A post-embedding method: demonstration of fibronectin on human liver by PAP technique

Fibronectin, one of the most relevant components of extracellular matrix, seems to mediate cell to cell and cell to substrate interactions by means of selective links with collagen fibrils and glycosaminoglycans. Post-embedding technique using PAP method has allowed us a precise localization of fibronectin on semi-thin sections and on adjacent thin sections, improving the knowledge of fibronectin-collagen relationships.     

Linkage relationships of peptidase-7, Pep-7, in the mouse

An electrophoretically detectable variant of peptidase-7 in Mus musculus has been found and used to locate the structural gene, Pep-7, on chromosome 5. Gene order and recombination frequencies are estimated as Pep-7 3.5±2.0 Rw 8.8±2.2 go 20.0±4.6 bf.     

Three-dimensional reconstruction of neuroradiological data within a stereotactic frame of reference for surgery of visible targets

Three-dimensional information obtained with neuroradiological exams performed under stereotactic conditions is displayed on a surgical console within the graphic reconstruction of the geometry of stereotactic frames. Planning of convenient probe trajectories can be carried out taking into account all data derived from different diagnostic techniques.
