鼎湖山南亚热带天然针阔叶混交林臭氧吸收特征   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针阔叶混交林是我国南亚热带针叶林向地带性常绿阔叶林演替的中间林分类型,为我国南亚地区主要森林类型,发挥着重要的生态系统服务功能。基于树干液流技术和对臭氧浓度的连续监测,评价该森林类型的臭氧吸收特征和能力有着重要的环境生态学意义。对鼎湖山天然针阔叶混交林优势种马尾松(Pinus manssoniana)、锥栗(Castanopsis chinensis)、木荷(Schima superba)和华润楠(Machilus chinensis)在自然环境条件下的臭氧吸收能力进行了分析研究。结果表明:在日尺度上,4个优势树种的冠层气孔对臭氧导度(GO_3)和臭氧吸收通量(FO_3)均呈单峰型曲线,其最大值的时间在干季(10月至竖年3月)比湿季(4月至9月)滞后;季节尺度上,臭氧浓度在湿季达到最大值48.94 n L/L,湿季GO_3、FO_3和年臭氧吸收累积量(accumulative stomatal O_3flux,AFst)均显著高于干季(P 0.01),华润楠的臭氧吸收能力最强,在干季和湿季可分别达1.11 nmol m~(-2)s~(-1)和1.71nmol m~(-2)s~(-1)。随着水汽压亏缺(VPD)增大,优势种GO_3降低。光合有效辐射(PAR)超过1500 umol m~(-2)s~(-1)时,优势树种GO_3和FO_3呈下降趋势。针阔叶混交林的年臭氧吸收累积量超过了保护森林树木所采用的临界阈值,可认为鼎湖山针阔叶混交林受臭氧危害的潜在风险较高。  相似文献

Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are entwined with the pathogenesis of various cancers and potentially serve as promising therapeutic targets. Herein, we intend to explore the potential role of HDAC1 inhibitor (JSL-1) in the tumorigenesis and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma (CC) and to highlight the molecular basis of its function. As shown by bioinformatics analysis and immunohistochemical detection, high HDAC1 expression was witnessed in CC tissues relative to matched controls from patients with cholecystitis. The molecular network that HDAC1 silencing reduced the enrichment of HDAC1 and Snail on the TPX2 promoter was identified using immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays. Both short hairpin RNA (shRNA)-mediated knockdown of HDAC1 and JSL-1 treatment exhibited anti-proliferative, anti-migration and anti-invasion effects on CC cells through downregulation of TPX2. The in vivo xenograft model was developed in nude mice. Consistently, the anti-tumorigenic and anti-metastatic properties of shRNA against HDAC1 and HDAC1 inhibitor were validated in the in vivo settings. Taken together, our data supported the notion that HDAC1 inhibitor retards the initiation and development of CC via mediating the TPX2/Snail axis, highlighting the anti-tumor molecular network functioned in CC.Subject terms: Cancer, Diseases  相似文献

The Long-Term Intersite Decomposition Experiment in China (hereafter referred to as LTIDE-China) was established in 2002 to study how substrate quality and macroclimate factors affect leaf litter decomposition. The LTIDE-China includes a wide variety of natural and managed ecosystems, consisting of 12 forest types (eight regional broadleaf forests, three needle-leaf plantations and one broadleaf plantation) at eight locations across China. Samples of mixed leaf litter from the south subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest in Dinghushan (referred to as the DHS sample) were translocated to all 12 forest types. The leaf litter from each of other 11 forest types was placed in its original forest to enable comparison of decomposition rates of DHS and local litters. The experiment lasted for 30 months, involving collection of litterbags from each site every 3 months. Our results show that annual decomposition rate-constants, as represented by regression fitted k-values, ranged from 0.169 to 1.454/year. Climatic factors control the decomposition rate, in which mean annual temperature and annual actual evapotranspiration are dominant and mean annual precipitation is subordinate. Initial C/N and N/P ratios were demonstrated to be important factors of regulating litter decomposition rate. Decomposition process may apparently be divided into two phases controlled by different factors. In our study, 0.75 years is believed to be the dividing line of the two phases. The fact that decomposition rates of DHS litters were slower than those of local litters may have been resulted from the acclimation of local decomposer communities to extraneous substrate.  相似文献

