观察复方环丙酮胺喷剂治疗浅部真菌病的疗效。第Ⅰ批给予复方环丙酮胺喷剂,1次/d喷于患处,用药4周后观察疗效;第Ⅱ批随机入A、B组,A组给予复方环丙酮胺喷剂+曲安奈德喷剂,B组给予复方环丙酮胺喷剂,均1次/d喷于患处,用药2周、4周后观察疗效。第Ⅰ批治疗4周总有效率为80%;第Ⅱ批A、B组治疗2周总有效率分别为75%及82.35%,治疗4周总有效率分别为94.74%及100%。复方环丙酮胺喷剂和复方环丙酮胺喷剂+曲安奈德喷剂治疗浅部真菌病的疗效相似(P>0.05),且疗效显著、局部刺激小、瘙痒缓解明显、安全性较高。 相似文献

目的:通过检测SD大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与神经元凋亡动态表达变化的关系,以探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为8组:对照组、假手术组和脑缺血30min再灌注12h组、1d组、3d组、5d组、7d组、及14d组,每组5只。采用ELISA双抗夹心法检测大鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子、原位细胞凋亡TUNEL法检测脑组织中的凋亡神经细胞数。结果:再灌注12h、1d、3d、5d、7d及14d大鼠血清VEGF表达和凋亡神经元百分比的变化均为负相关性(均为P<0.05)。结论:在脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型中,缺血诱导使VEGF的表达发生变化,VEGF通过直接或间接的途径抑制神经元凋亡。 相似文献

BackgroundBurkholderia pseudomallei is an environmental gram-negative bacterium that causes the disease melioidosis and is endemic in many countries of the Asia-Pacific region. In Australia, the mortality rate remains high at approximately 10%, despite curative antibiotic treatment being available. The bacterium is almost exclusively found in the endemic region, which spans the tropical Northern Territory and North Queensland, with clusters occasionally present in more temperate climates. Despite being endemic to North Queensland, these infections remain understudied compared to those of the Northern Territory.Methodology/Principal findingsThis study aimed to assess the prevalence of central nervous system (CNS) disease associated variant bimABm, identify circulating antimicrobial resistance mutations and genetically distinct strains from Queensland, via comparative genomics. From 76 clinical isolates, we identified the bimABm variant in 20 (26.3%) isolates and in 9 (45%) of the isolates with documented CNS infection (n = 18). Explorative analysis suggests a significant association between isolates carrying the bimABm variant and CNS disease (OR 2.8, 95% CI 1.3–6.0, P = 0.009) compared with isolates carrying the wildtype bimABp. Furthermore, 50% of isolates were identified as novel multi-locus sequence types, while the bimABm variant was more commonly identified in isolates with novel sequence types, compared to those with previously described. Additionally, mutations associated with acquired antimicrobial resistance were only identified in 14.5% of all genomes.Conclusions/SignificanceThe findings of this research have provided clinically relevant genomic data of B. pseudomallei in Queensland and suggest that the bimABm variant may enable risk stratification for the development CNS complications and be a potential therapeutic target. 相似文献

