Analysis of 156 records relating to patients at the age of 15 to 85 years with extended purulent peritonitis of the surgical and gynecological genesis (the toxic phase, VI category ASA) showed that combination of programmed sanitation laparotomy and intensive antibacterial therapy performed as short-term courses before, during and after the operation with an account of the information on the nature of the microbial associations and antibioticograms was an efficient procedure in treatment of severe peritonitis. It was indicated in treatment of patients with polyorgan deficiency. When the surgical treatment was adequate early antibiotic therapy allowed to decrease the number and intensity of postoperative complications: the frequency of abscessing in the abdominal cavity and formation of intestinal fistulas lowered 2 and 1.5 times respectively. Such a decrease was also observed in asthenic patients with lowered protective reactions to development of new infectious foci in the abdominal cavity complicating the peritonitis process. It was also possible to prevent with that procedure the infection generalization and development of peritoneal sepsis. With application of the procedure to such patients (20 per cent) lethality lowered 2-fold.  相似文献

The early posttransfusion period after acute blood loss using erythromass without ozone was characterized by decreased electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes (EPME), ATP, 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (2,3- DPG) concentration, Na+-K+-ATPase activity, and increased concentration of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) and catalase activity in erythrocytes. Most parameters gradually were restored over 5 days, but a reduced concentration of 2,3-DPG was observed throughout the entire experiment with transfusion of erythromass without ozone. Transfusion of the ozonized erythrocyte mass 1 h after its administration caused an increase in 2,3- DPG concentration in erythrocytes circulating in the vascular bed. Twenty-four hours later, increased catalase activity, EPPE, and ATP concentration were registered, and, after 5 days, enhanced Na+-K+-ATPase activity was registered. Their values were maintained until the end of the experiment at a higher level than in animals that had undergone transfusion of the nonozonized erythromass. Ozonized erythrocyte mass improves the functional metabolic state of erythrocytes, promotes an earlier recovery of the oxygen transport in blood, and limits the damage to the microcirculatory bed of the myocardium and cardiomyocytes during blood loss.  相似文献

Fractional composition of free and bound lipids was studied in Aureobasidium (Pullularia) pullulans 8 by preparative TLC on Silufol. Bound lipids contained a fraction (27.76 +/- 0.5%) of dark brown colour, similar to melanin. The composition of fatty acids was studied by GLC. The following fatty acids were identified and determined quantitatively: C12:0, C14:0, C15:0, C16:0, C18:0, C18:1+C15:2. The following fatty acids predominated in free and bound lipids: C16:0, C18:1+C18:2. The ratio between unsaturated and saturated fatty acids in all fractions of free and bound lipids was more than unity. The following parameters were determined for lipids; ester number (173.89 and 178.53); iodine number (44.1 and 33.10), and saponification number (181.17 and 206.03) (the values are given for free and bound lipids, respectively).  相似文献

In order to study the informative value of two-dimensional echocardiography (EchoCG) in the assessment of right ventricular function in Fallot's tetrad the results of echocardiography were compared with those of angiocardiography. A total of 40 patients aged 2 to 13 with the cyanotic form of the defect were investigated. Functional indices were calculated using Simpson's rule. The highest correlation in comparing echo- and angiocardiography results was obtained for the end-diastolic volume (r = 0.94), a slightly lower one--for the end-systolic volume (r = 0.92). The mean value of the right ventricular ejection fraction (EF) by the results of echocardiography was 0.62 +/- 0.05 +/- 0.08, by the results of angiocardiography--0.62 +/- 0.05 +/- 0.09. The correlation coefficient characterizing the proximity of EF values, obtained by the above methods, was 0.89. The greatest divergences in the results were noted in the calculation of the minute volume. It can be accounted for by the patients' different state at the time of invasive and non-invasive investigation. A high informative value and accuracy of two-dimensional echocardiography was proved in the assessment of right ventricular function in Fallot's tetrad.  相似文献

