The measurements of angle dependencies of total and elastic Rayleigh scattering of Mossbauer radiation intensities have been performed for human serum albumin (HSA) with hydration degrees h = 0.13 and h = 0.4. The extended model was developed for calculating the inelastic intensity of Rayleigh scattering. Original data for HSA and published data on met-Mb were fitted within the frame of this model. The best agreement with experiment was obtained when two types of intraglobular motions were taken into account: individual motions of small side-chain groups and cooperative (mechanical) motions of segments (most probable alpha-helices). Long-range correlated motions are essential at low hydration degree. The possibilities of application of the coherent version of RSMS technique are described.  相似文献

We have found an inhibiting effect of hybrid RP4::D3112 plasmid (where D3112 is represented as genome of a transposable phage specific for Pseudomonas aeruginosa) on the development of temperate P. putida phage PP56. The study of the effect has revealed a previously unknown locus (in the region 12-14.2 kb of the D3112 genome) which functions in the prophage state. The locus affects PP56 decreasing phage yield. Mutants of PP56 insensitive to inhibition were found.  相似文献

Systems of blood coagulation in patients treated with antibiotics of the anthracycline group were studied. Rubomycin was used in the treatment of patients with acute leukemia Adriamycin and carminomycin were used in the treatment of patients with solid tumors. The antibiotics affected the process of blood coagulation mainly through their cytostatic effect on thrombocytopoesis. Thrombocytopenia induced deficit of thrombocytal factors participating in the process of blood coagulation which resulted in hypocoagulation and hemorrhagic complications. The plasmic factors did not significantly change during the antibiotic therapy. A tendency to decrease in the levels of prothrombine, fibrinase and fibrinogen was noted which was possible due to an inhibitory effect of the antibiotics on the function of the reticuloendothelial tissue cells or indirectly to suppression of the tumor process. More pronounced changes in the system of blood coagulation of patients treated with rubomycin were probably associated with inferiority of the thrombocytal apparatus of the patients with acute leukemia treated with the antibiotic.  相似文献

Specific DNA-probes representing the fragments of chromosomal ceruplasmin gene (lambda RCp-1, lambda RCp-2, lambda RCp-3) and its cDNA copy of the corresponding mRNA were heavily labelled with 125J dCTP (the specific activity of the probes varying from 1.5 X 10(7) to 3.4 X 10(8) dpm). These probes were used for in situ hybridization on metaphase chromosomes. The total number of silver grains and their distribution along differentially stained chromosomes were determined in 653 metaphase plates from bone marrow cells of laboratory rats. The results of in situ hybridization were very similar for all four specific DNA-probes tested and allow to assign ceruplasmin gene to the q13 region of chromosome 7. The local increase of silver grain count over chromosome 15 was also registered and discussed.  相似文献

Immobilization stress induced catecholamines level changes were studied in brain nuclei, taking part in blood pressure central regulation in rats with different zoosocial position. The significant differences in catecholamines level between the zoosocial groups of rats were shown in dopamine synthesized hypothalamic nuclei-n. arcuatus, n. periventricularis and noradrenaline synthesized-n. subcoeruleus++. The dominant rats were characterized by the highest catecholamines level.  相似文献

It was established in dog experiments that aggregation activity of platelets and the rate of aggregation were higher in arterial than in venous blood, with the platelet content being identical. Antiaggregation activity of vascular walls of the arterial system. The data obtained indicate the presence of the arteriovenous difference of the function of the vascular-platelet hemostasis, which is of a role in the processes of regulating the state of blood aggregation in the body.  相似文献

Spin-labeled pig heart cytochromes c singly modified at Met-65, Tyr-74 and at one of the lysine residues, Lys-72 or Lys-73, were investigated by the ESR method under conditions of different ligand and redox states of the heme and at various pH values. Replacement of Met-80 by the external ligand, cyanide, was shown to produce a sharp increase in the mobility of all the three bound labels while reduction of the spin-labeled ferricytochromes c did not cause any marked changes in their ESR spectra. In the pH range 6-13, two conformational transitions in ferricytochrome c were observed which preceded its alkaline denaturation: the first with pK 9.3 registered by the spin label at the Met-65 position, and the second with pK 11.1 registered by the labels bound to Tyr-74 and Lys-72(73). The conformational changes in the 'left-hand part' of ferricytochrome c are most probably induced in both cases by the exchange of internal protein ligands at the sixth coordination site of the heme.  相似文献