Dry distiller’s grain and solubles (DDGS) is a major by-product of corn-based ethanol production and is usually used as animal feed. Here, it was added to the simultaneous saccharification and ethanol fermentation (SSF) carried out at high solids loading of steam explosion pretreated corn stover using a mutant strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae DQ1. The performance of SSF process with DDGS was comparable to those using the expensive yeast extract supplementation. With 30% (w/w) solids plus the addition of cellulase and 1 g DDGS l−1, the final ethanol reached 55 g l−1 (7% v/v). The results indicated that the expensive supplement of yeast extract could be replaced by DDGS.  相似文献

在鼎湖山季风常绿阔叶林设置人工模拟酸雨实验,研究土壤总有机碳含量、微生物量碳含量、土壤p H值和土壤呼吸速率几个指标对不同酸处理梯度(CK:p H值4.5的天然湖水;T1:p H值4.0;T2:p H值3.5;T3:p H值3.0)的响应。结果表明,在模拟酸雨的持续作用下,样地土壤酸化有加剧趋势。2011年的6月(CK:(603.76±46.18)mg/kg,T1:(565.41±44.48)mg/kg,T2:(521.58±30.92)mg/kg,T3:(509.49±19.40)mg/kg)、12月(CK:(488.92±22.71)mg/kg,T1:(379.65±49.46)mg/kg,T2:(346.08±33.81)mg/kg,T3:(318.00±52.35)mg/kg)和2012年6月(CK:(540.48±39.11)mg/kg,T1:(492.30±43.15)mg/kg,T2:(489.65±51.39)mg/kg,T3:(428.53±49.66)mg/kg)3次测定的土壤微生物量碳含量有随模拟酸雨强度增加而显著降低的趋势,高强度的酸处理T3显著低于CK值(P0.05);土壤呼吸速率在各处理中的响应与土壤微生物量碳含量变化一致。由于旱季和湿季的土壤温湿度相差较大,以上各指标在旱湿两季的差异明显,表现为湿季大于旱季。由于土壤总有机碳含量变化缓慢,其在各酸梯度处理下无显著差异(P0.05)。以上结果显示,长期酸雨作用使土壤酸化不断加剧,并降低了土壤微生物量碳的含量,抑制了土壤的呼吸速率,有利于土壤碳的累积,但对土壤总有机碳的影响仍需长期实验研究。  相似文献

运用连续7a(1993~1999)的水文观测资料,对南亚热带顶级生态系统鼎湖山季风常绿阔叶林集水区水文要素时空规律进行分析,得到如下一些主要结论:(1)鼎湖山多年平均降水量为1910mm,湿季降水量占年降水量80%,干季仅占20%。6月份的降水量最大,1月份最小。(2)季风常绿阔叶林冠层截留率为31.8%,湿季的截留量占全年截留量的66.7%,截留量最大值和最小值所在的月份分别为7和1月份。各月的截留率差异很大,截留量大的月份,截留率较低;截留量小的月份,截留率较高。(3)季风常绿阔叶林集水区多年平均总径流量953.0mm,总径流系数49.9%,其中地表径流量为252.3mm,地表径流系数13.2%;地表径流与降水量之间存在二次抛物线型回归关系,与降水强度的关系不大,这说明季风常绿阔叶林的产流形式是是蓄满产流。(4)季风常绿阔叶林多年平均蒸散948.2mm,占同期降水量的49.7%;蒸散力1031.4mm,年蒸散系数为0.92,蒸散月变化规律较降水量的月变化规律有所滞后。(5)系统贮水量的月变化很大,2~8月份,系统处于蓄水阶段;9月份至翌年1月份,系统处于失水阶段。蓄水和失水的最大值分别出现在湿季和干季的第一个月,即4月份和10月份。(6)集水区多年平均水量总输入2129.9mm,实际输入1910mm(降水量),其中219.9mm的水量输入是由系统贮水量变化而产生。支出的总水量2129.9mm,实际支出1901.3mm(径流和蒸散量),其中228.6mm的水量支出是由系统贮水量变化引起的。  相似文献

