中国奥甲螨属一新种(蜱螨亚纲:甲螨亚目:奥甲螨科)

本文记述了采自吉林省白城草原的奥甲螨科Oppiidae 奥甲螨属Oppia一新种——白城奥甲螨Oppia baichengensis sp.nov.。对新种的形态特征进行了描述.并对新种与属内近似种作了比较鉴别。文内所用量度单位均为微米(μm)。     

神农架拐棍竹林的初步研究

酸性水和投加铝、钙对鲢鱼早期发育和鳃超微结构的影响

在实验室条件下,研究了酸性水和投加铝、钙对鲢鱼胚胎孵化和鱼苗存活以及幼鱼鳃超微结构的影响。pH4.0引起所有胚胎在24小时内死亡,暴露于pH4.5—6.0的胚胎孵化率和暴露于pH4.0—6.0的5—15日龄鱼苗存活率随pH值上升而增高。投加0.5mg Al~(3+)/L使在酸性pH暴露条件下的胚胎孵化率和鱼苗存活率进一步降低。投加3.0mg Ca~(2+)/L可显著提高暴露于pH4.5和5.0的胚胎孵化率;投加2.0mg Ca~(2+)/L可在一定程度上提高暴露于pH4.5和5.0的鱼苗存活率。幼苗经pH4.5暴露8小时后出现严重的鳃超微结构损害;投加1.0mg Al~(3+)/L使鳃结构损害加剧;投加5.0mg Ca~(2+)/L可明显缓解酸性水对鳃的损害。     

Eliminating primers from completed polymerase chain reactions with exonuclease VII.

Single-stranded oligonucleotide primers can be efficiently removed after PCR using E.coli exonuclease VII. Even only a few molecules of double stranded PCR product are unaffected by a treatment which eliminates 20 picomoles of primer in the presence of 500 ng of denatured genomic DNA. Exonuclease VII treatment is rapid and could simplify complicated multistep PCR protocols.

Isolated ovarian corpus luteal cells and granulosa cells of rat were employed to investigate the effect of alpha-ANP on the secretion of progesterone and estradiol. The contents of the steroid hormones are determined by RIA. The results showed that 0.1-10 ng/ml ANP promoted progesterone production in a dose dependent manner. alpha-ANP also enhanced progesterone production by granulosa cells, but not estradiol. It seems that the effect of alpha-ANP on ovarian steroidogenesis is a direct one.

Effects of atriopeptin II (APII) on the carotid sinus baroreflex in anesthetized rats and on the sinus nerve afferent activity in the anesthetized rabbits were investigated. The results were as follows: (1) By perfusing the isolated left carotid sinus with APII (1 microgram/ml) in anesthetized rats (n = 10), the threshold pressure (TP) of the carotid baroreflex did not show any change, while the equilibrium pressure (EP), the saturation pressure (SP) and the operating range (OR) were decreased from 101 +/- 2.8 to 95 +/- 2.0 mmHg (P less than 0.05), 202 +/- 5.2 to 168 +/- 6.1 mmHg (P less than 0.001) and 128 +/- 5.5 to 93 +/- 6.3 mmHg (P less than 0.001), respectively. The function curve of the baroreflex was shifted to the left and downward with a peak slope (PS) increased during perfusing with APII. In contrast, by perfusing the carotid sinus with sodium nitroprusside (NP, 0.5 micrograms/ml), TP and EP remained unchanged, whereas SP and OR were increased from 188 +/- 6.4 to 218 +/- 6.0 mmHg (n = 6, P less than 0.01) and from 107 +/- 6.9 to 132 +/- 7.6 mmHg (P less than 0.05), respectively. The function curve of the baroreflex and its PS were not affected by NP. The sinus nerve afferent activity was quite stable with the perfusion of carotid sinus at constant intrasinus pressure (ISP) in the rabbits (n = 6) and increased during the elevation of ISP.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
