率提高,二者呈正相关;在25℃及60%以下的相对湿度中,亦获得了相似的结果;25℃及32℃中,一龄幼虫的发育速率与卵期相对湿度呈正相关,随卵期湿度的增加,发育加快。 一龄幼虫期的湿度条件,对一龄幼虫有明显的影响,在25℃中,幼虫的成活率和发育速率与相对湿度均呈正相关,在32℃中,这种影响更为显著,当湿度降低到40%时,全部幼虫均不能存活,在60%以上的相对湿度中,成活率和发育速率均随湿度的提高而增加。  相似文献

1. Aquatic communities are structured by multiple forces, and identifying the driving factors over multispatial scales is an important research issue. The East Asian monsoon region is globally one of the richest environments in terms of biodiversity, and is undergoing rapid human development, yet the river ecosystems in this region have not been well studied. We applied a hierarchical framework to incorporate regional and local environmental effects on stream macroinvertebrate communities in this region. The knowledge gained is expected to improve the understanding of the importance of spatial scale on regional and local diversity in the East Asian monsoon region. 2. A national data set of benthic macroinvertebrates and environmental variables (geographical, land‐use, hydrological, substratum and physicochemical elements) in Korean rivers was used to determine the habitat preferences of macroinvertebrates. 3. Latitude, proportion of forest coverage, riffle habitat, silt substratum and temperature were the most important determinants for the ordinations of macroinvertebrate communities in each category evaluated by canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). The optimal habitats for stream macroinvertebrates are not the same for all species, and overall community metrics and abundance of sensitive species tended to be lower in open agricultural and urban streams than in forested streams. The sensitivity of mayflies and stoneflies to anthropogenic disturbances implicated them as good indicators to assess the effects of urban and agricultural activities. 4. A partial CCA was used to evaluate the relative importance of macrohabitat and microhabitat variables on community composition at three spatial scales (whole country, the large Han River basin and two small sub‐basins in the lowlands and highlands). The majority of community variation (17–22% for each environmental element) was explained by macrohabitat variables at the regional spatial scale. In contrast, large proportions (15–18%) were explained by microhabitat variables at the local spatial scale. 5. Our findings indicate that the relative importance of habitat scales should be determined by geographical size and that comprehensive understanding of multispatial scale patterns can be important for implementing sound biodiversity conservation programmes.  相似文献

Many terrestrial orchids are historically rare and occur in small, spatially isolated populations. Theory predicts that such species will harbour low levels of genetic variation within populations and will exhibit a high degree of population genetic divergence, primarily as a result of genetic drift. If the origin of the present‐day populations is relatively recent from the same genetically depauperate source population, a complete lack of genetic differentiation between conspecific populations is expected. If a terrestrial orchid was historically common with moderate or high levels of genetic diversity, but has experienced more recent anthropogenic disturbance as a result of over‐collection, it would still exhibit initial levels of genetic variation within populations and a low degree of genetic divergence between populations. To test these predictions, we examined the genetic diversity in six populations (N = 131) of the historically and currently rare Cypripedium japonicum and in four populations (N = 94) of the historically common but now rare C. macranthos from South Korea. Fourteen putative allozyme loci resolved from eight enzyme systems revealed no variation either within or among populations of C. japonicum, which supports the first prediction. In contrast, populations of C. macranthos harboured high levels of genetic variation (mean percentage of polymorphic loci %P = 46.7; mean expected heterozygosity He = 0.185) and exhibited a low degree of population genetic divergence (GST = 0.059), supporting the second prediction. The lack of genetic variation both within and among conspecific populations of C. japonicum may suggest that populations originated from the same genetically depauperate ancestral population. The high levels of genetic diversity maintained in populations of C. macranthos suggest that the collection‐mediated decrease in the number of individuals is still too recent for long‐term effects on genetic variation. Based on current demographic and genetic data, in situ and ex situ conservation strategies should be provided to preserve genetic variation and to ensure the long‐term survival of the two species in the Korean Peninsula. © 2009 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2009, 160 , 119–129.  相似文献

