脐鳞属地衣一个新种(英文)

本文描述了脐鳞属地衣一个新种:褐脐鳞。这个新种类似红脐鳞,但地衣体上表面为灰褐色并且不合松萝酸。本种与泡状脐鳞的区别是不含富马原岛衣酸及地理分布的差异。

Production of monoclonal antibodies against avian LHRH-I

Summary Production of antibodies against peptides or poorly antigenic proteins by conventional methods often requires either large quantities of the native immunogen or some chemical modification to increase their antigenicity. In this study an in vivo and in vitro immunization protocol has been used to generate monoclonal antibodies against the decapeptide luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH). Two injections of 100 μg of avian LHRH-I into BALB/c mice were given 7 d apart. Dissociated splenocytes were collected under sterile conditions. They were incubated with 100 μg of the immunogen in 75-cm² tissue culture flasks in thymocyte-conditioned media. After 5 to 8 d exposure to the antigen, splenocytes were fused with SP2/O myeloma cells by polyethylene glycol. The cells were plated into 24 wells and then incubated in hypoxanthine aminopterin and thymidine selective media. After 14 d an initial screening was done by enzyme immunoassay. The positive wells (6/24) were expanded into 96-well plates and rescreened. Selected lines were cloned out 3 times by limiting dilution and the most positive expanded for ascites production. The antibody was affinity purified in a protein A column. The antibody cross-reacted with LHRH-I and II but preferentially to LHRH-I, as shown by competitive assay. A hypothalamic extract from a mature chick showed a higher response than preparations from whole brain explants of 1- to 3-d posthatched chicks, mature quail, and mature mouse. 糙叶败酱挥发油镇静作用的研究

本文观察了败酱科植物糙叶败酱(Patrinia scabra Bunge)根和根茎中制得的挥发油的镇静作用,井与黄花败酱挥发油做了比较。结果表明,此油灌胃给予数组小鼠,剂量0.45ml/kg,显示如下的作用:[1]能显著延长由于腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠(50mg/kg)引起的小鼠睡眠时间,但其作用强度弱于黄花败酱挥发油。(2)一次灌胃给予小鼠大剂量10.46g/kg的糙叶败酱挥发油,连续观察10天,动物外观正常,无一死亡,体重增加与对照组相似。     

白鹇距长与年龄的关系

注意到白鹧雄鸟距长在一定时期内随年龄增长的事实,本文根据相邻2年同一月龄之间有12个月的间隔,距长数据除有较为集中外一定又有组间明显差别的特点,推测估计部分标本之年龄,加上确知年龄的部分标本,共测定89个个体120个距长样本数据,得到距长随年(月)龄增长的关系式:SL=am/1+bm,用此式可以实测距长初步估计野外采集到的白鹇个体的年龄     

福尔马林致痛提高大鼠中枢μ阿片受体密度及电针的加强作用

用放射自显影方法观察到;（１）大鼠脚掌注射福尔马林后,某些与镇痛有关的脑区如尾核头部、伏隔核、杏仁核、中央灰质、脚间核、中缝大核、脊髓背角等结构中μ阿片受体密度明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５,Ｐ＜０．０１）;（２）给予电针抑制痛反应的大鼠,在其大部分上述结构及扣带回、隔区、视前内侧区、内膝体、上丘、中缝背核及中央上核受体密度明显增加;与福尔马林注射组相比,脚间核、中央灰质尾端腹外侧区、腰膨大背角的受体密度进一步增加。从而在受体水平支持伤害性刺激可以激活体内内阿片肽能活动,而电针可以加强这一活动的设想。     

马桑菌株的生物学特性

对从湖北、四川、云南等地采集的尼泊尔马桑(Coriaria nepalensis Wall.)根瘤中分离的20株内生菌纯培养物所进行的研究表明,其形态均具有弗兰克氏菌属的特征。在粗细不一的分枝菌丝体上有泡囊和孢囊,有的还有串珠状结构的菌丝体。不同菌株在液体培养基上生长速度很不一致;菌丝体多呈絮状或颗粒状沉淀,个别还呈薄膜状沉淀;绝大多数菌株的菌丝体具有不同色调的色素;在S培养基中大多数都能产生可溶性色素。上述这些培养特征常因培养基成分和培养方式的不同而有差异。大多数菌株的胞壁组分属Ⅱ型,少数菌株为Ⅲ型;全细胞糖型变化很大,20个菌株可划分为6个糖型,而且绝大多数糖型与已知弗兰克氏菌有所不同。此外,有65％的菌株还具有明显的抗菌活性。     

MORPHOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE LARVAE OF CERATOPHYLLUS FARRENICHAOI AND THEIR COMPARISON WITH THE LARVAE OF CERATOPHYLLUS CALLINAE TRIBULIS

Abstract This paper deals with the morphology of the larvae of Cerutophyllus farreni chaoi Smit and Allen, 1955 and a comparison is made with the larvae of C. gallinue tribulis Jordan, 1926.
The diagnostic characters of the larvae of the two subspecies are the shape of egg burster, number of mandibular teeth, the relative positions of the sense organs and setae on the tergites of the thorax and abdomen and number of the setae of anal comb and the strut setae.     

Isolation and Refined Regional Mapping of Expressed Sequences from Human Chromosome 21

To increase candidate genes from human chromosome 21 for the analysis of Down syndrome and other genetic diseases localized on this chromosome, we have isolated and studied 9 cDNA clones encoded by chromosome 21. For isolating cDNAs, single-copy microclones from a chromosome 21 microdissection library were used in direct screening of various cDNA libraries. Seven of the cDNA clones have been regionally mapped on chromosome 21 using a comprehensive hybrid mapping panel comprising 24 cell hybrids that divide the chromosome into 33 subregions. These cDNA clones with refined mapping positions should be useful for identification and cloning of genes responsible for the specific component phenotypes of Down syndrome and other diseases on chromosome 21, including progressive myoclonus epilepsy in 21q22.3.     

胎盘型谷胱甘肽S－转移酶基因在胃癌中的表达

用Ｄｉｇ－ＧＳＴ－πｃＤＮＡ探针分子杂交方法,检测了正常胃组织,胃癌及相应癌旁正常组织中ＧＳＴ－πＤＮＡ和ＧＳＴ－πＲＮＡ水平,发现ＧＳＴ－πＤＮＡ水平没有明显变化,而ＧＳＴ－πＲＮＡ在８例胃癌组织中有６例高于正常胃组织,在１２例低分化腺癌中有７例癌旁正常组织高于相应癌组织,表明ＧＳＴ－π基因表达增加与胃癌有关,而且早于细胞形态的变化。
