濒危植物都支杜鹃雄蕊数目描述的修正

通过对都支杜鹃5个种群（包括模式产地）的雄蕊数目进行统计、对馆藏标本进行查询和对模式标本采集人进行采访,修正了现有文献对都支杜鹃雄蕊数目（一个关键鉴别特征）的描述——应是12~15枚,而非10枚;本文还对同地点栽培的都支杜鹃和云锦杜鹃的形态进行观察,发现都支杜鹃与云锦杜鹃诸多形态特征差异显著,支持都支杜鹃是一个独立的“好种”。     

千岛湖姥山马尾松种群结构和分布格局研究

为研究千岛湖马尾松(Pinus massoniana)种群动态变化,在姥山岛上设置面积为5.76 hm2的固定样地,进行群落学调查。根据野外调查的数据,对马尾松种群的结构和分布格局进行分析。结果表明:马尾松种群1、2级个体数极少,仅占样地中马尾松个体数的0.06%和1.01%,幼苗、幼树储备严重不足,5级个体的比例最高,达到28.28%,马尾松种群径级结构为纺锤型;马尾松种群的存活曲线为凸型。这些均表明马尾松种群的年龄结构趋向衰退型。但马尾松种群中树个体很多,在较长的时期内马尾松还不会退出群落。马尾松种群静态生命表也可看出中一些小型径级的死亡率为负值,也说明马尾松种群幼苗严重缺乏,种群呈衰退趋势。马尾松种群各径级和总体的分布格局均呈聚集分布,从小树→中树→大树聚集指数逐渐减小,种群呈扩散趋势。     

解脲脲原体感染动物模型的研究进展

解脲脲原体(Uu)是女性泌尿生殖道黏膜中常见的微生物,其致病性仍存在争议。Uu感染下生殖道可表现为尿道炎或宫颈炎,而定植于新生儿下呼吸道可引起肺炎、支气管肺发育不良、慢性肺部疾病等。研究Uu感染的发病机制、宿主的免疫反应以及Uu感染的防治,动物模型是不可缺少的。目前国内、外已成功建立多种Uu感染动物模型,主要包括下生殖道感染模型及呼吸道感染模型。在Uu生殖道感染动物模型的建立中,雌二醇的预处理必不可少,实验动物首选BALB/c小鼠;而呼吸道感染模型不需雌二醇预处理,多位学者成功使用C3H/HeN小鼠建立了该模型。     

金匮肾气丸和男宝胶囊对肾阳虚证雄性大鼠生殖能力影响的干预研究

目的:研究金匮肾气丸和男宝胶囊对肾阳虚证雄性大鼠生殖能力的影响及作用机理.方法:用成年雄性SD大鼠80只随机分成4组:空白对照组(正常组)、金匮肾气丸组、男宝胶囊组、模型组.除正常组外,其他组大鼠用氢化可的松注射液制造肾阳虚模型.正常组和模型组用等体积蒸馏水灌胃,治疗组用相应剂量的药物灌胃,持续给药30d.检测各组大鼠左侧睾丸、脾脏、胸腺质量,测血清睾丸酮(T)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平,精子密度、精子活率改变情况.结果:模型组左侧睾丸、脾脏、胸腺质量低于正常组、金匮肾气丸组和男宝胶囊组(P.∞.05 o模型组血清T、LH、FSH水平低于正常组、金匮肾气丸组和男宝胶囊组(P＜0.05).模型组精子密度、精子活率低于正常组、金匮肾气丸组和男宝胶囊组(P＜0.05).结论:金匮肾气丸和男宝胶囊对肾阳虚证雄性大鼠生殖能力有较好的治疗作用.     

非体外循环与并行循环不停跳冠脉搭桥术炎性因子的比较

目的:通过对比非体外循环与并行循环下不停跳冠脉搭桥术炎性因子的变化,观察不同方法对机体全身炎性反应程度的影响.方法:选择2009年6月～2010年1月在我院行冠脉搭桥术患者30例,其中选取采用并行循环下不停跳冠脉搭桥术(OnP-BH CABG)和非体外循环冠脉搭桥术(OPCABG)患者各15例,即A组和B组.检测T1(术前)、T2(手术结束时)、T3(术后6小时)、T4(术后12小时)、T5(术后24小时)不同时间点血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量,并记录桥血管数量、精神状况、引流量及ICU入住时间.结果:两组血浆TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、cTnI舍量T1时无统计学意义(P>0.05),T2、T3、T4、T5均呈升高趋势.A组较B组T2、T3、T4、T5各时间点TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8指标升高差异显著(P<0.01);cTnI升高幅度略缓,T4、T5差异无统计学意义.比较患者术后精神状况及ICU入住时间,B组均优于A组(P>0.05).术中搭桥血管支数无统计学差异、A组引流量较B组多,有统计学意义(p=0.02).结论:并行循环下不停跳冠脉搭桥术与非体外循环冠脉搭桥术相比,心肌损伤略重;体外循环可加重机体全身炎性反应程度.

