目的:观察长期家庭氧疗配合呼吸操治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。、方法:选择本院收治的COPD患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,两组均给予常规治疗,研究组同时由医务人员指导给予家庭氧疗和呼吸操训练,随访1年.观察两组治疗前、治疗后6个月和1年肺功能,应用StGeorge’S呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评价生存质量、结果:研究组1年内急性发作1次5人,2次2人,3次及以上1人,对照组1年内急性发作1次9人,2次7人,3次及以上4人(P〈0.05);研究组治疗后6个月、1年用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEVl)和FEVl/FVC均明显升高(P〈0.05),对照组治疗后6个月、1年FVC、FEVI/FVC与治疗前比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05);研究组治疗后6个月、1年SGRQ明显降低(P〈0.05),对照组治疗后6个月、1年SGRQ与治疗前比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05).结论:家庭氧疗配合呼吸操能明显改善COPD患者肺功能,延缓患者肺功能恶化,提高患者生存质量。  相似文献

Instrumentation, control, and automation (ICA) in wastewater treatment enables the improvement of treatment plant performance without structural modifications of the plant. Even for wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) meeting all criteria with respect to effluent concentrations and sludge disposal, ICA can be of interest as it can help to reduce energy consumption and operating costs of the plant. Simulations are a useful and cost-effective tool for designing and evaluating different control strategies. Simulation strategies developed with existing WWTP-specific simulation packages are based on ideal sensor and actuator behavior because signal noise and potential sensor and actuator failures are not considered. Real sensor and actuator behavior including failures, however, needs to be accounted for to ensure robust controller performance despite disturbances in sensor and actuator behavior. The ADD CONTROL project aims to design, implement, and validate a new simulation tool that allows for designing and testing “practical” control solutions. A multi-layer modeling architecture is proposed for the simulation tool to represent the hierarchical architecture for automation and control in full-scale WWTPs, and to separate mathematical modeling of components related to the treatment process from components describing instrumentation and actuation devices, and components related to automation and control. The developed simulation tool is implemented based on the TORNADO framework for modeling and virtual experimentation and the WEST? product suite.  相似文献

目的:研究对比三种抗癫痫药(苯妥因钠、丙戊酸钠、卡马西平)对癫痫患者脑电图的背景影响。方法:选取我院于2009年3月至2011年2月收治的60例癫痫患者,随机分为苯妥因钠(PHT)、卡马西平(CBZ)和丙戊酸钠(SVP)组各20例,动态观察各组患者于治疗期间痫样波放电的频度和EEG背景的变化。结果:EEG痫样波放电的抑制率以SVP最为明显,而CBZ在EEG背景活动影响方面均比其他两组显著。结论:三种药物对癫痫波放电的抑制顺序是SVP〉PHT〉CBZ,SVP组明显优于其他两组。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In domestic sheep Ovis aries, the mother and the young display a preferential bond for each other that relies on multimodal inter-individual recognition. Lambs show a preference for their own dam shortly after birth, and this is important for their survival. The role of acoustic cues in this early preference for the mother is not clear. The aim of the present work was to analyze the timing of acoustic recognition of the mother and to identify the physical parameters used in the recognition of maternal bleats by the lamb.

In a first study, we investigated the ability of lambs to discriminate between the bleats of their own mother and an alien equivalent mother in a two-choice test. Both ewes were hidden behind a canvas sheet and lambs were not allowed to approach the dams closer than 1 m, thus preventing visual as well as olfactory perception. Tests were conducted 12 hr, 24 hr or 48 hr after birth (n=19 or 20/group). An indication of vocal discrimination was already present at 24 hr and at 48 hr lambs spent significantly more time near their mother than near the alien dam.

In a second step, we investigated which physical parameters of the bleats were important for recognition. For this, we conducted playback experiments with modified bleats at two weeks postpartum. Ours results show that lambs pay attention to a combination of various time, energy and frequency parameters: timbre (distribution of energy within the spectrum), amplitude and frequency modulations appear to be the most important parameters encoding the individual signature.

We conclude that vocal recognition between the ewe and her lamb plays an important role in the display of preferential mother-young bond from very early on. Our studies also demonstrate that the encoding of the individual signature is not limited to the frequency domain but rather involves a multiparametric encoding process.  相似文献

