ＮＡＤ激酶在光合作用等植物生理过程中起重要作用。ＮＡＤ激酶的激活依赖于钙离子和钙调素（ＣａｌｍＯｄｕｌｉｎ,ＣａＭ）．从植物中分离得到的一种新的ＣａＭ结合蛋白ＣａＭＢＰ－１０（ＢＰ－１０）明显抑制ＮＡＤ激酶的激活活性,抑制作用可被ＣａＭ所克服．动力学研究表明,抑制效应是ＢＰ－１０与ＣａＭ之间特异性相互作用的结果。实验证实ＢＰ－１０对ＮＡＤ激酶活性起着重要调节作用．     

GPX－abzyme对受XO／HX系统损伤的心肌线粒体的保护作用

探讨了研制的具有谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力的含硒抗体酶（ＧＰＸ－ａｂｚｙｍｅ）对于受损心肌线粒体的保护作用,利用牛的心肌线粒体为实验材料,通过线粒体的膨胀度、脂质过氧化物含量、ＣＣＯ活力变化及电镜观察等几个方面证明ＧＰＸ－ａｂｚｙｍｅ能抵抗ＸＯ／ＨＸ系统产生的自由基的损伤作用,ＥＳＲ研究也表明ＧＰＸ－ａｂｚｙｍｅ能明显降低ＸＯ／ＨＸ损伤系统中的自由基含量。

非放射性反相杂交法在HLA－DQA1位点基因分型中的应用

将遴选的经适当接尾的１２个ＨＬＡ－ＤＱＡ１序列特异性寡核苷酸固定在一张滤膜上,用生物素标记的ＤＱＡ１特异性扩增产物与滤膜上的序列特异性寡核苷酸在四甲基氯化铵杂交体系中杂交,然后经洗膜封膜,杂交信号用非放射性的碱性磷酸酶显色法检测,根据杂交斑点的显示结果分析标本的基因型。采用这种方法初步确定了ＨＬＡ－ＤＱＡ１位点８种单倍型等位基因：ＤＱＡ１０１０１、０１０２、０１０３、０２０１、０３０１１、０４０１、０５０１和０６０１．非放射性反相杂交法可对各种来源的杂合性标本进行ＨＬＡ－Ⅱ类基因快速分型,并适合在临床器官移植的组织分型配型、疾病易感性研究和法医鉴定等领城中应用。     

海南坡鹿对生境的选择

１９８７～１９９４年,在海南省大田自然保护区及其外围地带对坡鹿的生境选择性进行了调查,发现坡鹿对自然生境有较强的选择性。对不同的生境的选择频率为：落叶季雨林生境４７．９３％;灌木草地生境３９．１４％;有刺灌丛生境１０．７２％;人工林生境２．２１％。还对各种生境进行了评价;并提出了保护生境的对策     

广州抽水蓄能电站蓄水库蓄水初期浮游生物调查

对我国首座核电站配套工程的抽水蓄能电站水库蓄水初期的浮游生物进行了调查。蓄水水库由上下两水库组成。两水库的浮游生物种类组成显著不同。上水库浮游植物共记录到３０种（属）,浮游动物１２种（属）;下水库浮游植物１９种（属）;浮游动物２５种（属）。上下两水库浮游生物数量均较贫乏,表明浮游生物群落尚处于初期发育阶段,但在局部浅水处已出现小规模的蓝藻水花,认为是水库蓄水初期必然的结果     

New and interesting species ofEmericella from Chinese soil

Emericella miyajii, a new species isolated from Chinese soil, is described and illustrated. It is characterized by pale orange to brownish orange colonies on malt extract agar, subglobose to broadly elliptical ascospores with defective four equatorial crests and smooth convex walls, and with anAspergillus anamorph.Emericella undulata is also described as an uncommon species from Chinese soil.     

Magnesium Adenosine 5[prime]-Triphosphate-Energized Transport of Glutathione-S-Conjugates by Plant Vacuolar Membrane Vesicles

By characterization of the uptake of glutathione-S-conjugates, principally dinitrophenyl-S-glutathione (DNP-GS), by vacuolar membrane vesicles, we demonstrate that a subset of energy-dependent transport processes in plants are not H+-coupled but instead are directly energized by MgATP. The most salient features of this transport pathway are: (a) its specific, obligate requirement for MgATP as energy source; (b) the necessity for hydrolysis of the [gamma]-phosphate of MgATP for uptake; (c) the insensitivity of uptake to uncouplers of the transtonoplast H+ gradient (carbonylcyanide 4-trifluoromethoxyphenylhydrazone, gramicidin-D, and NH4Cl); (d) its pronounced sensitivity to vanadate and partial inhibition by vinblastine and verapamil; (e) the lack of chemical modification of DNP-GS either during or after transport; (f) the capacity of S-conjugates of chloroacetanilide herbicides, such as metolachlor-GS, but not free herbicide, to inhibit uptake; and (g) the ability of vacuolar membrane vesicles purified from a broad range of plant species, including Arabidopsis, Beta, Vigna, and Zea, to mediate MgATP-dependent, H+-electrochemical potential difference-independent DNP-GS uptake. On the basis of these findings it is proposed that the transport of DNP-GS across the vacuolar membrane of plant cells is catalyzed by a glutathione-conjugate transporter that directly employs MgATP rather than the energy contained in the transtonoplast H+-electrochemical potential difference to drive uptake. The broad distribution of the vacuolar DNP-GS transporter and its inhibition by metolachlor-GS are consistent with the notion that it plays a general role in the vacuolar sequestration of glutathione-conjugable cytotoxic agents.     

Ultrastructural immunolocalization of periodic pectin depositions in the cell wall ofNicotiana tabacum pollen tubes

Summary The monoclonal antibody (MAb) JIM5, marking acidic pectins, was used to localize ultrastructurally pectin molecules in the pollen tube wall ofNicotiana tabacum. Longitudinal sections of LR-White embedded pollen tubes were exposed to antibody treatment; accumulations of pectins were identified by counting the density of the gold particles representing the pectin epitopes along the pollen tube wall. Significant accumulations of gold grains were marked and the distances between them were measured. In many pollen tubes a more or less regular distribution of the accumulations was observed along the tube indicating a periodical deposition of pectin. The distances between the accumulations were 4–6 m. Most of the label was found in the inner part of the outer layer of the bilayered cell wall. These findings correspond to and confirm the earlier observation by our group reporting ring-shaped periodical deposits in pollen tubes after immunofluorescence labelling with the MAb JIM5 under the confocal laser scanning microscope.Abbreviations Ab antibody - MAb monoclonal antibody
