The aim of this study is to investigate the rate of childhood traumatic experiences and assess the relationship between childhood trauma and impulsivity in the presence of attention deficit–hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in patients with social anxiety disorder (SAD). A total of 123 patients with a primary diagnosis of SAD were enrolled. All patients were assessed by using the clinical version of Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV (SCID-I/CV) and Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School Age Children—Present and Lifetime version (K-SADS-PL), ADHD module. A clinical and sociodemographic data form and rating scales were filled out. We found higher rates of emotional traumatic experiences and impulsivity along with more severe symptoms of depression, anxiety and social anxiety in the group of SAD patients with childhood ADHD than in SAD patients without ADHD in childhood. The presence of ADHD is associated with higher severity in several domains in patients with SAD. Patients with SAD should be assessed carefully whether they have ADHD, especially when their SAD symptoms are severe, when they have a history of traumatic experiences or problems with impulse control. 相似文献

The changes in the amount of nuclear, chloroplast and mithocondrial nucleic acids of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) seedlings in relation with drought stress and the effect of gibberellic acid (GA3) on these changes were investigated by spectrophotometric method. It was found that drought stress caused decrease in the amount of nucleic acids. In the seedlings to which GA3 was applied following drought stress, increase in the amount of nuclear nucleic acids (especially in the amount of labile DNA, which is the active portion) was determined. Similar results were observed in the amount of nucleic acids of mitochondria and chloroplasts. All these results show that drought stress caused quantitative changes in the genetic substrate of wheat seedling cells and GA3 application alleviated this effect by activating the synthesis of nucleic acids. 相似文献

This study presents observations on the anatomical, palynological and ecological features of Tulipa gumusanica Terzio?lu and its morphologically similar relative, T. armena Boiss. var. armena, in order to clarify their similarities and differences. We found that these taxa have some important differences with regard to anatomical, palynological and ecological features, as well as morphological traits. General anatomical traits of both examined taxa are similar, both having isolateral leaves with distinct hypodermis and a stem with distinct monolayer collenchyma close to the epidermis. However, some anatomical characters such as mesophyll width, average number of stomata on lower epidermis, and epidermal cells on upper epidermis are found to be important in delimiting these taxa. In addition, considerable differences have been observed in pollen shape and size. The species differ ecologically in that T. gumusanica prefers slightly acidic soil with low organic content in the woodland, whereas T. armena var. armena prefers slightly alkali soil with high organic content in steppe vegetation. 相似文献
