BIOACTIVITIES AND MECHANISM OF SPIRO ENOL ETHER ANALOGUES AGAINST PIERIS RAPAE

Abstract  Nineteen kinds of spiro enol ether analogues were screened with larvae of Pieris rapae for antifeedant activity. The results showed that the antifeedant activity of compounds No.20 and No. 12 was higher than others. In non-choice test, AFC50 values within 24 h of compounds No.20 and No. 12 against 3rd instar larvae of P. rapae were 226.93 μg/mL and 370.00 μg/mL, and that in choice test against 4th larvae were 280.54 μg/mL and 398.88 μg/mL, respectively. Compd. No.20 could prolong the eggs hatch time and reduce the haemolymph content and the protein content in haemolymph of 4th instar larvae obviously. Compd. No.20 could protect tested leaves and control larvae of P. rapae effectively.     

New dual electrochemical detector for microbore liquid chromatography determination of dopamine and serotonin in rat striatum dialysates

A new type of liquid chromatographic (LC) dual thin-layer amperometric detector for the simultaneous measurement of trace levels of dopamine and serotonin in microdialysates is described. The concentrations of these analytes in rat dialysates are usually in the sub-nanomolar concentration range (typically, 0.10–5.00 pg in 5-μl dialysates). With this dual electrode, a glass-lined microbore column provides excellent sensitivity, selectivity, and separation. In addition, a three- to five-fold improvement in anodic current or cathodic responses over conventional dual electrodes in microbore LC can be achieved. Due to the irreversible electrochemical properties of some interference peaks, this dual electrode provides reliable measurement of dopamine based on the cathodic signal. The detection limit (signal-to-noise RATIO=3) of this assay is 0.02 pg per injection for dopamine or serotonin. This new dual electrode allows the simultaneous measurements of basal dopamine and serotonin in rat striatum dialysates without the use of re-uptake inhibitors in perfusion medium.

对中国红原鸡滇地亚种和海南亚种与我国茶花鸡,泰和鸡和寿光鸡等地方鸡种以及芦花鸡,洛岛红等外国鸡种进行了血型（３个位点,１３个等位基因）,蛋白质（酶）多态（５个位点,１１个等位基因）和ＤＮＡ指纹分析,结果表明,红原鸡与茶花鸡（原始型品种）的亲缘关系较近;与泰和鸡,寿光鸡,芦花鸡,洛岛红（进化型品种）的亲缘关系较远,呈红原鸡－茶花鸡－泰和鸡,寿光鸡或芦花鸡,洛岛红这样一个进化阶梯,以上结果与国外资料（     

Introduction and expression of foreign DNA in isolated spinach chloroplasts by electroporation

An electroporation-mediated method for the study of foreign gene expression within chloroplasts has been developed. The chloroplast expression vector pHD203-GUS, which consists of coding regions for β-glucuronidase (GUS) and chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT) separated by a double psbA promoter fragment from pea (in opposite orientation) was electroporated into spinach chloroplasts and the transient gene expression was examined. Conditions for the expression of the reporter genes have been optimized. Both CAT and GUS activities were detected in chloroplasts electroporated with pHD203-GUS, but not with nuclear expression vector pBI221 or negative control pUC18. No GUS activity was detected when pHD203-GUS was electroporated into spinach protoplasts. Dot immunoblot analysis using anti-GUS antibody confirmed the existence of GUS protein in chloroplasts electroporated with chloroplast-specific vector but not the negative controls, excluding the possibilities of endogenous GUS or bacterial contamination. The expression of GUS protein in treated chloroplasts was further confirmed by Western blot analysis.     

生物组织散射元平均间距估计的一种新方法

生物组织散射元平均间中划描述生物组织微观结构特性和生物组织超微散射特性的重要参数。本文在对生物组织超声背向散射随机模的基础上,提出了基于生物组织超声背向散射信号突变点检测的工用射元平均间距估计的新方法。该方法是生物组织超声散射分析的有效方法。     

二种稻飞虱对寄主及氮肥、密度适应性的比较研究

本试验采用二因素最优设计,研究了白背飞虱[Sogatellafurcifera（Horvath）]和褐飞虱[Nilaparvatalugens(Stal）]的种群数量同栽插密度及施氮水平的关系,并考察了它们对寄主品种的适应性。结果表明：二种飞虱对寄主品种的适应性除受到品种自身特性的影响外,还随寄主生育状况及管理水平对田间小气候的影响而变化,表现出时间状态的差异;并得出了二种稻飞虱种群数量同施氮水平和栽插密度关系的回归方程。     

HPI在肝癌组织中的表达及其对肝癌细胞特异性抑增殖效应研究

肝细胞增殖抑制因子（Ｈｅｐａｔｉｃｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｏｎｉｎｈｉｂｉｔｏｒ,ＨＰＩ）粗制品、半纯品和纯品对体外培养的人肝癌细胞具有显著抑增殖作用,随样品纯度提高抑制活性逐渐增强。纯品（浓度５μｇ／ｍｌ）的抑制率达７７．７１％。正常成年大鼠肝细胞呈ＨＰＩ阳性表达。在ＤＥＮ诱发大鼠肝细胞癌的发生发展过程中,转化的癌前期细胞和肝癌细胞呈ＨＰＩ阴性表达。表明肝细胞ＨＰＩ的表达能力在其癌变过程中消失,从而失去了自身的抑癌作用。