研究了四株盐杆菌Halobacterium sp. xiz 515.H.sp.dal s_2-1和H.sp.ausH_3a光驱动的质子泵功能及相应视黄醛蛋白的光化学反应.用pH电极测定了细胞悬浮液和胞外被膜(cellenvelope)介质中的光致△pH变化.实验发现,xiz.515和dals_2-1在照光时介质酸化.而另两株则相反,介质碱化.在这些盐杆菌中,进行了细胞膜各组份离心分离,其操作过程如同在Hhalobium上R中分离紫膜一样.最后得到的相应于紫膜组份的细胞膜中,没有发现表微菌紫质(BR)分子存在的吸收峰值.但是,在动力学光谱仪上却都发现此组份内具有与BR分子类似的光循环反应.本文假定,在这些盐杆菌中存在有微量的BR或类BR分子,它们以单体形式分散的小的聚集体散落在部份细胞膜上.  相似文献

Extremely Low Frequency Magnetic Fields (ELF MF) has been considered as a “possible human carcinogen” by International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) while credible mechanisms of its carcinogenicity remain unknown. In this study, a proteomics approach was employed to investigate the changes of protein expression profile induced by ELF MF in human breast cancer cell line MCF7, in order to determine ELF MF-responsive proteins. MCF7 cells were exposed to 50 Hz, 0.4 mT ELF MF for 24 h and the changes of protein profile were examined using two dimensional electrophoresis. Up to 6 spots have been statistically significantly altered (their expression levels were changed at least 5 fold up or down) compared with sham-exposed group. 19 ones were only detected in exposure group while 19 ones were missing. Three proteins were identified by LC-IT Tandem MS as RNA binding protein regulatory subunit Proteasome subunit beta type 7 precursor and Translationally Controlled Tumor Protein. Our finding showed that 50 Hz, 0.4 mT ELF MF alternates the protein profile of MCF7 cell and may affect many physiological functions of normal cell and 2-DE coupled with MS is a promising approach to elucidating cellular effects of electromagnetic fields.  相似文献

A new synthetic auxin AAL1 with new structure was identified. Different from known auxins, it has weak effects. By AAL1, we found specific amino acids could restore the effects of auxin with similar structure.

Abstract

Auxin, one of the most important phytohormones, plays crucial roles in plant growth, development and environmental response. Although many critical regulators have been identified in auxin signaling pathway, some factors, especially those with weak fine-tuning roles, are still yet to be discovered. Through chemical genetic screenings, we identified a small molecule, Auxin Activity Like 1 (AAL1), which can effectively inhibit dark-grown Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings. Genetic screening identified AAL1 resistant mutants are also hyposensitive to indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D). AAL1 resistant mutants such as shy2-3c and ecr1-2 are well characterized as mutants in auxin signaling pathway. Genetic studies showed that AAL1 functions through auxin receptor Transport Inhibitor Response1 (TIR1) and its functions depend on auxin influx and efflux carriers. Compared with known auxins, AAL1 exhibits relatively weak effects on plant growth, with 20 µM and 50 µM IC50 (half growth inhibition chemical concentration) in root and hypocotyl growth respectively. Interestingly, we found the inhibitory effects of AAL1 and IAA could be partially restored by tyrosine and tryptophan respectively, suggesting some amino acids can also affect auxin signaling pathway in a moderate manner. Taken together, our results demonstrate that AAL1 acts through auxin signaling pathway, and AAL1, as a weak auxin activity analog, provides us a tool to study weak genetic interactions in auxin pathway.
