Within island archipelagos, repeated ecological settings may lead to radiations wherein similar niches are recurrently occupied. Although it has been shown that species with common habitat requirements share particular traits, it remains relatively unexplored to what extent this may lead to the repeated evolution of almost identical phenotypes (phenocopies) and how this correlates with traits subjected to sexual selection. Exploring divergence patterns of ecological and sexual relevant traits within spiders seem promising to enhance our understanding of the relative role of natural and sexual selection. Here, we conduct a detailed morphological analysis on a large set of genital and non‐genital traits (morphometrics, colour pattern) within a radiation of the wolf spider genus Hogna Simon, 1885 on Galápagos and interpret these data, taking into account their known phylogenetic relationship. Our results show that recurrent environmental gradients have led to the parallel evolution of almost identical phenotypes, which not only proves that natural selection has driven morphological divergence, but also suggests that a similar genetic or developmental basis most likely underlies this divergence. Among‐species variation in genital traits in contrast rather reflects the phylogenetic relationships on Santa Cruz and San Cristóbal. 常规PCR及RT-PCR已用于对虾DNA及RNA病毒检测,但存在费时、灵敏度较低、不能定量等问题。建立了TaqMan实时荧光定量PCR及RT-PCR方法,分别用于检测白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)、传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒(IHHNV)及桃拉综合征病毒(TSV)、黄头病毒(YHV)4种对虾病毒。与常规PCR及RT-PCR比较,所建立的TaqMan实时荧光定量PCR及RT-PCR检测上述4种对虾病毒不仅有很高的特异性,检测灵敏度也提高了10~100倍,同时还具有快速、简便、不污染环境、重复性好、实时定量等优点,可明显提高对虾病毒检验检疫工作质量及效率。 相似文献

During different behavioral states different population activities are present in the hippocampal formation. These activities
are not independent: sharp waves often occur together with high-frequency ripples, and gamma-frequency activity is usually
superimposed on theta oscillations. There is both experimental and theoretical evidence supporting the notion that gamma oscillation
is generated intrahippocampally, but there is no generally accepted view about the origin of theta waves. Precise timing of
population bursts of pyramidal cells may be due to a synchronized external drive. Membrane potential oscillations recorded
in the septum are unlikely to fulfill this purpose because they are not coherent enough. We investigated the prospects of
an intrahippocampal mechanism supplying pyramidal cells with theta frequency periodic inhibition, by studying a model of a
network of hippocampal inhibitory interneurons. As shown previously, interneurons are capable of generating synchronized gamma-frequency
action potential oscillations. Exciting the neurons by periodic current injection, the system could either be entrained in
an oscillation with the frequency of the inducing current or exhibit in-phase periodic changes at the frequency of single
cell (and network) activity. Simulations that used spatially inhomogeneous stimulus currents showed anti-phase frequency changes
across cells, which resulted in a periodic decrease in the synchrony of the network. As this periodic change in synchrony
occurred in the theta frequency range, our network should be able to exhibit the theta-frequency weakening of inhibition of
pyramidal cells, thus offering a possible mechanism for intrahippocampal theta generation.

目的:探讨子宫输卵管造影(HSG)及腹腔镜或联合宫腔镜手术在输卵管性不孕中的诊治价值.方法:选择203例临床诊断为不孕症的患者行HSG,其中A组单侧输卵管完全梗阻、不全梗阻或粘连者62例,造影术后行腹腔镜或联合宫腔镜手术;B组单侧输卵管完全梗阻、不全梗阻或粘连者25例,造影术后未行宫腹腔镜手术.C组双侧完全梗阻、不全梗阻或粘连者13例,造影术后行腹腔镜或联合宫腔镜手术;D组双侧输卵管通畅103例,造影术后未行宫腹腔镜手术.HSG或宫腹腔镜术后一年内随访患者的妊娠情况.结果:A、B、C、D组分别有18例、2例、2例和14例妊娠,妊娠率分别为29.0%(18/62)、8%(2/25)、15.4%(2/13)和13.6%(14/103),总妊娠率为17.7%(36/203),A组与B组、D组妊娠率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组和D组各1例宫外孕.结论:HSG和宫、腹腔镜诊治是目前诊断女性不孕症的最佳方法之一,可治愈部分患者,是诊断女性不孕症必不可少的方法. 相似文献

The domain closure associated with the catalytic cycle is described at an atomic level, based on pairwise comparison of the X-ray structures of homodimeric Thermus thermophilus isopropylmalate dehydrogenase (IPMDH), and on their detailed molecular graphical analysis. The structures of the apo-form without substrate and in complex with the divalent metal-ion to 1.8 ? resolution, in complexes with both Mn(2+) and 3-isopropylmalate (IPM), as well as with both Mn(2+) and NADH, were determined at resolutions ranging from 2.0 to 2.5 ?. Single crystal microspectrophotometric measurements demonstrated the presence of a functionally competent protein conformation in the crystal grown in the presence of Mn(2+) and IPM. Structural comparison of the various complexes clearly revealed the relative movement of the two domains within each subunit and allowed the identification of two hinges at the interdomain region: hinge 1 between αd and βF as well as hinge 2 between αh and βE. A detailed analysis of the atomic contacts of the conserved amino acid side-chains suggests a possible operational mechanism of these molecular hinges upon the action of the substrates. The interactions of the protein with Mn(2+) and IPM are mainly responsible for the domain closure: upon binding into the cleft of the interdomain region, the substrate IPM induces a relative movement of the secondary structural elements βE, βF, βG, αd and αh. A further special feature of the conformational change is the movement of the loop bearing the amino acid Tyr139 that precedes the interacting arm of the subunit. The tyrosyl ring rotates and moves by at least 5 ? upon IPM-binding. Thereby, new hydrophobic interactions are formed above the buried isopropyl-group of IPM. Domain closure is then completed only through subunit interactions: a loop of one subunit that is inserted into the interdomain cavity of the other subunit extends the area with the hydrophobic interactions, providing an example of the cooperativity between interdomain and intersubunit interactions. 相似文献

【目的】认识药用昆虫九香虫(Aspongopus chinesis Dallas)成虫体内可培养细菌资源多样性。【方法】运用纯培养法、反转录重复因子扩增(BOXA1R-PCR)分析技术、16S r RNA基因测序和系统发育分析对样品中可培养细菌进行多样性研究,测定了分离菌株的抗菌特性、吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量和产淀粉酶活性等指标。【结果】通过6种不同培养基共分离得到52株菌落特征不同的细菌菌株。基于菌落特征和BOXA1R-PCR图谱选取12株代表菌株用于16S r RNA基因序列测定。16S r RNA基因序列系统发育分析显示,52株菌株分属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas)和伯克霍尔德氏菌属(Burkholderia)4个属,其中芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)为优势菌属。分离到的52株细菌有44株(占总分离菌株的84.6%)表现出对供试病原菌具有较好的抑制作用,高达94.2%的分离菌株能产IAA,有43株(占总分离菌株的82.7%)表现出淀粉酶活性。【结论】九香虫内细菌种群较为多样,具有潜在应用价值。 相似文献
