Signal transduction pathways in guinea pig sperm

Trifluoperazine (TFP), the antagonist of calmodulin (CaM). significantly stimulated the capacitation and acrosome reaction of guinea pig spermatozoa at the concentration of 10-100μmol/L, independent of the external Ca2+. Forskolin, dbcAMP and caffeine evidently promoted the occurrence of acrosome reaction of spermatozoa at early capacitation stage (5 h) in nonsynchronous system but not in synchronous system. If the spermatozoa were capacitated for 15 h in synchronous system, the above three drugs significantly stimulated acrosome reaction in a Ca2+-independent manner. Protein kinase C activators, i.e. phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDB) did not influence the occurrence of acrosome reaction of spermatozoa at early capacitation stage, but significantly increased the acrosome reaction rate in capacitated spermatozoa in a Ca2+-independent manner. In contrast. PKC inhibitor staurosporine significantly inhibited the occurrence of acrosome reaction.     

Active expression of Gγ globin gene on chromosome 11 with Yunnanese (Ayγδβ)~0-thalasseinia deletion in MEL cells

A permanent lymphocyte cell line of a heterozygote with Yunnanese (Aγδβ)0-thalassemia deletion, associated with an increased production of Cry globin in adult, was founded using Epstein-Barr virus transformation. The hybrids of the lymphocyte cell and mouse erythroleukemia cell (MEL) were achieved and the hybrids containing human chromosome 11 were selected with the monoclonal antibody 53/6. The subclones containing only either the normal or the abnormal human chromosome 11 were separated and the expression of the human globin genes was studied. Expression of the β-globin gene, but not the Cγ and Aγ, was observed in the hybrids containing only the normal human chromosome 11, while active expression of the Cγ globin gene was observed in the hybrids containing only the abnormal human chromosome 11. These results have confirmed that the DNA deletion in the β-globin gene cluster is the cause of persistent active expression of the Cγ globin gene in the Yunnanese mutant.     

有机磷农药对土壤动物群落结构的影响研究

夜蛾科卵的数值分类研究（鳞翅目：夜蛾科）

本文以３４种卵作为分类单元,对４１个性状了数值分类研究。结果表明卵的形态特征可以作为夜蛾科分属的重要依据,并支持把黄地老虎归入Ａｇｒｏｔｉｓ属的观点。     

慢性心功能不全大鼠心脏和血淋巴细胞β-肾上腺素受体的改变

在主动脉与肾动脉缩窄造成的慢性心功能不全大鼠,血浆儿茶酚胺浓度增高;心脏β-肾上腺素受体(β-AR)数量增加,其中β_1-AR及其mRNA增加,而β_2-AR及其mRNA不变;左心房异丙基肾上腺素(ISO)浓度-收缩效应曲线右移;而心肌ISO浓度-cAMP蓄积曲线无显著改变;血淋巴细胞β-AR数量显著减少.结果提示心功能不全时心脏β_1-AR数量增多,但其介导的正性变力效应反而降低,在cAMP生成以后的信号转导过程或心肌收缩成分功能存在障碍,而血淋巴细胞β-AR的改变与心脏β-AR的功能改变平行.     

三种壁虎染色体核仁组织者的银染色观察与蹼壁虎的核型

本文以骨髓细胞为材料, 采用常规制片法和一步银染色技术,首次报道了无蹼壁虎、铅山壁虎和多疣壁虑的NORs,并用α-巯基乙醇短期培养无蹼壁虎的骨髓细胞,分析其核型。结果表明,3种壁虎都仅显示一对NORs,也未见有融合现象。其中无蹼壁虎的NORs位于第18对染色体的次缢痕区,而铅山壁虎和多疣壁虎分别位于第19对和第14对上。另外,我们从C带分析中发现,铅山壁虎和多疣壁虎的NORs位点均为结构异染色质区。经α-巯基乙醇培养的无蹼壁虎的染色体明显“拉长”。具次缢痕的染色体可从以往报道的第 19 对调整为第18对,其次缢痕区也比直接制作的标本大而清晰。     

一个Hunter综合征家系粘多糖电泳分析

CT所见肝脏肿大占据左右上腹,纠正了既往把肝左叶当做脾大的结论;B超发现前所没有报道的二尖瓣赘生物将给患者终生致残;标准品DS行双向电泳,首次发现其分离为DS1与GS2两个斑点;杂合子、患者尿GAG均出现DS1斑点,而正常人则不出现。实验显示,DS1的出现在杂合子检出和患者确诊上有重要意义。     

陆地棉的核型模式

陆地棉的核型公式为2n=4x=52=30m+20sm(4SAT)+2st(2SAT); 染色体绝对长度平均3.40μm; 臂比值最大与最小的分别是4.02和1.14,平均1.77;随体3对,分别位于第12、19和26对同源染色体的短臂上;最长与最短染色体的比值为2.36;其核型属于Stebbin的2B类型。 Abstract:Karyotype formula of Gossypium hirsutum L.was 2n=4s=52=30m+20m (4SAT)+2st (2SAT); and its absolute lengths of chromosomes averaged 3.40μm; arm ratio differed from 1.24 to 4.02,with the mean value of 1.77; three pairs of satellite chromosomes; the ratio of the longest to the shortest chromosomes was 2.36; and the karyotype belonged to 2B in Stebbin’s classification.     

角绥螨属在中国首次发现及一新种记述（蜱螨亚纲：囊螨科）

本文记述角绥螨属一新种,中华角绥螨Ａｎｔｅｎｎｏｓｅｉｕｓ ｓｉｎｉｃｕｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．,标本采自云南剑川县大绒鼠巢中。该属在中国尚系首次发现。