Capra nubiana is a wild ibex species that is in danger of extinction. This study aimed at assessing the genetic diversity and population structure of Nubian ibex (Capra nubiana, n?=?8) in comparison to Alpine ibex (Capra ibex, n?=?8), Bezoar ibex (Capra aegagrus, n?=?4), and domesticated Taggar goats (Capra aegagrus hircus, n?=?24). All animals were genotyped with the 50K goat SNP chip. Since commercial SNP chips are not designed for wild species, data analysis was done in two ways: (1) using all callable SNPs (33,698) and (2) with a reduced set of SNPs segregating within three out of four populations (662). Using these two sets of SNPs, the observed heterozygosity in Nubian ibex ranged from 0.02 to 0.44, in Alpine ibex from 0.01 to 0.38, and in Bezoar ibex from 0.13 to 0.38, when analyzing 33,698 or 662 SNPs, respectively. In domesticated Taggar goats, the values for the observed heterozygosity using all 33,698 callable SNPs and the reduced set of 662 SNPs were similar (0.40–0.41). Pairwise FST values for the differentiation between species ranged from 0.17–0.35 (Bezoar ibex vs. Taggar goats) to 0.47–0.91 (Bezoar vs. Alpine ibex), and was 0.33–0.90 between Bezoar and Nubian ibex, respectively, to the two sets of SNPs. The analysis of molecular variance among all animals revealed that 74–78% can be explained by differences between species, while the residual 22–26% result from differences among individuals, respectively. Cluster analysis of Nei’s genetic distance allowed to detected two distinct clusters comprising Nubian and Alpine ibex on one hand and Taggar goats and Bezoar ibex on the other hand, and clear separation of all four breeds. Principal component (PC) analysis confirmed and further refined the clusters. SNPs that contributed most to PC1 allowed us to identify genomic regions accounting for the distances between species. These regions contain known milk protein genes. The identification of milk protein genes as contributors to the differentiation between species provides insights into the domestication of wild Capra breeds.  相似文献

Highly diverse microbial assemblages colonize plant roots. It is still poorly understood whether different members of this root microbiome act synergistically by supplying different services (for example, different limiting nutrients) to plants and plant communities. In order to test this, we manipulated the presence of two widespread plant root symbionts, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and nitrogen-fixing rhizobia bacteria in model grassland communities established in axenic microcosms. Here, we demonstrate that both symbionts complement each other resulting in increased plant diversity, enhanced seedling recruitment and improved nutrient acquisition compared with a single symbiont situation. Legume seedlings obtained up to 15-fold higher productivity if they formed an association with both symbionts, opposed to productivity they reached with only one symbiont. Our results reveal the importance of functional diversity of symbionts and demonstrate that different members of the root microbiome can complement each other in acquiring different limiting nutrients and in driving important ecosystem functions.  相似文献

Quantitative trait loci (QTLs), as determined in crossbred studies, are a valuable resource to identify genes responsible for the corresponding phenotypic variances. Due to their broad chromosomal extension of some dozens of megabases, further steps are necessary to bring the number of candidate genes that underlie the detected effects to a reasonable order of magnitude. We use a set of 13,370 SNPs to identify informative haplotype blocks in 22 mouse QTLs for fatness. About half of the genes in a typical QTL overlap with haplotype blocks, which are different for the two base mouse lines, and which, thus, qualify for further analysis. For these genes we collect four more pieces of evidence for association with fat accumulation, namely (1) homology to genes identified in a Caenorhabditis elegans knock-out experiment as fat decreasing or fat increasing, (2) the overexpression of the genes in mouse fat, liver, muscle, or hypothalamus tissues, (3) the occurrence of a gene in several independently found QTLs, and (4) the information provided by gene ontology, to achieve a ranked list of 131 candidate genes. Ten genes fulfill three or four of the above sketched criteria and are discussed briefly, 121 further genes fulfilling two criteria are provided as on-line material. Viewing the genomic region of fatness-related QTLs under several different aspects is appropriate to assess the many thousands of genes that reside in such QTLs and to produce lists of more robust candidate genes.  相似文献

Ultrastructural investigations of the female genital system of Epiperipatus biolleyi (Bouvier 1902) (Onychophora, Peripatidae). — Acta Zoologica (Stockholm) 80: 339–349. The female genital system of the neotropical peripatid Epiperipatus biolleyi was examined using transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Special attention is given to the two accessory organs of the paired oviducts: the receptacula seminis and the ovarian funnels (Ovarialtrichter). The latter occur only in the Peripatidae, whereas receptacula seminis may also be present in the Peripatopsidae, the only other family in the Onychophora. The ovarian funnels of E. biolleyi are thin-walled and closed from the haemocoel. This trait has also been reported from Epiperipatus trinidadensis, Macroperipatus torquatus, and Eoperipatus weldoni, whereas other peripatids have ovarian funnels which have been reported to open into the haemocoel. The occurrence of artificially opened ovarian funnels, caused by tissue rupture during specimen preparation, is discussed. The presence of spermatozoa both in the receptaculum seminis and in parts of the uterus of the female examined in this study supports the hypothesis that in E. biolleyi insemination of juvenile females occurs directly via the genital opening. The female contained one unstalked cleavage embryo in each uterus horn. Two features of the uterus were found to be unique to E. biolleyi: (1) a second cell layer overlying the uterine epithelium with a pronounced secretory activity (2) embryos are enclosed in a noncellular coat interspersed with numerous transport vesicles.  相似文献