Effects of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungus Suillus tomentosus on water transport properties were studied in jack pine (Pinus banksiana) seedlings. The hydraulic conductivity of root cortical cells (Lpc) and of the whole root system (Lpr) in ECM plants was higher by twofold to fourfold compared with the non‐ECM seedlings. HgCl2 had a greater inhibitory effect on Lpc in ECM compared with non‐ECM seedlings, suggesting that the mercury‐sensitive, aquaporin (AQP)‐mediated water transport was largely responsible for the differences in Lpc between the two groups of plants. Lpc was rapidly and drastically reduced by the 50 mm NaCl treatment. However, in ECM plants, the initial decline in Lpc was followed by a quick recovery to the pre‐treatment level, while the reduction of Lpc in non‐ECM seedlings progressed over time. Treatments with fluoride reduced Lpc by about twofold in non‐ECM seedlings and caused smaller reductions of Lpc in ECM plants. When either 2 mm KF or 2 mm NaF were added to the 50 mm NaCl treatment solution, the inhibitory effect of NaCl on Lpc was rapidly reversed in both groups of plants. The results suggest that AQP‐mediated water transport may be linked to the enhancement of salt stress resistance reported for ECM plants.  相似文献

A microsatellite‐enriched library of Job's tears (Coix lacryma‐jobi L. var. Ma‐yuen Stapf) was constructed using a modified biotin–streptavidin capture method. After screening, 17 polymorphic microsatellites were used for diversity analysis among 30 Job's tears accessions. The number of alleles ranged from one to five alleles per locus with an average of 2.8 alleles. Expected heterozygosity (HE) and polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0 to 0.676 and from 0 to 0.666, respectively. The newly developed microsatellite markers are expected to be very valuable tools for evaluation of genetic diversity among large germplasm collection of Job's tears present in our Korean Gene Bank.  相似文献

本实验查明家委品种的后丝腺细胞数目为1080个,在透射电镜观察下,后丝腺细胞内质网呈片层状,分布着大量的核蛋白体颗粒,细胞核内染色质成块状。用液面铺展技术显示出染色质的特别结构。每个后丝腺细胞能合成DNA0.6—0.8微克,为原来体细胞数的一百万倍,奠定了后丝腺细胞染色体的多线化的物质基础。第7天后丝腺的RNA为5.4毫克,mRNA为总RNA的1%,占细胞核RNA的2.5%,rRNA的碱基比(G+C)为53.1%,热增色效应为22.5%,融点温度?值为43.7℃。染色质丝DNA的融点温度为70.5℃,碱基比(G+C)为40.5%,并分析了染色质的DNA、RNA、组蛋白和非组蛋白的相对比值。每个后丝腺细胞合成240.6微克丝心蛋白,每个细胞每秒钟可合成6×108个丝心蛋白分子。中丝腺储存的丝心蛋白为后丝腺的二十倍。 经保幼激素类似物处理后,蚕的生长期延长,体重和丝腺重量、后丝腺内蛋白质和RNA含量增高,合成丝心蛋白的功能单位——多核蛋白体在量的方面也有所提高。例如在后丝腺RNA方面,雄蚕第7天增加到6.20毫克,每个后丝腺细胞能合成丝心蛋白243.6微克。因此,我们认为,外源保幼激素能促进RNA的合成,维持后丝腺细胞的正常活动,提高多核蛋白体的合成量,从而增加丝心蛋白的合成。  相似文献

This paper summarizes our recent work on the histological, physiologicaland molecular aspects of limb regeneration in the fiddler crabUca pugilator and new information is presented on mitotic activityin the blastema during the first days of blastemal organization.We also report for the first time the localization of vertebrategrowth factor immunoreactivity (FGF 2 and FGF 4) in the regeneratingblastema. In the first part of this paper we review recent histologicalfindings concerning the physical events that accompany autotomyof limbs and propose a new function for the autotomy membrane—thetethering of the regenerating pedal nerve to the walls of thecoxa. In the second part of the paper we review our recent findingson the identification and characterization of the Uca ecdysteroidreceptor (UpEcR, and its potential dimer partner, the retinoid-X-receptor,UpRXR). Using Uca-specific antibody probes raised in our lab,we have been able to identify specific cells in the early blastemathat express receptor proteins. The regenerating limb of thefiddler crab is responsive to both steroids and retinoids andmRNA for steroid and retinoid receptors are expressed in theregenerating limb buds during all stages of regeneration. TheDNA and deduced amino acid sequences of the ecdysteroid receptoris very similar to the sequences of insect EcRs, while the retinoidreceptor is similar to insect protein (ultraspiracle) in theDNA-binding domain, but closer to vertebrate RXRs in the ligandbinding domain  相似文献
