Efficiency is an important criterion in developing a practical surface-plasmon-polariton (SPP) unidirectional launcher. In this paper, we show that multi-groove structures can efficiently launch SPPs by numerically optimizing structural parameters and normal incident light. Experimentally, a high efficiency of 58.4 % is demonstrated in a six-groove structure with a lateral dimension of 3.9 μm. For a three-groove structure with even smaller lateral dimension of 1.35 μm, the efficiency presents a broadband response, which remains higher than 42 % from 720 to 860 nm. The proposed multi-groove structures with high SPP launching efficiency and small size exhibit potential in highly integrated plasmonic circuits.  相似文献

植物金属蛋白酶Ft SH基因家族在拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)中有12个成员,目前各基因的功能还不清楚。该文利用细胞生物学和遗传学方法初步分析了拟南芥FtSH4在叶片衰老中的功能。ftsh4-4突变体叶片中H_2O_2含量及细胞死亡率增加,叶绿素含量降低;此外,突变体中过氧化物酶基因表达上调,过氧化物酶活性增加,出现早衰表型。外源抗氧化剂As A、内源和外源生长素能够通过降低ftsh4-4体内H_2O_2含量、过氧化物酶基因的表达及过氧化物酶活性,恢复ftsh4-4叶片的衰老表型。ftsh4-4突变体中生长素响应因子基因ARF2和ARF7上调表达,外源生长素和抗氧化剂能够降低ARF2和ARF7的表达,并且ARF2突变能够降低ftsh4-4的H_2O_2含量并恢复其早衰表型。以上结果表明,FtSH4基因通过生长素与活性氧在调控植物叶片衰老中起重要作用。  相似文献

This paper reports for the first time the transient expression of areporter gene, LacZ, in the unicellular green alga Haematococcuspluvialis. By employing the micro-particle bombardment method,motilecells in the exponential phase showed transient expression oflacZ. This was detected in bombarded motile cells undertherupture-disc pressures of 3103 KPa and 4137 KPa.Transient expression of LacZ gene could not be observed in non-motile cells ofthis alga under the same transformation condition. No LacZ background was foundin either the motile cells or the non-motile cells. The study suggests apromising potential of the SV40 promoter and the lacZreporter gene in genetic engineering of unicellular green algae.  相似文献

利用iPBS方法从西北牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)品种红绣球和中原牡丹品种洛阳红中扩增出相应片段,经回收、克隆及测序,获得了12条来自牡丹LTR类反转录转座子的LTR序列,并用相关生物信息学软件对序列进行分析。结果表明,这些核苷酸序列表现出较高的异质性,主要表现为缺失突变,序列长度变化范围为313–894 bp,同源性从31.1%–65.8%不等。将其氨基酸序列与已登录的不同植物LTR类反转录转座子LTR氨基酸序列进行聚类分析,结果显示与某些植物相应序列具有较高的同源性,表明可能存在LTR类反转录转座子的横向传递关系。根据克隆出的LTR序列设计SSAP引物,对牡丹29个品种进行了SSAP分子标记分析,结果显示具丰富的多态性。实验验证了用iPBS技术分离牡丹LTR序列的适用性,并为牡丹种质资源评价提供了新的技术手段。  相似文献

虾青素是一种具有极强的生物抗氧化性的类胡萝卜素,在医药,食品等方面均有广阔的应用.雨生红球藻在逆境下能够大量积累虾青素,已成为目前研究的热点.从雨生红球藻生存的角度来看,虾青素的积累是细胞对逆境防御的方法之一.除此之外,雨生红球藻还通过调整相关酶的表达类来使细胞度过难关.主要综述了雨生红球藻对环境胁迫防御的两种分子机制,即早期机制和长期机制.  相似文献

CRISPR传感检测技术具有便宜、简单、便携、高灵敏和高特异等优点,被称为“下一代分子诊断技术”。由于CRISPR-Cas系统具有特异的识别、顺式切割和非特异性的反式切割能力,已经实现了对DNA和RNA等核酸靶标以及蛋白质、外泌体、细胞和小分子等非核酸靶标的检测。为了解不同CRISPR传感检测技术的优势和发展历程,促进该技术的发展和应用,本文根据不同Cas蛋白的活性特征,对目前的CRISPR传感检测技术进行了分类总结,并在此基础上根据检测的靶标类型,依次总结了各种CRISPR传感检测技术的应用情况,以期为开发新型CRISPR传感检测技术提供参考。  相似文献

Expression of extracellular dermal glycoprotein (EDGP) is induced by biotic or abiotic stress. The amino acid sequence alignment showed that EDGP shared significant homology with proteins from legumes, tomato, Arabidopsis, wheat, and cotton. These proteins are involved in signal transduction or stress response systems. Most of the Cys residues in these proteins are conserved, suggesting that they share similar tertiary structures. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis shows that EDGP binds a soybean 4-kDa hormone-like peptide (4-kDa peptide) in vitro and reduction of EDGP decreased significantly the binding activity, implying that posttranslational modifications are important for its function. Therefore, we investigated the posttranslational modifications in EDGP using mass spectrometry. As the result, six disulfide bonds in EDGP were identified: Cys(70)-Cys(158), Cys(84)-Cys(89), Cys(97)-Cys(113), Cys(100)-Cys(108), Cys(201)-Cys(426), and Cys(332)-Cys(378). In addition, the N-terminal glutamine was cyclized into pyroglutamic acid. All four putative glycosylation sites were occupied by N-linked glycans, which have similar masses of m/z 1171. Finally, measuring the mass of the native protein showed that the posttranslational modifications of EDGP (pI 9.5) involved only disulfide bonds, N-terminal modification, and glycosylation.  相似文献

The infinite volume change and dendritic behavior in alkali metal anodes lead to low Coulombic efficiency and short‐circuit issues that significantly hamper renewed efforts at commercialization. Here, a dendrite‐free alkali metal anode, made by thermally preloading molten Li or Na into a 3D framework with high alkali wettability, is reported. In the mechanically robust 3D framework, carbon fiber (CF) serves as an electrical highway that provides fast charge transfer for the redox reaction. Through a facile solution‐based process, a SnO2 coating is introduced to modify the poor wetting behavior of the carbon framework and drastically improve both the electrochemical performance and reliability. The kinetic barrier to adhesion of molten alkali metals on the CF framework is eliminated by the mixed reaction with SnO2. The growth of dendrites is effectively repressed under the decreased local current density of the 3D framework. In full‐cell configurations with LiFePO4 cathodes, the Li–CF electrode shows reduced polarization and 90% capacity retention after 500 cycles in traditional carbonate electrolyte. Comparable improvements are also observed in 3D electrodes for Na metal batteries. These findings on a stable 3D carbon framework with improved wetting behavior provide significant practical implications for achieving safe and commercially viable alkali metal anodes.  相似文献
