以《生态保护红线划定指南》为依据,在开展区域生态系统服务功能重要性和生态环境敏感性评价的基础上,对塔里木河流域的生态保护红线区域进行划定,并基于FLUS情景模拟、生态系统服务价值(ESV)估算、景观格局指数计算和空间自相关分析等方法,评估生态保护红线政策在塔里木河流域实施后的生态效益。研究结果表明:(1)划定生态保护红线区域总面积133721 km2,占流域总面积的13.01%,植被净初级生产力(NPP)比红线之外的研究区平均值高3.61倍,划定结果符合"以较小面积获取较大服务"的原则。(2)生态保护红线区域提供了全流域44.55%的ESV,调节服务和供给服务是生态系统的最主要功能,其中冰川湖泊贡献了生态保护红线区域52.28%的ESV。(3)生态保护红线政策情景在2030年的ESV比2015年增加了11.96%,且ESV高值面积增加了5.95%,高ESV低风险区域面积增加了6.37%,流域生态系统内部稳定,拥有较高的抵抗风险能力,生态系统结构配置最优。生态保护红线政策能够为塔里木河流域的生态系统稳定和"既要金山银山,又要绿水青山"的可持续发展提供理论支持。  相似文献

The ability to detect and respond to acute oxygen (O2) shortages is indispensable to aerobic life. The molecular mechanisms and circuits underlying this capacity are poorly understood. Here, we characterize the behavioral responses of feeding Caenorhabditis elegans to approximately 1% O2. Acute hypoxia triggers a bout of turning maneuvers followed by a persistent switch to rapid forward movement as animals seek to avoid and escape hypoxia. While the behavioral responses to 1% O2 closely resemble those evoked by 21% O2, they have distinct molecular and circuit underpinnings. Disrupting phosphodiesterases (PDEs), specific G proteins, or BBSome function inhibits escape from 1% O2 due to increased cGMP signaling. A primary source of cGMP is GCY-28, the ortholog of the atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) receptor. cGMP activates the protein kinase G EGL-4 and enhances neuroendocrine secretion to inhibit acute responses to 1% O2. Triggering a rise in cGMP optogenetically in multiple neurons, including AIA interneurons, rapidly and reversibly inhibits escape from 1% O2. Ca2+ imaging reveals that a 7% to 1% O2 stimulus evokes a Ca2+ decrease in several neurons. Defects in mitochondrial complex I (MCI) and mitochondrial complex I (MCIII), which lead to persistently high reactive oxygen species (ROS), abrogate acute hypoxia responses. In particular, repressing the expression of isp-1, which encodes the iron sulfur protein of MCIII, inhibits escape from 1% O2 without affecting responses to 21% O2. Both genetic and pharmacological up-regulation of mitochondrial ROS increase cGMP levels, which contribute to the reduced hypoxia responses. Our results implicate ROS and precise regulation of intracellular cGMP in the modulation of acute responses to hypoxia by C. elegans.

于2009年5月至2010年5月采用分解袋法,研究了三江平原典型湿地植物毛果苔草枯落物分解对水分条件变化的响应,探讨了典型碟形洼地不同水位下枯落物分解1a时间内的分解速率与N、P等营养元素动态。分解1a内,无积水环境下枯落物失重率为34.99%,季节性积水环境下为27.28%,常年积水环境下随水位增加枯落物失重率分别为26.99%与30.67%,表明积水条件抑制了枯落物的分解。枯落物的分解随环境变化表现出阶段性特征,分解0—122 d内随水位增加枯落物失重率分别为16.09%、24.25%、23.53%与26.60%,即生长季内积水条件促进了枯落物有机质的分解及重量损失。而随实验进行,分解122—360 d内随水位增加毛果苔草枯落物的失重率分别为18.90%、3.02%、3.46%、4.03%,即在非生长季土壤冻融期积水条件抑制了枯落物分解(P<0.05)。水分条件对毛果苔草枯落物N元素的影响表现为积水条件促进生长季内枯落物的N固定,水位最高处毛果苔草N浓度显著高于无积水环境(P<0.05)。但进入冻融期后积水环境下枯落物N浓度与含量降低;其中季节性积水限制了枯落物的N积累能力,至分解360d时与初始值相比表现出明显的N释放(P=0.01)。毛果苔草枯落物分解61d时P出现富集,其中积水条件下P的富集作用增强,但与水位不相关。分解1a后毛果苔草枯落物表现为P的净释放,不同水分条件下枯落物P元素损失没有明显差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