In search for an alternative for nutritional antimicrobials in piglet feeding, the effects of adding whole Cuphea seeds, as a natural source of medium chain fatty acids (MCFA), with known antimicrobial effects, and an exogenous lipase to a weaner diet were studied. The foregut flora, the gut morphology, some digestive parameters and the zootechnical performance of weaned piglets were investigated. Thirty newly weaned piglets, initial weight 7.0 ± 0.4 kg, were divided according to litter, sex and weight in two groups (control diet; Cuphea+lipase diet). The Cuphea seeds (lanceolata and ignea) (50 g kg?1) were substituted for soybean oil (15 g kg?1), Alphacell (25 g kg?1) and soy protein isolate (10 g kg?1) in the control diet. Also 500 mg kg?1 microbial lipase was added to the Cuphea diet. The piglets were weighted individually on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 16. Feed intake was recorded per pen during days 0 to 3, 3 to 7, 7 to 14 and 14 to 16. On day 7 five piglets of each experimental group were euthanized for counting the gastric and small intestinal gut flora and for gut morphology at two sites of the small intestine (proximal, distal). The results indicate a trend towards improved performances parameters by feeding Cuphea + lipase. The enzymic released MCFA (1.7 g kg?1 fresh gastric contents) tended to decrease the number of Coliforms in the proximal small intestine, but increased the number in the stomach and distal small intestine. With Cuphea, the number of Streptococci was significantly lower in small intestine, but not in the stomach, while the number of Lactobacilli was significantly lower in the distal small intestine and tended to be lower in the stomach and proximal small intestine. No differences between the diets were noted for the total anaerobic microbial load in the stomach or in the gut. Feeding Cuphea+lipase resulted in a significantly greater villus height (distal small intestine) and a lesser crypt depth (proximal and distal small intestine) and greater villus/crypt ratio depth (proximal and distal small intestine). The intra-epithelial lymphocyte (IEL) counts per 100 enterocytes were significantly decreased in the proximal small intestine and tended to decrease in the distal small intestine by feeding the Cuphea+lipase diet. Both phenomena are indicative for a more healthy and better functional state of the mucosa. Present results are in line with foregoing research, showing that manipulation of the gut ecosystem by the enzymic in situ released MCFA in the stomach and foregut can result in improved performances of the piglets, which makes the concept a potential alternative for in-feed nutritional antibiotics. 相似文献

通过在福建省三明市陈大林业国有林场内开展土壤增温(增温5 ℃、不增温)和氮添加(不添加、4、8 g N·m-2·a-1)的交互试验(共6个处理),研究土壤增温、氮添加及二者交互作用对杉木细根径级根长分布的影响,用扩展模型可很好地拟合6个处理的径级根长分布(R2=0.97).结果表明: 增温使杉木细根总根长变小,但对细根直径影响不显著;氮添加使杉木细根总根长和直径均变小;增温和氮添加的交互作用对细根总根长有显著影响,但对细根直径无显著影响.6个处理细根径级根长分布均能用极值函数模型较好地拟合(R2>0.98).相关分析显示,直径<1 mm细根的比根长与极值模型拟合参数c值呈显著负相关,实际总根长与极值模型拟合参数b呈显著正相关.增温和氮添加及其交互作用可以影响杉木细根形态特征;极值模型拟合各处理径级根长分布所得参数在一定程度上可以反映细根形态特征对环境条件变化的响应. 相似文献

报道了采自内蒙古呼伦贝尔市的中国疣柄牛肝菌属1个新记录种,即假褐疣柄牛肝菌Leccinum pseudoscabrum(Kallenb.)utara.。主要特征为菌肉伤后变红到紫褐色,再到黑褐色,基部菌丝体手触后呈紫褐色;具泡状菌丝,呈栅栏状。比较和讨论了该种与相近种在伤后不同的变色反应及菌丝形态。研究标本存放于吉林农业大学菌物标本馆(HMJAU)。 相似文献

It is believed that mouse Fc gamma RIII arose by an evolutionarily recent recombination, which brought together the extracellular domains from Fc gamma RII with the transmembrane/cytoplasmic region from the ancestor Fc gamma RIII. Here, we report identification of a mouse gene encoding a transmembrane receptor that may be regarded as the true ortholog of nonrodent CD16/Fc gamma RIII. Designated CD16-2, the novel protein is highly similar to human Fc gamma RIIIA in the signal peptide (60% identical residues), and in the extracellular domains (65%). Although the similarity between the two proteins is less conspicuous in the transmembrane/cytoplasmic region (54%), it is higher than between human Fc gamma RIIIA and mouse Fc gamma RIII (44%). However, the conserved transmembrane motif LFAVDTGL shared by rodent and human Fc gamma RIII and Fc epsilon RI has two replacements in CD16-2. The CD16-2 gene is tightly linked to the Fc gamma RIII and Fc gamma RII genes and consists of five exons. Northern blot analysis revealed that CD16-2 is expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, as well as in spleen, thymus, colon and intestine. RT-PCR showed prominent expression in macrophage cell line J774. Based on sequence comparisons, it is suggested that the modern repertoire of the mammalian low affinity Fc receptors has resulted from repetitive duplications and/or recombinations of three ancestral genes. 相似文献
