Sequence analysis of a cDNA containing the gag and prot regions of the soybean retrovirus-like element, SIRE-1

SIRE-1 is a family of several hundred dispersed copies of a very large DNA element from Glycine max that has features characteristic of retroviruses and retrotransposons. A 2.4 kb SIRE-1-specific fragment was recovered from a soybean cDNA library and sequenced. The sequence contains two ORFs. Theoretical translation of ORF1 produces a gag-prot-like polyprotein containing highly conserved motifs found in retroelement nucleocapsids (CX₂CX₄HX₄C) and aspartic proteases (LDSG). The second ORF is foreshortened. The cDNA also contains nearly 200 bp of a putative 5 LTR just upstream of a tRNA primer-binding site.     

丙型肝炎病毒基因组部份NS5区蛋白基因在大肠杆菌中的表达

Artificial mosaic protein containing antigenic epitopes of hepatitis E virus.

A synthetic gene encoding an artificial polypeptide composed of antigenic epitopes of the hepatitis E virus (HEV) proteins was constructed from short oligodeoxyribonucleotides by using PCR. The polypeptide comprises a mosaic of three antigenically active dominant regions from the protein encoded by open reading frame 2 (ORF2), one antigenically active region from the protein encoded by ORF3 of the Burmese HEV strain, and one antigenically active region from the protein encoded by ORF3 of the Mexican HEV strain. The mosaic protein was expressed in Escherichia coli as a chimera with glutathione S-transferase or beta-galactosidase. Guinea pig sera containing antibodies to the corresponding HEV synthetic peptides were used to demonstrate by Western immunoblot analysis and enzyme immunoassay the presence and accessibility of all HEV-specific antigenic epitopes introduced into the mosaic protein. Both the glutathione S-transferase and beta-galactosidase hybrid proteins were analyzed by using a panel of human anti-HEV-positive and -negative sera. The data obtained strongly indicate a diagnostic potential for the mosaic protein.     

水分胁迫对小麦光系统Ⅱ的影响

水分胁迫可降低小麦叶绿体的室温荧光产量和Ｍｇ２＋ 在两个光系统间的调节能力、叶片的可变荧光产量、可变荧光猝灭速率以及荧光上升互补面积,表明光系统Ⅱ受到了伤害。光系统Ⅱ氧化侧的人工电子供体ＤＰＣ能部分恢复受到抑制的叶绿体可变荧光,说明水分胁迫对光系统Ⅱ的损伤部位不仅位于氧化侧,也可能在反应中心上     

双价外壳蛋白基因植物表达载体的构建及马铃薯转基因植株的鉴定

在克隆了马铃薯Ｘ病毒（ＰＶＸ）、马铃薯Ｙ 病毒（ＰＶＹ）和马铃薯卷叶病毒（ＰＬＲＶ）的外壳蛋白基因的基础上,构建同时包含ＰＶＸ和ＰＶＹ 与ＰＶＹ 和ＰＬＲＶ 两个外壳蛋白基因植物表达框架的表达载体,通过农杆菌（Ａｇｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍ ｔｕｍｅｆａｃｉｅｎｓ）介导转化烟草（Ｎｉｃｏｔｉａｎａｔａｂａｃｕｍ ）和生产上常用的几个马铃薯（Ｓｏｌａｎｕｍ ｔｕｂｅｒｏｓｕｍ ）优良品种：“Ｆａｖｏｒｉｔａ”、“虎头”、“克４”。经ＰＣＲ检测证明外源基因已整合到植物的染色体上,得到批量转基因植株。在转ＰＶＸ＋ＰＶＹ 外壳蛋白基因的烟草上接种ＰＶＸ （５ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ）、ＰＶＹ（２０ μｇ／ｍ Ｌ）病毒,得到有一定抗性的植株     

海南省粉褶蕈属的分类研究(Ⅱ)

本文报道了海南省粉褶蕈属[Entoloma(Fr.)Kumm.]的31个种,其中17个为新记录种。并附分种检索表,表中含6个新种。 所有标本保藏于广东省微生物研究所真菌标本室。     

关于一个“基细胞”的疑问

有或没有基细胞是毛鞘藻属(Bulbochaets)与枝鞘藻属(Oedocladium)的区别之一。这里叙述了Mrozinska在其专著(1985)中,将Oedocladium indicum Kama附图(即模式图)上的一个基细胞错误地移置到Oe.PrescottiiIslam上去的情况。     

重组人IL6／2融合蛋白对6.5Gy照射小鼠造血功能恢复的影响

观察了ｈＦＰＩＬ６／２对６．５Ｇｙγ线照射ＮＩＨ小鼠第１０天造血功能恢复的影响。结果表明：照射小鼠连续４ｄ给予ｈＦＰＩＬ６／２２５０μｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１,其脾重、ＣＦＵ－８、骨髓有核细胞数及ＣＭ－ＣＦＵ分别比对照组增加５９．０％、２７８．５％、５７．９％和１３８．２％,统计学处理均有显著差异;对此四项指标的改善也明显优于２５μｇ组。另外,２５０μｇ剂量组小鼠外周血象３０ｄ的动态观察结果表明,ｈＦＰＩＬ６／２不但能明显提高红细胞和血红蛋白的最低值,而且能使血小板的恢复提前。提示ｈＦＰＩＬ６／２在促进血小板生成和促进红系造血方面可能具有良好的应用前景。     

霍山三种石斛与其栽培土壤中微量元素分布关系研究

本文应用灰色系统理论,对安徽霍山三种石斛与其栽培土壤中15种微量元素分布状况进行了关联分析．结果发现.其关联序为γ_根＞γ_叶＞γ_茎;γ_(-年茎)≈γ_(二年茎)≈γ_(三年茎);γ_(霍斛)＞γ_(铁斛)＞γ_(铜斛).可见霍山石斛与其栽培土壤间的微量元素相关性比其它石斛强,因而可通过增施微肥的办法来提高霍山石解中某些人体必需微量元素的含量．     

温度及采收期对砀山酥梨耐贮性的影响研究

本文利用灰色系统理论对供试酥梨的适宜贮温、最佳采收期及较优窖形作了综合性研究,结果表明:三种贮温中O℃库温的保鲜效果最理想,关联度达0.9123;就地冷贮以八月底采收为佳,关联度达0.8941;四种供比较的窖形中以3号窖贮藏效果为著,关联度为0.9028．