Water Footprint of Cereals and Vegetables for the Beijing Market   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Beijing is situated in water‐scarce northern China, where there is a history of policies aimed at constraining local agricultural water use to meet the increasing urban water demand. This has led to a change in local crop production and subsequent effects in terms of the importation of cereals and vegetables grown in other parts of China. The dilemma is that local policies designed to improve Beijing's water resources situation may have the unintended consequence of increasing water stress in other regions. In this article, life cycle assessment approaches were used to model both consumptive and degradative water use for the major cereals and vegetables consumed in Beijing, enabling comparison of local and imported supplies. In the Beijing region, cropping cereals rather than intensive vegetables in greenhouses could reduce local blue water consumption by 7,216 cubic meters per hectare per year (m3 ha?1 yr?1) and nitrogen pollution by 45 kg ha?1 yr?1. However, depending on how the local food shortfall is balanced by imported food, shifts in cropping pattern in Beijing have the potential to cause either an improvement or exacerbation of the nationwide water stress situation (e.g., ?42% to 4% for water scarcity footprint). As such, local policy making regarding agricultural land and water use needs to consider the wider food production context. This situation in Beijing is likely to be representative of the challenge facing many of the world's large and mega‐sized cities, where a sustainable means of increasing food supply must be found.  相似文献

2002~2004年利用静态箱-气相色谱法对三江平原3种具有代表性的湿地类型(常年积水的毛果苔草沼泽、季节性积水的小叶章湿草甸和常年土壤过湿的灌丛湿地)进行了为期两年半的N2O现场观测研究.结果表明,三江平原3种类型湿地N2O通量均有明显的季节变化和年际变化,一般在非冰冻期表现为排放,冰雪覆盖期表现为微弱的吸收.生长季的N2O通量以灌丛湿地N2O排放通量最大,毛果苔草沼泽最小.全年平均N2O交换通量: 毛果苔草沼泽为53.928 mg·m-2·yr-1,小叶章湿地为21.408 mg·m-2·yr-1,灌丛湿地为657.120 mg·m-2·yr-1,证明沼泽湿地是大气N2O的源.3种类型湿地生长季N2O通量无明显的日变化,与温度的相关性不大.  相似文献

As a result of mutations in the upstream components of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, this cascade is abnormally activated in colon cancer. Hence, identifying the activation mechanism of this pathway is an urgent need for the treatment of colon cancer. Here, we found an increase in ADCK1 (AarF domain-containing kinase 1) expression in clinical specimens of colon cancer and animal models. Upregulation of ADCK1 expression promoted the colony formation and infiltration of cancer cells. Downregulation of ADCK1 expression inhibited the colony formation and infiltration of cancer cells, in vivo tumorigenesis, migration, and organoid formation. Molecular mechanistic studies demonstrated that ADCK1 interacted with TCF4 (T-cell factor 4) to activate the β-catenin/TCF signaling pathway. In conclusion, our research revealed the functions of ADCK1 in the development of colon cancer and provided potential therapeutic targets.Subject terms: Cancer models, Gastrointestinal cancer  相似文献

The use of quartz tuning forks for biosensor applications is investigated. The basis of the sensor is to coat the tuning fork surfaces with specific biomolecules and measure subsequent mass loading from the selective binding of complementary analytes. Two experimental set-ups are evaluated, direct mechanical excitation and self-excitation. Mechanical excitation is achieved by mounting the fork on a piezoelectric plate and it is found that the change in oscillation amplitude on adsorption can be monitored to give the change in mass. However, a major drawback is that the sensitivity is determined by the Q-factor, which varies significantly between different sensors and different experimental arrangements. In self-excitation mode, tuning fork motion is activated and detected by placing the fork within a tuned circuit. Using self-excitation mode, anti-human IgG modified tuning forks can sense the binding of human IgG in the range of 5-100 microg ml(-1). The significance of this study is that quartz tuning forks are routinely made using standard microfabrication process, thus suggesting the possibility of facile microfabrication of arrays of quartz sensors.  相似文献

Our aim was to refine the optical classification of turbid waters in order to improve the performance of water color algorithms. Bio-optical measurements and sampling of optically active substances were performed in highly turbid lakes Taihu, Chaohu, and Dianchi, and in Three Gorges reservoir in China. Based on strong correlations between trough depths of remote sensing reflectance (R rs(λ)) near 680 nm (denoted as TD680) and the ratios of inorganic suspended matter (ISM) to total suspended matter (TSM) concentrations, an empirical model was developed for water classification. In the 400–900 nm spectral range, different correlations between R rs(λ), TSM and chlorophyll a (Chla) concentrations indicate discrepancies among the following ISM/TSM ranges: ISM/TSM ≤ 0.5, 0.5 < ISM/TSM < 0.8, and ISM/TSM ≥ 0.8. Corresponding findings support an important conclusion that only high ISM/TSM ratios, usually above 0.5, and using the more sensitive and stable near infrared spectral range (730–820 nm), can assure good performances of the TSM remote sensing algorithms. Meanwhile, the particulate absorption a p(λ) and scattering b p(λ) were strongly influenced by different ranges of ISM/TSM ratios. Typically the a p(675) peaks became more and more vague as ISM/TSM increased, and the b p(λ) values first decreased and then increased with a marked inflexion at ISM/TSM ≈ 0.5. The TD680 threshold values were derived to discriminate three types of turbid waters, i.e., Type 1 (TD680 ≥ 0.0082 sr−1), Type 2 (0.0082 sr−1 > TD680 > 0 sr−1), and Type 3 (TD680 ≤ 0 sr−1). This study provides a promising tool for identifying various types of highly turbid waters, and is significant for the development of class-based algorithms of water color remote sensing.  相似文献
