The predominant pathogens at the emergency medicine hospital were analysed and its resistance to antibiotics was investigated in dynamics. The susceptibility of the pathogens was analysed by the method of dynamic equalibration. Statistically significant reduction of resistant bacteria isolation was demonstrated for 2 species of 7--that is S. aureus and E. faecalis regarding 4 antibiotics. The ratio of staphylococci resistant to cefazolin, ceftazidime, doxycyclin reduced, the ratio of enterococci resistant to chloramphenicol and doxycyclin also diminished. No correlation was demonstrated between the pathogen isolation frequency and ratio of resistant strains.  相似文献

The formation of liquid-crystalline dispersions from DNA-chitosan complexes in polyethyleneglycol-containing solutions was studied. It was shown that the molecular crowding affects neither the efficiency of binding of chitosan molecules to DNA nor the mode of spatial packing of DNA-chitosan complexes in particles of liquid-crystalline dispersions.  相似文献

The properties of two universal major proteins of cytoplasmic mRNP, p50 and the poly(A)-binding protein (PABP), are summarized. Their roles in formation of polyribosomal and free inactive mRNP are considered, with the focus on the authors' studies of p50. The parts these mRNP proteins play in translation regulation, stability, and localization of mRNA are described, and the possible mechanisms of their function are discussed.  相似文献

Adult striped field mice (Apodemus agrarius) caught in the Altai region proved to be insusceptible to experimental infection when inoculated with Leptospira of serovar mozdok, serogroup Pomona. In pregnant females, though infected with this organism, no leptospiruria was observed. At the same time nonpubescent animals became Leptospira carriers, females becoming carriers 4.5 times more frequently than males. The formation of antibodies to Leptospira in the test rodents was poorly pronounced and did not depend on their sex, age, physiological state and the presence of renal leptospirosis. But all adult striped field mice belonging to the population of the Moscow region became Leptospira carriers in such experiments.  相似文献

The problem of the presence of imprinted regions on the X-chromosome and the possible influence of the imprinted expression of X-linked genes on the embryonic development in man remains largely unsolved. A comparison of the uniparental inheritance of chromosomes or of their regions having different phenotypic manifestations provides an instrument with which to study the phenomenon of genomic imprinting at the chromosomal level. Assuming that the imprinted inactivation of X-chromosomes is functionally significant for embryonic development, we have studied several polymorphic micro- and minisatellite loci of X-chromosomes in 52 fetuses with karyotype 46.XX, which were spontaneously aborted during the first trimester of pregnancy. The purpose was to determine the contribution of uniparental disomy for the X-chromosome in any disturbances of the embryonic development. We found that inheritance of X-chromosomes was biparental in the studied embryos, suggesting the absence of any significant contribution of the parental origin of the X-chromosome to embryonic mortality occurring between 4 and 12 weeks of development.  相似文献

The recombinant plasmid RP4 omega elt carrying Escherichia coli heat-labile enterotoxin elt genes with 70-80% homology with genes vct of Vibrio cholerae has been constructed. We used this plasmid to determine localization of the cholerae toxin genes vct on the map of Vibrio cholerae cholerae. Two types of the donors were revealed in matings of 10 strains of V. cholerae cholerae 569B/RP4 omega elt with the polyauxotrophic recipients RV31 and RV175: some strains had enhanced frequency of mobilization of ilv-1 and lys-6 markers, the others--of trp-1. Our data suggest that structural vct genes are located within two regions of V. cholerae cholerae 569B chromosome: trp-1 and ilv-1--lys-6.  相似文献

Cultured rat precision-cut liver slices (PCLS) were used to study the influence of hypothermic preservation and reoxygenation at 37 degrees C on cellular metabolism and drug biotransformation. Cold hypoxic storage caused a depressed metabolism in rat liver slices, but reoxygenation for 8 h at 37 degrees C partially restored the levels of both ATP and GSH and totally restored the capacity to synthesize proteins. Metabolism of midazolam (CYP3A-dependent oxidation) by cold preserved liver slices was decreased by 30% but no further affected by reoxygenation, showing the same profile as freshly cut slices. Such a reoxygenation at 37 degrees C is accompanied by a dramatic loss of CYP3A2 protein while CYP3A1 protein was unaffected. These results suggest that CYP3A2 did not play a major role in midazolam oxidation. Such results are not consistent with a putative reoxygenation injury but rather with cold hypoxic damage. Since cold preserved liver slices did not respond to bacterial endotoxin stimulation (lipopolysaccharides), a minor role of non-parenchymal cells is suggested as mediators for deleterious effects developed during the cold storage.  相似文献
