Mouse round spermatids were electrofused with homologous mature oocytes to examine the be-haviour of their nuclei within the ooplasm and the abilities of development. A single spermatid was injected in the perivitelline space of a mature oocyte and an electron fusion pulse was given. The best round spermatid-oocyte pairs (RS-O) fusion took place at 20-30 s AC (1 MHz, 50V/cm) followed by a single fusion DC pulse (3 700-3 800 V/cm, 25 μs) and another 30 s AC current. The total survival rate and fusion rate of RS-O were 89.0% (575/646) and 61. 9% (356/575), respectively. 49.2% (175/356) of fused oocytes developed to 2PN stage . The concentration of Ca2 in the fusion medium produced no significant effect on the above targets. The 2PN development rate of the fused RS-O from the oocytes collected 14-16 h after hCG injection was higher than others. 32.6% (57/175) of the 2PN oocytes had fully developed spermatid (male) and oocyte (female) pronuclei. Abstract Fleas on the body surface of a certain species of small mammal form a special flea community. On the basis of a series of calculations, a comparison of flea communities on ten species of small mammals in the foci of human plague in Yunnan Province, China, was carried out through a fuzzy clustering analysis. The three flea communities on Rattus flavipectus, Rattus nitidus and Rattus rattus sladeni, which belong to the same genus (genus Rattus) showed a higher similarity than others and they clustered into a group in the phenogram of the clustering analysis. Other flea communities on Anourosorez squamipes Suncus murinus Crocidura attenuata Apodemus draca Eothenomys eleusis, Niviventer confucianus and Mus pahari showed lower similarities between each other. The result suggests that the small mammal hosts may be the most important factor which strongly influence the similarity of ectoparasitic flea communities. When the hosts have a close affinity in the taxonomy, the flea communities on their body surface tend to be similar. The hosts in different genera in this case study tend to have different types of ectoparasitic flea communities. 相似文献

应用流式细胞术和免疫荧光技术,对80例胃癌前病变细胞中DNA含量,rasp21和p53蛋白进行定量检测,探讨其在胃癌前病变中,作为癌变早期标志物的临床意义.检测结果发现,胃癌前病变的DNA异倍体率随不典型增生病变的分级增高而增加, rasp21和p53蛋白的表达量亦随胃癌前病变不典型增生程度的加重而增高.DNA异倍体和rasp21表达阳性的胃癌前病变出现的癌变率显著增高,提示可能是癌变早期的分子标志物. 相似文献

本文对刚接近性成熟大熊猫的精液在电子显微镜下进行精液品质鉴定,观察结果,除少量完成变态的精子外,多数是处在精子发生的各阶段并发育不正常,精液中伴随着大量巨噬细胞和被吞噬的衰亡精子及其碎片。镜检结果不仅说明这只雄性大熊猫性尚未成熟,其生殖系统可能还伴有生理或病理现象,这样的精液建议不能用于配种。 相似文献

Weed tolerance of UV-B radiation varies with species, and the radiation could affect weed ecology and management. Variations In growth, photosynthesis and defense system among four important agronomic weeds, Abutllon theophrastl Medlk, Amaranthus retroflexus L., Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop and Chloris virgata Swartz, under Increased UV-B radiation (ambient and increased radiation at 2.7, 5.4 and 10.8 kJ.m^-2.d-1) were studied In the greenhouse experiment. After 2 weeks of radiation, the shoots' dry mass decreased with increasing UV-B radiation except for D. sanguinalis. The reduction in biomass was the result of changes in morphology and physiology. Higher levels of UV-B treatment decreased the leaf area, plant height, net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll contents, while it increased the contents of wax and UV-B absorbing compound in all species, except for A. retroflexus, which did not increase significantly. The activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase, ascorbate peroxide and the content of ascorblc acid changed differently among the weed species as UV-B radiation increased. D. sangulnalls was the most tolerant and A. retroflexus the most sensitive to increased UV-B radiation. The results also show that the two grass species (D. sanguinalis and C. virgata) were more tolerant to UV-B radiation than the two broadleafed species (A. theophrasti and A. retroflexus). The UV-B absorbing compound and leaf wax played Important roles against UV-B damages in the two grass weeds. The overall results suggest that weed community, competition and management will be altered by continuous ozone depletion. 相似文献

以大豆‘中黄13’为材料,研究人工老化后大豆种子活力及线粒体抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽(ASC-GSH)循环的变化。结果表明,随老化时间的延长,大豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均显著下降;老化种子的相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量随着老化时间的延长逐渐增大,超氧阴离子(O2?-)产生速率和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势;与对照相比,老化种子中线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶(COX)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性显著下降,呼吸速率和呼吸控制率(RCR)显著降低;老化种子中线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MDHAR)、脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性以及总ASC和GSH含量显著降低,说明老化导致活性氧(ROS)代谢异常,线粒体呼吸功能及ASC-GSH循环紊乱。ROS的过量积累可能是导致种子活力丧失的主要原因。 相似文献

为了探讨群落结构形成机制,采用点格局分析方法,对鹞落坪国家级自然保护区吊罐井核心区1hm2样地内36个优势物种在0~50m尺度上的空间分布格局和种间关联性进行了研究。结果显示,36个物种的空间分布格局在小尺度上主要呈聚集分布,在较大尺度上呈随机分布的物种比例最高;对36个物种种间关联性的分析发现,无关联类型是该样地物种间相互作用的主要表现形式,并且在10m尺度上无关联种对的比例最低,正相关和负相关的种对在所有尺度上的比例均未超过20%。群落结构的次生性、生境异质性和扩散限制性是导致该样地物种分布和种间关系格局的主要原因。本研究结果有助于了解物种共存的尺度依赖性特征及其形成机制。 相似文献