Matrine is a bioactive component of the traditional Chinese medical herb Sophora flavescens that has been used in China to treat various kinds of diseases including virus hepatitis. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying its hepatoprotective effects remains elusive. In the present study, primary human hepatocytes were employed to elucidate the protective effects and molecular mechanisms of matrine. We observed that low concentrations of matrine had no significant impact on albumin secretion, but high concentrations (>140 mg/L) of matrine decreased the albumin secretion in hepatocytes. Western blot data indicated that matrine at 140 mg/L at 72 h induced protein expression of CYP2A6, CYP2B6 and CYP3A4. Furthermore, high concentrations of matrine reduced LDH and AST levels and were cytotoxic to hepatocytes, leading to a decreased cell viability and total protein amount. Moreover, low concentrations of matrine, enhanced the ECOD activity and decreased the level of NO2 induced by cytokines in human hepatocytes. Taken together, the present study sheds novel light on the molecular mechanisms of matrine and potential application of matrine in hepatic diseases.

How inflammatory responses are mechanistically modulated by nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR), especially by receptors composed of alpha7 (α7) subunits, is poorly defined. This includes a precise definition of cells that express α7 and how these impact on innate inflammatory responses. To this aim we used mice generated through homologous recombination that express an Ires-Cre-recombinase bi-cistronic extension of the endogenous α7 gene that when crossed with a reporter mouse expressing Rosa26-LoxP (yellow fluorescent protein (YFP)) marks in the offspring those cells of the α7 cell lineage (α7lin+). In the adult, on average 20–25 percent of the total CD45+ myeloid and lymphoid cells of the bone marrow (BM), blood, spleen, lymph nodes, and Peyers patches are α7lin+, although variability between litter mates in this value is observed. This hematopoietic α7lin+ subpopulation is also found in Sca1+cKit+ BM cells suggesting the α7 lineage is established early during hematopoiesis and the ratio remains stable in the individual thereafter as measured for at least 18 months. Both α7lin+ and α7lin– BM cells can reconstitute the immune system of naïve irradiated recipient mice and the α7lin+:α7lin– beginning ratio is stable in the recipient after reconstitution. Functionally the α7lin+:α7lin– lineages differ in response to LPS challenge. Most notable is the response to LPS as demonstrated by an enhanced production of IL-12/23(p40) by the α7lin+ cells. These studies demonstrate that α7lin+ identifies a novel subpopulation of bone marrow cells that include hematopoietic progenitor cells that can re-populate an animal’s inflammatory/immune system. These findings suggest that α7 exhibits a pleiotropic role in the hematopoietic system that includes both the direct modulation of pro-inflammatory cell composition and later in the adult the role of modulating pro-inflammatory responses that would impact upon an individual’s lifelong response to inflammation and infection.  相似文献

The cell population of Penicillin solitum was studied during maximum accumulation of lipase in the medium with electron microscopic and immunofluorescence methods. The data provided a conclusion that 2 types of lypolytic enzymes with various substrate and antigenic characteristics formed in the cells of P. solitum. It is likely that there is a specific inductor for exolipase synthesis as well as relationship endoenzymatic systems.  相似文献

It is established that previously observed increased rate of the induced lipid peroxidation in brain tissue of rats with hereditary retinal degeneration as compared with normal rats is due to the change of the rate of this process in the microsome cortex brain fraction and was not observed in the mitochondrial-synaptosomal and nuclear fractions. The content of nonheme iron ions in microsome cortex brain fraction of the Campbell rats is decreased by 35% and of the Fe ion was in the reduced form as compared with the Wistar rats. The ratio of Fe2+/Fe3+ in this fraction of the Campbell rats will be 5.21; Wistar rats--0.51. The increase of the reduced form of the Fe ion may be a result of the increased rate of the glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity in cortex brain tissue of the Campbell rats. We accept change of the content and the forms of the Fe ions in the microsome cortex brain fraction as a cause of the increased rate of induced lipid peroxidation in brain of the Campbell rats. All the observed phenomena are manifested at the early stage of life and indicated that different metabolic disorders can be observed in the Campbell rats not only in the retina and eye pigment epithelium but also in the brain tissue.  相似文献
