目的:探讨切开复位掌侧解剖锁定加压钢板(DVR-Anatomic)内固定在桡骨远端骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法:对20例桡骨远端骨折患者经掌侧切口进行切开复位、DVR^TM-Anatomic内固定,并随访其骨折愈合情况及远期功能效果。结果:所有病例均获随访,平均随访时间为11.3个月(3~20个月)。所有骨折均获骨性愈合,愈合时间为65d(56~84 d),无伤口感染、骨不连、内固定断裂脱出、伸指受限等并发症。运用DASH调查表和PRWE评分了解上肢的症状及从事日常活动的能力,且在末次随访时两种评分系统的平均值分别为9.58±14.87和13.73±18.42。结论:对于桡骨远端不稳定骨折掌侧入路DVR-Anatomic钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效满意,值得推广。  相似文献

Maximum Likelihood (ML) method has an excellent performance for Direction-Of-Arrival (DOA) estimation, but a multidimensional nonlinear solution search is required which complicates the computation and prevents the method from practical use. To reduce the high computational burden of ML method and make it more suitable to engineering applications, we apply the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm to maximize the likelihood function for DOA estimation. As a recently proposed bio-inspired computing algorithm, ABC algorithm is originally used to optimize multivariable functions by imitating the behavior of bee colony finding excellent nectar sources in the nature environment. It offers an excellent alternative to the conventional methods in ML-DOA estimation. The performance of ABC-based ML and other popular meta-heuristic-based ML methods for DOA estimation are compared for various scenarios of convergence, Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and number of iterations. The computation loads of ABC-based ML and the conventional ML methods for DOA estimation are also investigated. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed ABC based method is more efficient in computation and statistical performance than other ML-based DOA estimation methods.  相似文献

For effective control of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), the development of rapid diagnostic systems and vaccines are required against its etiological agent, FMD virus (FMDV). To accomplish this, efficient large-scale expression of the FMDV VP1 protein, with high solubility, needs to be optimized. We attempted to produce high levels of a serotype O FMDV VP1 epitope in Escherichia coli. We identified the subtype-independent serotype O FMDV VP1 epitope sequence and used it to construct a glutathione S-transferase (GST) fusion protein. For efficient production of the FMDV VP1 epitope fused to GST (VP1e–GST), four E. coli strains and three temperatures were examined. The conditions yielding the greatest level of VP1e–GST with highest solubility were achieved with E. coli BL21(DE3) at 25 °C. For high-level production, fed-batch cultures were conducted in 5-l bioreactors. When cells were induced at a high density and complex feeding solutions were supplied, approximately 11 g of VP1e–GST was obtained from a 2.9-l culture. Following purification, the VP1 epitope was used to immunize rabbits, and we confirmed that it induced an immune response.  相似文献

The human gut microbiota is a complex system that is essential to the health of the host. Increasing evidence suggests that the gut microbiota may play an important role in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC). In this study, we used pyrosequencing of the 16S rRNA gene V3 region to characterize the fecal microbiota of 19 patients with CRC and 20 healthy control subjects. The results revealed striking differences in fecal microbial population patterns between these two groups. Partial least-squares discriminant analysis showed that 17 phylotypes closely related to Bacteroides were enriched in the gut microbiota of CRC patients, whereas nine operational taxonomic units, represented by the butyrate-producing genera Faecalibacterium and Roseburia, were significantly less abundant. A positive correlation was observed between the abundance of Bacteroides species and CRC disease status (R?=?0.462, P?=?0.046?<?0.5). In addition, 16 genera were significantly more abundant in CRC samples than in controls, including potentially pathogenic Fusobacterium and Campylobacter species at genus level. The dysbiosis of fecal microbiota, characterized by the enrichment of potential pathogens and the decrease in butyrate-producing members, may therefore represent a specific microbial signature of CRC. A greater understanding of the dynamics of the fecal microbiota may assist in the development of novel fecal microbiome-related diagnostic tools for CRC.  相似文献

目的探讨EFS和DAP两种玻璃化冷冻方法对不同品系小鼠胚胎冷冻的效果。方法6个品系小鼠(KM、ICR、BALB/c、C57BL/6J、OB/OB、LAP/~TAOF59)的2-cell胚胎分别用EFS和DAP两种玻璃化冷冻方法进行冷冻和复苏,比较两种冷冻方法的胚胎复苏率和着床率。结果6个品系小鼠冷冻胚胎EFS方法的平均复苏率为69.97%(47.9%~83.6%),DAP方法的平均复苏率47.23%(26.3%-76.7%),EFS方法明显优于DAP方法。其中KM、ICR和BALB/c小鼠EFS方法的冷冻复苏率显著高于DAP方法(P〈0.01);冻融胚胎移植后EFS方法的平均着床率27.23%(1.75%一45.0%),DAP方法的平均着床率31.43%(7.0%一46.3%)。除KM、ICR小鼠外,其他4个品系小鼠的着床率DAP方法高于EFS方法。结论KM和ICR远交群小鼠胚胎适合用EFS方法冷冻保存;C57BL/6J、OB/OB、LAP/aTAOF59三个品系小鼠DAP方法优于EFS方法,但差异不大;BALB/c小鼠两种玻璃化冷冻方法的冻融胚胎着床率均较低,需进一步研究。  相似文献

目的 探讨本地区亚临床甲状腺疾病的发病情况。 方法 随机抽样 2 550例健康体检者作甲状腺功能检测 ,以促甲状腺素 ( TSH)水平异常的检出率来判断亚临床甲状腺疾病的发病率。 结果 亚临床甲亢的检出率为5.4 5% ,亚临床甲减的检出率为 6 .98% ;两种疾病 T3、T4、FT3、 FT4 和 TSH的均数比较具有非常显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。 结论 本地区具有亚临床甲状腺疾病的发病现象 ,亚临床甲减的发病率比亚临床甲亢稍高  相似文献

Critical and major operations are often accompanied by brain ischemic complications. Previous studies found that propofol post-conditioning provided neuroprotective functions through upregulating the expression of potassium chloride cotransporter 2 (KCC2) in gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) interneurons. Membrane expression and phosphorylation represents KCC2 activity, which were modulated by a protein kinase C (PKC)-dependent mechanism. However, the role of propofol in increasing KCC2 phosphorylation and the involvement of protein kinase Mζ (PKMζ), a major subtype of PKC, in the KCC2 pathway remained unclear. In this study, we established middle cerebral artery occlusion model in rats to evaluate the long-term recovery of brain functions using behavioral experiments. KCC2 and PKMζ were assessed via western blot. We used the selective inhibitor, zeta inhibitory peptide (ZIP), to investigate the relationship between KCC2 and PKMζ. Intracellular chloride concentration in the hippocampal CA1 area was measured to determine KCC2 activity. We found that propofol, infused at a speed of 20 mg kg?1 h?1 for 2 h at the onset of reperfusion, improved neurological deficits and cognitive dysfunction following ischemia/reperfusion injury. PKMζ expression was significantly upregulated, which improved KCC2 membrane expression and phosphorylation in the ischemic hippocampal CA1 area, and these effects could last up to 28 days. But ZIP inhibited this process. Ultimately, we showed that propofol increased KCC2 phosphorylation and PKMζ was the upstream of KCC2. Propofol led to long-term recovery of brain functions by upregulating the activity of the PKMζ/KCC2 pathway.  相似文献
