Isolated ovarian corpus luteal cells and granulosa cells of rat were employed to investigate the effect of alpha-ANP on the secretion of progesterone and estradiol. The contents of the steroid hormones are determined by RIA. The results showed that 0.1-10 ng/ml ANP promoted progesterone production in a dose dependent manner. alpha-ANP also enhanced progesterone production by granulosa cells, but not estradiol. It seems that the effect of alpha-ANP on ovarian steroidogenesis is a direct one.

Effects of atriopeptin II (APII) on the carotid sinus baroreflex in anesthetized rats and on the sinus nerve afferent activity in the anesthetized rabbits were investigated. The results were as follows: (1) By perfusing the isolated left carotid sinus with APII (1 microgram/ml) in anesthetized rats (n = 10), the threshold pressure (TP) of the carotid baroreflex did not show any change, while the equilibrium pressure (EP), the saturation pressure (SP) and the operating range (OR) were decreased from 101 +/- 2.8 to 95 +/- 2.0 mmHg (P less than 0.05), 202 +/- 5.2 to 168 +/- 6.1 mmHg (P less than 0.001) and 128 +/- 5.5 to 93 +/- 6.3 mmHg (P less than 0.001), respectively. The function curve of the baroreflex was shifted to the left and downward with a peak slope (PS) increased during perfusing with APII. In contrast, by perfusing the carotid sinus with sodium nitroprusside (NP, 0.5 micrograms/ml), TP and EP remained unchanged, whereas SP and OR were increased from 188 +/- 6.4 to 218 +/- 6.0 mmHg (n = 6, P less than 0.01) and from 107 +/- 6.9 to 132 +/- 7.6 mmHg (P less than 0.05), respectively. The function curve of the baroreflex and its PS were not affected by NP. The sinus nerve afferent activity was quite stable with the perfusion of carotid sinus at constant intrasinus pressure (ISP) in the rabbits (n = 6) and increased during the elevation of ISP.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)     

血友病患者血清中淋巴腺病病毒/人T细胞Ⅲ型病毒抗体检测

对浙江省1982～1984年注射了美国产浓缩Ⅶ因子制剂的18例血友病患者,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELTSA)检测了血清中淋巴腺病病毒/人T细胞Ⅲ型病毒(LAV/HTLV-Ⅲ)抗体,发现4例阳性,并经免疫荧光试验和Western印迹法证实。2例应用了国产浓缩Ⅷ因子者抗体阴性。一例从美国来华旅游死于艾滋病者,LAV/HTLV-Ⅲ抗体阳性。本研究证明,LAV/HTLVⅢ病毒巳通过美国生产的Ⅷ因子制剂传入中国。     

Identification of a reversible inhibitor of plasminogen activators in blood plasma

Inhibition of tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) by pooled plasma could be ascribed for only 60% to the endothelial cell type PA inhibitor. The residual inhibition is ascribed to a so-far undescribed plasma component present at 0.2 nmol/l. This component shows reversible binding to t-PA with an apparent K_i of 10 pmol/l (does not hinder t-PA binding to fibrin); also reacts with urokinase, but not with DIP-t-PA; is stable at 37°C and does not occur in media of endothelial cells, hepatocytes and fibroblasts. This PA binding component in plasma adds to the regulation of plasminogen activator activities.

绿豆幼苗上胚轴伸长生长与细胞渗透势的相关性

在水分供应正常的情况下,切除1/4～1/2的绿豆子叶对上胚轴生长没有明显的抑制作用,但是经0.2M甘露醇处理的幼苗却随着切除的子叶量的增加,上胚轴的生长呈直线剧减,全部切除子叶的幼苗生长几乎完全停止。子叶在水分胁迫状况下对生长的这种作用与它在上胚轴生长区渗透调节中的作用密切相关。幼苗上胚轴的生长与细胞的有效渗透势之间的相关系数为-0.76,有较高的相关性,但是生长与细胞的总渗透势无相关性(相关系数为-0.29)。细胞的渗透势与细胞液中的糖、游离氨基酸和钾离子浓度之间有很高的相关性。表明水分胁迫下生长所需的低渗透势的维持依赖于来自子叶的渗透物质。     

中国人ε珠蛋白基因5′侧序列中多态性Hinc Ⅱ位点的进一步研究

本文进一步研究了我国不同民族的正常个体以及β地中海贫血患者θ珠蛋白基因5′侧序列中的多态性HincⅡ位点及其遗传性质。在广西壮族正常个体和β地中海贫血纯合子中,该多态性位点的发生频率均为75％,与正常汉族人测得值相近。家系分析资料表明,该多态性位点完全按照孟德尔规律进行遗传。     

缺乏抗坏血酸对豚鼠胆固醇代谢的影响

边缘性缺乏抗坏血酸之豚鼠,于三周内其肝脏及小肠粘膜3-羟-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶(HMGR)活力均下降到原有水平的50％,但肝脏胆固醇7α-羟化酶活力尚无显著性改变。坏血病豚鼠(三周内)上述几种酶活力都下降至原有水平的50％左右。豚鼠摄取抗坏血酸不足,其血清总胆固醇浓度显著增加,而血清高密度脂蛋自胆固醇浓度显著减少,其改变程度与抗坏血酸缺乏状况一致。
