Antiviral activity of immunomodulator "Hepon" was evaluated in human cells culture infected with hepatitis C virus. "Hepon" presence protected human cells SW-13 from cytopathogenic effect of hepatitis C virus. Maximum antiviral effect was demonstrated by "Hepon" at concentration 1 mcg/mL. Control antiviral agent reaferon (interferon alfa-2a) was more potent as vitality protecting agent in the case of SW-13 human cells culture. "Hepon" activity is based on changes of cytokins and interferons spectrum so this immunomodulator is expected to be effective against different viruses including herpes virus and encephalocarditis virus. 相似文献

The possible pathways for realization of antiviral activity of interferon inducer poly (I).poly(C) have been studied. The stimulating effect of interferon inducer on the net protein synthesis in human M19 fibroblasts has been demonstrated. Compositions of the specific proteins induced by poly(I).poly(C) or interferon in human M19 fibroblasts and in monkey cells 4647 have been analyzed by electrophoresis technique. The data obtained suggest the existence of common gene products for interferon and ds-inducer. The authors attempted to relate the cultivar-specific salt tolerance in barley (Hordeum distichum L.) to the efficiency of ion transporters in the plasmalemma and tonoplast. The study involved plasmalemma and tonoplast membrane vesicles isolated from roots and leaves of the 7-day-old barley seedlings exposed to elevated NaCl concentrations. Two barley cultivars were employed: salt-tolerant cv. Elo and salt-susceptible cv. Belogorskii. The vesicles were used to measure the transport activity of plasmalemma and tonoplast proton pumps and the cation/anion exchange. The data obtained in the experiments demonstrated that the changes in the activity of ion transporters under salt stress conditions correlated with the barley cultivar-specific tolerance to elevated NaCl concentrations. 相似文献

Changes in the structure of microperiphyton and zooplankton communities in the presence of hydrophytes Ceratophyllum demersum L. and Utricularia vulgaris L. have been studied. In experimental ecosystems with hydrophytes, the ratio of autotrophic to heterotrophic organisms and the abundance of Sarcomastigophora decreased while the number of infusorians in microperiphyton increased. The abundance of Rotifera and crustaceans of fam. Chydoridae increased significantly in zooplankton. Specific features of the structure of two communities depending on a plant species were noted. It was revealed that the species composition and abundance of microperiphyton and zooplankton in overgrowths of hydrophytes are closely related. Algae not consumed by zooplankters dominate in microperiphyton. The structure and ratio of heterotrophic organisms depended mainly on the abundance of zoophagous cyclops. 相似文献

The cytotoxic activity of natural killer (NK) cells isolated from peripheral blood of 20 healthy donors and 34 patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) against labelled with H3-uridine target cells K-562 before and after their 1 hr treatment with reaferon (RF), T-activin (TA), myelopid (MP), opioid preparation dalargin (DL) as well as with combinations of TA, MP and DL with RF was studied in 14 hrs cytotoxic test. It has been shown that combination of RF with TA, MP and DL changed the regulatory action of these peptides on NK cell activity in healthy donors in vitro. The same combination of the preparations in patients with MS caused another changes in regulation of NK activity by them because NK cells in MS patients had had initially changed sensitivity to action of these regulatory polypeptides. 相似文献
