慢性心功能不全大鼠心脏和血淋巴细胞β-肾上腺素受体的改变

在主动脉与肾动脉缩窄造成的慢性心功能不全大鼠,血浆儿茶酚胺浓度增高;心脏β-肾上腺素受体(β-AR)数量增加,其中β_1-AR及其mRNA增加,而β_2-AR及其mRNA不变;左心房异丙基肾上腺素(ISO)浓度-收缩效应曲线右移;而心肌ISO浓度-cAMP蓄积曲线无显著改变;血淋巴细胞β-AR数量显著减少.结果提示心功能不全时心脏β_1-AR数量增多,但其介导的正性变力效应反而降低,在cAMP生成以后的信号转导过程或心肌收缩成分功能存在障碍,而血淋巴细胞β-AR的改变与心脏β-AR的功能改变平行.     

Response of hepatic function to hepatic copper deposition in rats fed a diet containing copper

Fischer rats were a fed diet supplied with copper chloride (150–600 ppm) for 60 d from weaning. Serum (glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) activities were increased with the increase of Cu concentration in the diet. Biliary excretion of Cu was related to the dietary Cu level. Depositions of hepatic and renal Cu were also related to the dietary Cu level in a dose-dependent manner. In particular, hepatic (155.2±13.3 μg/g) and renal (44.9±4.4 μg/g) Cu concentrations increased abruptly in the Cu-600 ppm group. In the liver, about 60% of Cu was distributed in the soluble fraction (100,000 g supernatant). In the Cu-600 ppm group, 25% of cystosolic Cu was bound to metallothionein (MT). Our results suggest that chronic exposure to Cu appears to have a deleterious effect on the hepatic function, and further, that even in rats with normal biliary Cu excretion, clearance of Cu from the liver may be marginal when dietary Cu is near the 600-ppm level. Although Cu is an essential nutrient, an overload of Cu should be avoided.     

Properties of monovalent nickel complexes with tetraaza-macrocyclic ligands in aqueous solutions

The effects of N-alkylation on the redox potential of the couples NiLⁱ²⁺/NiLⁱ⁺, L = tetraaza-14-membered-macrocyclic ligands, and on the properties of the monovalent nickel complexes in aqueous solutions are reported for 14 complexes. The spectra and lifetimes of the NiLⁱ⁺ complexes are reported. The self-exchange rates for the couples NiLⁱ²⁺/NiLⁱ⁺ were determined. Two of the ligands were synthesized for the first time for this study. Cyclic voltammetry and pulse radiolysis were used. The results point out that: (i) N-alkylation always shifts the redox potential to a less cathodic one; this effect stems to a large degree from the decrease in the solvation energy of the complex caused by the N-alkylation of the ligand. (ii). The lifetime of the monovalent complexes is not linearly related to the redox potential of the NiLⁱ²⁺/NiLⁱ⁺ couples. (iii) The NiLⁱ⁺ complexes exist in several isomeric forms; the rate of the isomerization depends on the structure of the ligand. (iv) Different isomers of NiLⁱ⁺ may be formed when the complex NiLⁱ²⁺ is reduced by different reagents; therefore, the pulse-radiolytically formed NiLⁱ⁺ complexes might have different properties than those formed electrochemically.     

Two New Species of Aphelenchoididae (Nemata) from Declining Red Pines in Maryland

Aphelenchoides resinosi n. sp. and Ektaphelenchus joyceae n. sp. are described and illustrated from red pines of the Allegheny plateau of Maryland, USA. The new species were found in trees infested with Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. Primary diagnostic characters of A. resinosi females are constriction of the head, basal stylet knobs, tong postuterine sac, two incisures in the lateral field, and conical tail four to five anal body widths long with a simple terminal mucro. Diagnostic characters of the males are two pairs of subventral caudal papillae and spicule shape: Primary diagnostic characters of E. joyceae females are a slight constriction of the head, six similar lips, conical tail, and short postuterine sac. Diagnostic characters of the males are spicule size and shape, a single row of spermatocytes, and one pair of caudal papillae. Within-tree distributions of A. resinosi and E. joyceae are presented. A total of 70% of both red-needled and chlorotic-needled trees in the study were positive for A. resinosi and E. joyceae. Branch hierarchy was related to the percentage of samples positive for A. resinosi.     

三种壁虎染色体核仁组织者的银染色观察与蹼壁虎的核型

本文以骨髓细胞为材料, 采用常规制片法和一步银染色技术,首次报道了无蹼壁虎、铅山壁虎和多疣壁虑的NORs,并用α-巯基乙醇短期培养无蹼壁虎的骨髓细胞,分析其核型。结果表明,3种壁虎都仅显示一对NORs,也未见有融合现象。其中无蹼壁虎的NORs位于第18对染色体的次缢痕区,而铅山壁虎和多疣壁虎分别位于第19对和第14对上。另外,我们从C带分析中发现,铅山壁虎和多疣壁虎的NORs位点均为结构异染色质区。经α-巯基乙醇培养的无蹼壁虎的染色体明显“拉长”。具次缢痕的染色体可从以往报道的第 19 对调整为第18对,其次缢痕区也比直接制作的标本大而清晰。

角绥螨属在中国首次发现及一新种记述（蜱螨亚纲：囊螨科）

本文记述角绥螨属一新种,中华角绥螨Ａｎｔｅｎｎｏｓｅｉｕｓ ｓｉｎｉｃｕｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．,标本采自云南剑川县大绒鼠巢中。该属在中国尚系首次发现。

简要介绍常用的非线性动力学参量,结合生物学实验数据的特点,给出几种最新的分析方法.     

转铁蛋白分型及其基因频率分布

用固相pH梯度(pH 5.05～5.60)等电聚焦技术对随机抽取的188名北京地区健康汉族人的血清转铁蛋白(Tf)进行分型调查,并统计基因频率,检出了在中国还未见报道的Tf^C3基因.其表型分别是：TfC1, TfC2, TfC1C2, TfC1C3, TfC1Dchi, TfC2Dchi.Tf^C1=0.7420, Tf^C2=0.2420, Tf^C3=0.0027, Tf^Dchi=0.0133, 符合Hardy-Weinberg定律, 并与其他已见报道的汉族 Tf基因频率大致相符.