Abstract：

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the differences of inflammatory cytokines level and inflammatory reaction in patients between on-pump beating heart CABG and off-pump CABG. Methods: Select the patients from June 2009 to Jan 2010 who underwent the CABG in our hospital with on-pump beating heart CABG and off-pump CABG and each group was 15 patients. That was named Group A and group B. Serial blood samples were collected at the following intervals respectively: before operation and Oh, 6h, 12h, 24h after the operation to evaluate the concentration of TNF-α , IL-6, IL-8 and cTn I. Recorded and compared the grafts, mental status、bleeding and the time of intensive care unit. Results: There was no significant difference between two groups in plasma TNF -α , IL - 6, IL - 8 and cTn I level at T1. The level of TNF -α , IL - 6 and IL - 8 was significantly increased at T2 - T5 compared with that before operation (T1) in both groups. However, the plasma concentrations of TNF -α , IL - 6, IL - 8 were significantly lower in group B than group A. The level of cTnI was significantly increased at T2-T3 compared with T1, and no significantly difference at T4, T5. The general condition of the patients in group B was better than group A. The bleeding was significantly fewer in groups B. Conclusions: Myocardial injury was slightly heavier in patients with on pump beating heart CABG than off pump CABG. Cardiopulmonary bypass can aggravate inflammatory reaction.     

脂阿拉伯甘露糖联合38kD蛋白在结核病诊断中的应用

本研究旨在评价脂阿拉伯甘露糖(LAM)联合38kD蛋白的混合抗原在结核病血清学诊断中的应用价值。选取128例活动性结核病患者(活动性肺结核107例,肺外结核21例)、51例潜伏性结核感染者和68例健康对照者的血清,检测抗LAM和38kD混合抗原的IgG抗体(LAM-38kD-IgG)。结果显示,LAM-38kD-IgG检测的总敏感度为46.88%,特异度为98.53%,阳性预测值为98.36%,阴性预测值为49.63%。其中肺结核组敏感度为46.73%,肺外结核组敏感度为47.62%(P0.05);初治组为45.54%,复治组为51.85%(P0.05)。涂片阳性肺结核组敏感度为52.54%,高于涂片阴性组(39.58%),但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。LAM-38kD-IgG检测在对照组中的特异度为98.53%。其特异度远高于结核菌素试验(TST)的41.46%(P0.01)。LAM-38kD-IgG水平与结核病病情有一定的相关性。结果提示,应用LAM和38kD混合抗原的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)在诊断活动性结核病方面具有中等敏感度、极高特异度及阳性预测值,不仅可与结核病的其他诊断方法联用以提高诊断的准确性,而且特别适用于细菌学检查阴性结核病和肺外结核病的诊断。     

如何使万艾可更有效的治疗老年性功能障碍(ED)患者(附143例临床观察)

目的:探讨如何使万艾可更有效治疗老年ED患者.方法:采用回顾性调查研究,分析2004年10月-2007年12月在我院男性健康门诊治老年ED患者143例,按性生活频率分为两组,每月3-4次为实验组共60例,比较两组治疗前平均年龄、并发症及最近10个月的用药量及性生活频率.结果:1.实验组IIEF-5评分由用药前平均6.2分提高到平均20分,对照组由平均5.8分提高到平均18分.2药物起效时间,实验组最短15分钟,最长60分钟,平均30分钟,对照组最短时间20分钟,最长120分钟,平均45分钟(p＞0.05).结论:适当增加性生活频率,可减少每次万艾可的用量,并能增加性生活的满意度,使万艾可的治疗效果达到最佳.     

同种异体骨移植治疗大段骨缺损的研究进展

同种异体骨已成为临床上治疗创伤、感染、先天性骨病及肿瘤切除所致的大段骨缺损的重要材料.本文主要从同种异体骨愈合机制、制备保存、临床应用效果、排斥反应及预防方法四个方面就同种异体骨移植治疗大段骨缺损的研究进展作一综述,为临床骨缺损治疗提供理论支持.     

Extracellular superoxide production, viability and redox poise in response to desiccation in recalcitrant Castanea sativa seeds

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are implicated in seed death following dehydration in desiccation-intolerant 'recalcitrant' seeds. However, it is unknown if and how ROS are produced in the apoplast and if they play a role in stress signalling during desiccation. We studied intracellular damage and extracellular superoxide (O₂^·−) production upon desiccation in Castanea sativa seeds, mechanisms of O₂^·− production and the effect of exogenously supplied ROS. A transient increase in extracellular O₂^·− production by the embryonic axes preceded significant desiccation-induced viability loss. Thereafter, progressively more oxidizing intracellular conditions, as indicated by a significant shift in glutathione half-cell reduction potential, accompanied cell and axis death, coinciding with the disruption of nuclear membranes. Most hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)-dependent O₂^·− production was found in a cell wall fraction that contained extracellular peroxidases (ECPOX) with molecular masses of ∼50 kDa. Cinnamic acid was identified as a potential reductant required for ECPOX-mediated O₂^·− production. H₂O₂, applied exogenously to mimic the transient ROS burst at the onset of desiccation, counteracted viability loss of sub-lethally desiccation-stressed seeds and of excised embryonic axes grown in tissue culture. Hence, extracellular ROS produced by embryonic axes appear to be important signalling components involved in wound response, regeneration and growth.     

Foraging areas of Rousettus leschenaulti on the Hainan Island of China

We investigated the foraging area of three individuals (1 female and 2 males) of Rousettus leschenaulti (Chiroptera, Pteropodidae) in suburban Haikou City, Hainan Province, South China from November 2005 to January 2006 using radio telemetry.
